I started working out last September, went from 130 to 155 at 5'11 ( so not too bulky but kinda ripped) and the difference is huge man. Went to the beach last Sunday and got a large number of looks and smiles by girls passing by, probably it doesn't mean anything but i can assure that 1 year ago that wouldn't have happened
