Think about why you hate talking to people. Chances are you’re not comfortable with who you are and don’t want to expose yourself to anyone that can hurt your ego. Write down everything you feel and I mean everything. No matter how stupid it sounds there’s no reason to worry because you’re the only one that’s gonna see it. Don’t hold back in what you wrote even if it hurts you to write it. Reread it right after you write it and then read it two days later. You’ll be able to see your feelings externalized and then process them that way. When those feelings come up again, if they do, just pull that note out. Have you tried just loading carbs prior to lifting? If I do a cold bowl of oats with protein about 4 hours before lifting, I have the fuel to do what I need. Overall, I’ve found that when going low carb / high fat, the key is staying the course for 3-4 weeks and let your body adapt to your new ratios. Once it has its temper tantrum, it will fall in line with the new constant of macro ratios.

This post is spot on. In high school I was the new kid and found my way into a group of guys and had to earn my credibility. I didn’t have sports and skateboarding wasn’t my thing, so I would say hilarious things to win them over. Understand that sometimes you will totally bomb with your jokes and witty things you say.
