I’ve never had women friends who have casual sex, but maybe that speaks to the type of people who I tend to gravitate towards. I wouldn’t call not wanting to have casual sex being a prude though. Why can’t it just be a preference? And why do you say most women love causal sex? To me, it’s not as intense without the emotional connection.

Because I wanted more than that. I always have and the couple of one night stands I had, I always regretted.

I was single when I went abroad. I’m not a prude, I’ve had my fair share of one night stands but never while traveling.

I mean it really just depends. I definitely don’t think it’s anywhere near 99%. My friends and I would never do that. I went on a 2 month solo trip and did not think about fucking anyone ever.

Do you think all single women go on vacation looking for hot guys to fuck?

I started talking to my bf on tinder two weeks before my vacation. He was home for the holidays so by the time he came back, it would have been one week before my vacation. I asked him if we could just continue talking until I got back, which would have put us at almost 4 weeks of chatting before finally meeting in person. We got to know each other pretty well during that time and him willing to wait to meet made me super hopeful that he was being honest about wanting a relationship and not just…

Just depends on the girl. I don’t like when guys only text me to set up a date and then it’s radio silence.

I’m just curious, how would you feel if the same happened to you? You get in a relationship with a woman and she keeps a bunch of guy friends around and then she realizes one of them is better than you and leaves you for him. Is it all just a part of the game ‘v

I don’t know many women who like “alpha” type males.

Ah okay my bad I thought you were talking about matches. Matches are easy to get as a woman since many men swipe right on every girl and narrow down their choices after.

Yes this is detrimental. No girl wants to sleep with a fuckboy.

I’m not the OP but I’ve brought a guy back before and told him no sex and meant it. I honestly just wanted to cuddle and would have had sex with him in the future had he not thrown a fit after he realized we really weren’t going to have sex.

Isn’t the man the one playing games if he is purposely ignoring her?

Right? Just because we like to look good it doesn’t mean we are just looking for sex. And yes- I need a guy who lifts! He doesn’t need to be jacked, but if he doesn’t lift, we won’t have much in common since it’s such a big part of my life.

Haha same!! I don’t have bikini pics but I have a gym booty pic. When I tell them I’m not looking for a hook up, they said that I give off the wrong impression with my picture...

Haha yep there are always dudes who will try. My guy friends say that girls who write that are the ones that always hook up on the first date in their experience.

Yep I just end up unmatching them if they invite me over like that right off the bat.

Yeah I definitely don’t! Guys always reply with “I’m not a serial killer...” when I decline but they don’t understand how dangerous that is for a woman.

I usually chat for a week or so before meeting someone. A lot Can be revealed within that week of chatting. I’ve avoided many douchebags but not meeting up with them right away, and a lot of cheaters.

I do the same thing. I’ve matched with way too many men who say they’re not looking for a hookup, but then will want me to meet them at their house the first time??
/r/seduction23/09/18 05:22 PM

Just be direct and don't beat around the bush. I never meet anyone without first asking them what they're looking for and half of the time, guys will lie thinking that I'm still going to hook up with them and then get mad when I reject their advances. If someone just messaged me and said "Hey, I find you attractive, but I'm not looking for anything serious. Let me know if you're down to meet up." I wouldn't think he's a dick at all. If you start with "Hey baby/ sexy/ hottie" I'll just ignore you…

I obviously don’t know the full story but I don’t think she’s interested in you as more than a friend/ coworker. People who are interested in more will make it happen no matter how busy they are. If I like a guy, there’s no way I’m giving up an opportunity to see him even if I have to rearrange some plans.

On the other hand, I have not many 25 year old men that act like considerate, mature adults either.

First time a guy ever sat next to me instead of across from me, I found it a little odd at first. Smart though, placed his hand on my thigh half way through.

I am a woman and I don't use IG myself, but I always look through guys' IGs when they have it on their Tinder profile. It gives me a rough idea of what they're like in every day life and the types of things they post as well as frequency of their posts are things that I take into account. For example, if someone posts every day, they probably are too absorbed in social media for my tastes.

Somehow reading this helps lol. Thank you.
/r/seduction23/05/18 02:21 PM

Thank you, I’m trying really hard not to take things personally. But you’re right, I can’t force a connection with someone and I need to just move on.
/r/seduction23/05/18 02:21 PM

Good luck!! I hope everything works out! I’ve done the whole continuing to hook up with someone even though I wanted more and it killed me inside lol. I’m still trying to get over it. He randomly told me one day that he’s been seeing/ hooking up with another girl that he thinks he might be into, after we had unprotected sex a few days before.
/r/seduction23/05/18 01:42 AM

Just curious, did you not want anything more serious with any of them?
/r/seduction23/05/18 01:17 AM
2

Are you just looking for a hookup? If so, don’t tell her. If it’s with someone you’re dating and see a future with, I would let her know.
/r/seduction21/05/18 03:29 AM
2

Well yeah if she’s look for something more serious of course she will say no to a hookup. The time period when I was looking for a FWB, I met up with guys who told me they were only looking for a hook up. Why can’t people just be honest instead of playing stupid games?
/r/seduction11/05/18 07:36 PM

That’s interesting. I always ask since I don’t like to waste time and I get unmatched a lot once I make it clear but it’s part of the weeding process.
/r/seduction11/05/18 03:45 AM

I’d want to know before meeting if the guy just wanted to hookup. But women who are looking for something more serious will usually ask you this before agreeing to a date.

I swear, it’s a miracle when I match with someone who knows how to have a conversation.

Oh sorry, I understood incorrectly. I think it’s a maturity thing. When I was younger and more immature, I’ve stopped talking to friends who had confessed that they liked me. I just felt awkward and would want to avoid them. Nowadays it’s whatever. I’ve had a couple friends tell me their feelings and while it was a little awkward at first, we worked through it and are still good friends.

Personally, once I cross that border with someone, I can’t really go back to seeing them as just a friend. I’m in a situation now with my FWB where I caught feelings for him and he told me he really likes me, but he doesn’t want to commit to anything right now. I’m not mad nor do I have any hard feelings towards him, but I told him I could no longer see or talk to him anymore, even as a friend because it’s too difficult for me. It sucks but it is what it is.

I went on a date with this one guy whose eyes never left mine. It made me so uncomfortable yet made me feel like a giddy school girl again. I’ve never had anyone look at me that way before and it made me feel like he was actually interested in what I had to say.

There are those who will and those who won't. I've encountered both and the latter are very discouraging, but it also gave me insight into how many men feel.

Are women not allowed here? I saw it on my front page one day and thought it was interesting so I subscribed. I honestly don't understand why you're being so hostile. We have our differences in opinions but you're just being a not so nice person to me when I didn't do anything to you. And to say that I would cheat on someone when you don't know the first thing about me, like really dude? You're the kind of dude that give men a bad rap. I'm sorry if you've had bad experiences with women, but stop…

If you don't like texting then okay, but in reality you're going to have a very hard time finding women who don't like texting especially if you're under the age of 30. I have great communication btw. I have no problems with speaking on the phone or conversing in person but I also happen to like texting. Every time I come across something interesting or something that reminds me of you, I'm not just going to pick up the phone and call you. Texting is just an easier more convenient form of commun…

Um very few women are going to want to date a man who doesn't think about her at all during the course of the day. It's not like I'm asking him to text me 24/7. If someone doesn't "have time" to text me a couple times a day which takes a few seconds then he obviously doesn't like me enough and I will find another guy who does. If that's being too needy then so be it. Good luck finding a woman who wants to be ignored.

Oh okay I see, that makes more sense.
/r/seduction23/04/17 06:20 PM

I wasn't forcing him to. I just told him how I felt. I told him that I am needy and need someone who wants to talk to me and that if he didn't have a few minutes to give me a day, then we aren't compatible.

As a woman who doesn't know much about seduction, I am confused. Would you be okay with texting a lot after you guys start dating? Or do you just hate texting in general? I'm like the girl you described above. I want the person I'm talking to at the time to text me and I'm not playing games at all. I will meet in person too, but I like texting throughout the day and knowing that they want to talk to me. If they're unwillling to text me, then I see it as them not being interested in me.

As a woman, I agree with the comment above. I was just in a situation like this with a man I had just started dating. I wasn't getting enough attention over text (I'm quite needy) and I told him if he doesn't even have the time to text me back a few times a day, then I felt like he didn't have enough time for me/ didn't like me enough to care to check in with me. Even though it might not be true and he might just hate texting, that's how it made me feel when he wouldn't chat with me over text. A…

Some people just aren't comfortable with phone conversations and I'm one of them so if someone called me, I would not pick up and text them back telling them that. I once told a guy this and he still continued to call me which just made me stop talking to him since he wouldn't respect my feelings. Now, if we had already gone on a few dates, I probably wouldn't mind if you gave me a quick call, but if we had only met once and didn't really know each other, I think a phone call would be weird.

I would not be okay with a phone call honestly. I don't even know you and would not be comfortable with talking on the phone.

Day to day life. Idk, I often read in the askwomen sub that a lot of them are approached in their day to day life, but I've rarely experienced that and I'm told that I'm attractive. But I mean, it could also depend on the area you live in. I guess I could see a woman living in NYC getting approached more often than someone living in say Boise.
/r/seduction22/01/17 07:16 PM

I kind of think it's over exaggerated how much women are cold approached. I'm not an ugly woman by any means and I've probably only been cold approached a handful of times. Same with all of the women I know. It definitely doesn't happen as often as I've read it does from people on Reddit.
