As an aside, before the pandemic I remember being given a “two minute window” to hook women at a bar. If she didn’t like my first impression, then you just regroup and go to the next girl. Now, you’re given milliseconds, which is essentially how hot she thinks you are, before she makes a decision

I think the remote work landscape has led to this situation. Remote work landscape: COVID’s remote work has unconditioned people from owing people general niceness, I’ve found co-workers even at work have grown hostile and no one interacts with anyone if it’s not project required. Women have built a wall from ever speaking to men they don’t want to, and use HR, which will defend them in all situations, as a fool-proof shield. When going out, I’ve found women are way more distant and selective, b…

I wouldn’t entirely agree with that. I definitely know guys who lost weight and gained muscle and went from a 4 to an 8. But like you said, they probably also became better looking and it wasn’t necessarily the weight lifting

Exactly bro

My diet consists almost solely of meat, protein bars/shakes, fruits and vegetables. There are small amounts of bread/rice, but they are sparse

Bro tell me about it, lifting weights and gaining muscle is easy enough. It’s maintaining a really good diet to be lean that’s hard af. Especially when you get cravings. The only real hard part for me is after a lifting session, my body craves unhealthy food so bad

Yes sir, it did. You can search videos on YouTube with testimonies, and I am a clear example. I was completely losing my hairline at 21 years old, but now I have a head of hair at 25 years old. This, of course, won’t reverse any genetic progressions which are inevitable

Exactly, that’s why I started the post saying that

From my experience, the two body types women are most attracted to are: 1. Skinny (abs not necessary) 2. Muscular (defined, muscular shoulders) with a lean waist

Same here. I left swipe every unfit girl because I just don’t think they’ll be compatible lifestyle-wise with me

I worked 12-16 hours a day for a year in Finance haha. They promoted me to Manager and then I got reallocated to a much easier project for the same money haha. Kind of lucked out 😅

Yeah bro, I feel that. Looks are paramount, gotta put some time into it

From my perspective, it’s because those guys make the gym their entire personality, or they don’t work on any other part of themselves. Yes, get in shape, but obviously work on being charismatic, having a fun life, making good money. I know guys who get hella buff and think just having biceps will get them laid. That “gym bro” personality is a huge turn off

Definitely niche. If you’re very muscular or very well paid or very good at being a musician, you’ll have the most success

I didn’t dislike it, but maybe it was the term “cancer game”

Honestly, it’s as simple as looks and personality. Looks include style, facial attractiveness, and body build. If you’re overweight, hit the gym/exercise to get yourself in good shape/build. For facial attractiveness see what look suits you, including hairstyle/facial hair (ex: I realized I look much better with a shaved look), and just general facial features (eyes, nose, face shape). Style is simple, get good fitting, good looking clothes, they can compliment your entire look so much. Then, th…

A really good practice is to monitor your thoughts. Why do you think the way you do? Why do you think you’re not good enough/ugly/etc. Look around you, look at all the imperfections of men who are happy/in long term relationships/have attractive mates. Really change the way you see yourself and learn to value all of your attractive features, they’ll resonate into your ordinary life (but stay grounded). Next step, go out and talk to girls. If you want my opinion, first get your look right, wear w…

Gotchu bro, have you looked into height insoles? They can raise you an additional 2.5-3”, which would be infinitely helpful when going out and meet girls. Additionally, I really think you need to work on your self-esteem

For starters, although I agree with another commenter that I’m glad you’re pointing out things you can improve on, I see a lot of lack of confidence right now. You NEED to fix that in order to become good with women, you’re exhibiting the opposite of that right now. Second, I can help you with any perceived lack of looks, are you short or bald by any chance? Because I can assist you with both of those (don’t worry, no surgery or hair transplant)

I always pick bars with a no music, outside level. Outside venues are SOOO much easier to have conversations in, and are just in general more easy to approach bc that lack of any music really gets rid of any barriers from engaging in conversation

Honestly, thats why I do night game. The girls are fully expecting to get approached by men, I pick wide open but crowded bars, with a no music level, and just go from group to group talking to girls with my buds. All of the girls are in one place too, so you can do a dozen approaches or more in one night

Hey AeternusDoleo, thanks for the reply. This process started 2 1/2 months ago, and my family and I have lived in the US for ~19 years. I’d consider myself very Americanized by now, to the point that I’m hanging on to my non-American cultural understandings very sparingly. I’d say, as a counterpoint, that the dating app reality of non-white non-black males getting very few to no matches transfers into reality.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
