You are way over-exaggerating the effects of old age on TDEE. At most it means you burn about 200 less calories than before. That is a chocolate bar. And Taylor Swift is not some old lady either, at most her TDEE may have gone down by like 50 calories maybe which is completely negligible. You can still eat junk food with this method too, it's just that junk food will make your more hungry than healthy food.
