The thing we have to remember is, DONT GET MARRIED!!! It's a trap for men. Date all the single mothers you want. You never marry them your never at risk. Marriage is dead in the year 2022. It's a business.

Yes I have 2 kids. One is grown and the other is young. We agreed on 50/50 custody and we have week on week off. In my situation, we were both in good opinion of the others parenting so Custody never made it to court. We both wanted our kids to see us equally. Im lucky in that aspect.

You need to start running again 100%. Dont worry so much about the future as much as Self Care. The future will just land on your lap at the end of this. We are SO HARD on oursleves. Do something nice for yourself today. If your not in Therapy look for therapist as soon as you can! My insurance paid my first 6 sessions 100% having some one to talk to once a week about what your going through is huge and you get SOLID advice from a professional thats an outside opinion. Stay Strong Brother.

This time ill keep the "Ring" to myself. While I dont want to say Ill never re marry. I make it clear early on when talking to ladys that there is no remote chance of marriage any time soon......

I had night Terrors for a few weeks. It takes time. The Only thing that helped me was staying away from alcohol and hitting the gym HARD. Your head is going to go through the motions but you can tire your body out to the point of sleeping hard. It worked for me. You'll hear this 10000000 times man but its true, it gets fucking better. Be kind to yourself.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
