The theory here is polarization. Women will be unattracted (50%), neutral (40%), or attracted (10%) from the beginning. You'll need to be aggressive to turn the neutral into attracted... so when you're unsure where the other person falls on the spectrum, err on the side of aggression if you want to polarize.

Absolutely. Like any great book, you can only absorb so much on the first time through. I found that despite the wisdom of the book, I would regress away from its teachings over time... this is why I created this list for a small notebook to have it on me at all times and reinforce the key elements, integrating them into my daily life.

Write, meditate, and exercise daily. The issue I have with models is that it closes with a hard focus on getting physical. Yes it's important to express your sexuality but if you read Erich Fromm "the art of loving" and "cultivating the male sexual energy" by some Taoist dude, it becomes clear very quickly that sex without love is a waste. I think Manson does give us a lot of tools to find love but it's weird that he ends on such a physical note.

You should track and segment your confidence by time of day, level of sobriety, pre-and-post confidence inducing activities (exercise, food, recreation, work), and environment and run a data analysis. The words in the first few minutes of a conversation are unimportant. Eye contact, smiling, shoulders back, "Hi I'm XXX" with a strong handshake.
