Thank you. I needed this post today and didn't know it. Was feeling really sad and down on myself because I was blind sided by lvm behavior from a guy I was excited about. I didn't understand one of his jokes and he blew up on me and called me a clown. A freaking clown. Wtf? Thank you. I have found FDS and made the move to get rid of my lvm but some days.. it really hurts and I definitely doubt myself. My brain automatically tells me all the bullshit like I won't find anything better. I know I need time to reprogram but shit... some days are SO much harder than others.
