Not tryin to be mean but sounds like she just doesn't really like you that much. Don't think you did anything wrong though.

Yeah, I think if you do some reading you can find the answers but it sounds like you've got it. The first one is basically a warm up and by the time you get to your 6 rep set you want to be maxing out to the point of near failure. I don't think doing longer cardio would be negative. It would strengthen your heart and burn more calories. However, I think if you do it right, the 20 minutes will REALLY kick your ass. The program is meant to go up intensity levels by the minute and then drop back do…

You alternate upper body and lower body so like: M Upper body T Cardio W Lower Body Th Cardio F Upper Body On an upper body day, you hit each upper body part with 5 sets of an exercise and finish with a superset of a different exercise. For example today I did: dumbell curls 12X 10X 8X 6X 12X then 1 set of barbell curls 12X. Bench 12X 10X 8X 6X 12X then one set of incline bench 12X Make sense? This program REALLY works. I like that the cardio only takes 20 min cuz I hate cardio.

Yeah I heard that once. Muscle gain is key to getting in shape. I think as long as you incorporate the protein sources I mentioned it should be suffice.

Here's the link for the exercises. The program is really good. I did it first in college and a couple times recently. EAS does make good supplements but don't get bogged down in all that..it's a waste of money. Only thing I would recommend is creatine which is helpful and pretty cheap. Occasional protein supplements aren't bad but if you eat enough fish/chicken/milk/cottage cheese you prob won't need it.

Check out the workout program on body for life. You can find it online for free. Really good. If you have any questions I can help.

Fuck that chasing madness; don't play their shit games. Who has the time and energy for that kinda nonsense. Move on to girls that won't waste your time. If she is interested she will learn that her games won't work on you and she'll stop. If she isn't interested you won't hear anymore from her but GOOD..she wasn't interested in anything other than using you to gratify her attention whoring needs.

Just keep approaching girls but not with the mindset that you are "hitting on them". Just talk to them and be friendly. Everyone has the right to at least make conversation with other people. If you keep doing this you will become better at making conversation and the anxiety will start to subside. Eventually if you do this enough one of the girls will be a little flirty with you. You can respond in kind. You've got to just take a look at your situation and realize, you don't have much to lose. …

So it sounds like you run mostly day game? What kind of spots do you look for girls? I'm in Chicago and have been thinking of trying day game. My game is MUCH better when I can talk and be heard...loud clubs kills me if I can't have a conversation.

This seems simple and straight forward enough. Do you prefer to try setting up the date during the initial pickup? I'm usually doing it via text these days.

based on the fact that more attractive women are generally more challenging it would be ironic that my successes were with the more attractive ones. You might typically be inclined to think that the less attractive ones would be "easier" to make progress with hence the irony of more success with the cuter ones.

Regarding body language I highly recommend a show I caught the other day on Netflix called "Lie to Me". The premise is this guy that is the world greatest scientist in the field of reading body language and thus deception detection. It kinda has a House/Criminal Intent/The Mentalist feel to it. It's a little cheesy but not bad and you could really learn a few things about reading body language.

I guess the main reason I posted was to get an opinion of if most people would have considered that an approach or just a girl that really needed her bottle of gatorade opened. To be fair it was on kinda tight.

I suppose a lesson to be learned from this is that had it been the other way around, suppose you cold approach a girl on the street during the day, understand that being surprised and not having much to say isn't a fail. I mean your kind of caught of guard.
/r/seduction11/06/10 06:48 AM

Yeah pretty much this. Moments afterwards I was thinking should have teased "Wow, so is this your thing? Approaching on the street with a bottle of gatorade?" It's no big deal but I hate to see ANY opportunity not explored.

Yeah come on people. That's the one issue I have with the community. Do this to "look" alpha. Stand this way. Nooooo. What about becoming Alpha. Over time as you have more and more successes you will become alpha. Until then you have to fake it till you make it so to speak.

I called a girl about meeting up the other day while I was driving and the conversation went ok but it felt actually kinda old fashioned. Like lame. I know what you're saying. I think unless something important needs to be discussed stick to txting at least in the early stages.

As a rule of thumb quality women are the fewest in numbers and the hardest to attract. You should always be on the more agressive side. If they like you you're pursuing them. If they don't like you then you're the creeper for even talking to them. Don't let it discourage you from trying. If you were talking to the girl and she was ignoring you that's not a very good sign. It's possible it could have been like a shit test. You should never allow yourself to be ignored..SUPER beta behavior. You sh…

It's nice because it fits perfectly and discreetly and it won't pop out if you grab your wallet or keys which would be a bit awkward and presumptuous.

How about an example. Let's say you are engaged to a girl. Whereas 10 years ago you might make it to marriage, let's say now she is riding the bus and encounters an admirer that absent PUA materials would simply look at her. But because of threads on stealing women and various strategies discussed he approaches your fiance in "a set" and successfully scores a number because his game is polished. You lose your future wife whereas it might not have happened absent all the PUA stuff out there. Mayb…

I don't see what's arrogant about this post. I also don't understand why it would make you so angry. A community of men that dedicate serious time and effort to picking up women and enjoy success will overtime grow..and it has grown. If you think this type of behavior exists in a vacuum and fail to see how it can effect the social dynamic of dating and relationships then maybe you haven't seen some before and after lifestyle changes of people that have used these methods. I don't mean anything a…

Of course she's gonna choose one. Do you see the math here though? I'm saying where maybe before you had a 1 in 5 chance, more competition makes it a 1 in 50 chance. Your odds go down unless you REALLY are a top dog. Being assertive, confident, witty, will all become standard. To be successful you'll need money and top notch looks as well to be chosen.

If you meet the type of girl I'm talking about you won't want to spend time with other girls and she won't really allow it. I mean someone else will snatch her up. There are girls like that out there..granted few and far between.

I have no idea how many people are into this culture but it's growing to TV shows, internet forums, etc. It won't be long before word of mouth causes this splash to become bigger. Simply because we're preaching truth. It works. And this type of thing can't stay in the minority forever. I mean it's the prime directive of man to reproduce. Look at how much sex sells. Once more and more guys start getting turned on to actually useful advice to get women of course they will look into it. Maybe this …

I mean women will become more choosy as they will be presented with more and more options. The more options someone has the harder it is to stand out as being an option worthy of considering. In that sense women win. They get more choices. Guys lose because they have to compete harder to get chosen and we are competing with more guys.

I think what is relatively new is the idea of getting guys who formerly NEVER talked to girls to man up and start doing like 20 approaches a day. When a significant number of men start doing this and figuring out the secret to meeting women it will cause additional instability problem to the already challenging attempts at monogamy. I'll be the first to admit that monogamy tends to be a losing game but deep down I feel the right girl will bring out the desire to get her to commit. That will be e…

But when you do meet a girl that is fantastic..that stands out from the rest, don't you feel that you want to keep her?
/r/seduction26/05/10 05:53 AM

I guess it's all part of a mindset I have currently that the beautiful girls..(not the average ones) just don't seem to value men because let's face it..they are a dime a dozen to the beautiful girl. They are disposable. Not sure what anyone can do to change this.

Hey what can I say...Sometimes you get blown off. Or maybe her excuse was legit...
/r/seduction26/05/10 05:49 AM

Well maybe it's my way of rationalizing what I feel is somewhat of an inequality. If a girl is very attractive, of course she has many many options and I think over time the attractive women simply don't value men. Where as we as men, let's be totally honest, do value an attractive woman if she seems to be decent all other things being equal. So maybe this is my way to rationalize it by saying well she isn't so great after all. Otherwise it's just another way that women have the advantage. How o…
