Ideally, if you suggest a day they should come back with an alternative if they can't make it:

You: Tomorrow at 8?
Them: Doing some stuff
You: *pause*
Them: What about friday at 2?

The pause should prompt them into suggesting something. If it doesn't then they are probably blowing you out. You can try and recover with a "Whens good?"

You: Whens good?
Them: What about friday at 2?

Obviously, if they arent giving you a date then you are being blown out - walk away.

If they have suggested a date, it's up to you if you want to dismiss that particular date or not. The fact they have given you a date is an IoI, so you can either accept it or reschedule on your terms. Either is fine, but rescheduling can show additional value. Ether way you have (usually) fixed up a date, so it doesn't matter IMHO.

If you know this to be the case, you could gather info earlier in the conversation than the number close.

"Wow, you seem like a busy girl. When do you get to relax, because it doesnt seem like you have any nights free"

I'm not an expert on this, but I think it helps if the thing you're going to do is presented as a really juicy opportunity that they might miss out on. You know, something where they will be willing to re-arrange their schedule in order to make it. Obviously not every date can be like that. And she won't always be able to take time off work or whatever.

Another idea: make the initial date a much smaller meeting with little commitment. Insta-dates right after first meeting are ideal to get the ball rolling. Then later on she'll be more likely to do a larger date because she's already made the smaller commitment.

You're running into this problem because you're not running solid game. Get out of your head. Pay attention. Are you affecting her emotions? When this is done properly its not "do you want to" and instead its "Lets go". A tip for this is putting them in a agreeable state by A. lifting their emotions and B. getting them excited C. having them say yes, yes, yes. When they are saying yes to you then you're leading them.

First rule is good game is complete game. I have walked up to a girl and 15 minutes later I was fucking her. Before I understood this I had a similar situation which ended with her number closing me. Fucking wood. Admittedly I mis-judged my phone game with her but my shit phone game would have been irrelevant had I just done what she needed me to do and fuck her brains out.

Now you see everything I do is with the best interest of the girl. Any girl out with me wants to fuck me and its my obligation as a humanitarian to give them that experience so they don't have to go home and get brain fucked by ANTM.
