Hey. Thanks for this. I'm trying to follow it. Anyone know of similar posts containing these sort of exercises that I can compare it to?

Demon Haunted World - Carl Sagan A great book on why everyone should be scientifically educated and how superstition and unexamined thoughts fuck everything up. The Selfish Gene - Richard Dawkins An amazing book that completely changed the way I think about life. 7 Habits of Highly Effective People - Stephen Covey I didn't see this yet. It constantly comes up in self help recommendations for good reason. It's the first one you should read. Your Brain at Work - David Rock This book provides a bre…

lost it at 24 by going out 4+ nights a week, reading everything here and more, and being open to new things/experiences. took me about 6-7 months. I was fortunate to be able to not let my virginity effect my mindset too much. I decided that the only way I was going to get rid of it was to not treat it as a something bad and not apologize for it. granted I never told the first girl that I was a virgin, but she never asked. I didn't bring it up because I decided it would absolutely not be a factor…

afcadam (adam lyons) comes to mind. he did a couple videos on youtube where guys would send in vids of them in field and he would critique. here's one: http://youtu.be/G0gvW5-8bcY i guess they're labeled' "how to talk to girls"

this happened to me. after my breakup i was pretty much back at square one where game is concerned. I've been relying pretty heavily on my friends to meet new people. slowly getting back.

we don't live in packs we don't? are we solitary creatures? if not packs what is it then, flocks? or maybe colonies like ants. I greatly disagree with that statement.

"get the life you want" by richard bandler. it's all technique and very practical, gets straight to the point.

Oh, I actually have a lot of these. Drunk girl (very hot) approaches me at club, "I want you tonight." My response, "HAHA! Girl, you're going to have to try harder than that." She stopped trying. Actually I think that's pretty fucking alpha, but I probably slut shamed her out of trying. Next time (please god let there be a next time) I think I might try the "okay let's go" route. Twice I've got girls to ask, "are you stupid?" Terrible that it got to that point, but my response was silence. It's …

A very easy thing to do is just find meetup groups. I'm in the US, but meetup.com and couchsurfing.org have very active, friendly communities. also reddit. I would bet that there are a few london based subreddits that do meetups.

I just read somewhere that a clitoral orgasm makes her very sensitive which can cause any additional stimulation to be painful. so learning to give orgasm in other ways would help you be able to carry on. the fact that she did not finish you kind of sucks though.

i'm sorry if this sounds inappropriate but that is AWESOME to hear! I have benefited so much from the people on this board and the resources that i've discovered through this and other self help boards. But when I see my friends with problems I tell them, read this book, watch this video, this is the mindset change i've had that has helped so much, but because they haven't gotten to the point you have they don't think they need help, so I CAN'T help them. the fact that you have gotten to that po…

r/malefashionadvice is good. I changed my whole wardrobe very recently. I threw 90% of the stuff away. Anything that I would go to my drawer and would not wear because X reason for more than a few weeks. Gone (excepting formal wear of course). This will decrease complexity, make laundry days more efficient for having less stuff, and give you incentive to replace things you have now lost. look up "inspiration album" or just "album" in r/malefashionadvice and look over those especially the ones of…

Women are attracted to confidence. so you can act confidently and assume girls are attracted to that aspect of you. dressing well helps too. I'm not saying looks don't matter, that's a bold faced lie. but there's more to looks than what are in your genes. there's a look to confidence. Also a positive perception of you makes you more attractive to an observer. so you can use that wit to your advantage. start reading r/fitness r/malefashionadvice.

I lost it at 24. I didn't tell the girl before or after. I would have if she had asked. The girl you got is rare. Girls when they decide to go to bed with you are incredibly sweet. I decided before my first time that I would never apologize for any of my short comings (indeed) in bed. You're going to make mistakes (hopefully just don't make the impregnating one), but most of all you're going to have a ton of fun. The right girl will tell you what you need to do to please her, and then things wil…

Something I'm doing right now. maybe relevant. Stop biting finger nails - every time I get the urge (i define this as moving my finger to my mouth), stop, write a mark on a card. this means you need a pen and paper with you at all times. this is a technique I read for ocd patients i think in the book 'The Power of Habit'. Making the mark is important, it affects the brains reward system that makes these habits in the first place. at least next time I'm standing awkwardly in a bar or party I won'…

Maybe I missed part. I can't find where you explain what is a KPI? I kindof just subbed the word goal in everywhere KPI appears and that makes sense.

If you want her to stick around bring it up. In my experience (which is small) one girl I brought up the subject she was like "it's about time" Another girl I never brought it up she just started going out with another guy. And finally another girl brought it up to me. Whether you want to enter into a relationship or remain fuck buddies you need to be proactive in any relationship. Proactive = you get what you want. Wait = leave it to chance.

i had first time sex at 24. you can still do 'better' than me. just get out there and meet people. never fear failure, it's a necessary part of growth. I had to get rejected by 2 or 3 girls before i finally was able to get past the things i was doing wrong and finally get one.

don't stop it. this shows pre-selection pretty clearly (from mystery method, meaning pre-selected by women). women are attracted to guys who have women around them. my $0.02.

dude... i was a 23 year old virgin, now a 24 yr old non virgin. it will happen. keep going out. it definitely helps to try to not give a fuck. i know i am inexperienced. i don't apologize for it. and no girl has mentioned it. and if they did, i still wouldn't apologize for it.

oh, hot air balooning was something a friend mentioned that I forgot to put on the list. thanks for putting that up. been sailing, but I didn't do much else than turn a few cranks... i should probably go again to focus on learning it. the stars thing was one of the best idea's I ever had. my ex is from the city and she had not seen the milky way, so I took her out to see it.

i read in an NLP book the concept of motivation directions. are you "toward motivated" or "away from motivated?" Do you get motivated when you have specific objective in mind? "i'm going to work out to get ripped," Or do you get motivated when you are trying to get away from something, almost fear based? "i'm going to work out because i don't want to get fat." this made a lot of sense to me because i noticed that i was very much away from motivated. so how i got out and started putting seddit wi…

it may help to read the book "the game." most of the people in the book, including the author started where you are at mentally. along with actually changing the way you think about yourself, work at appearing confident. this is part of the 'fake it til you make it' school of thought, i suppose. i started a private video blog just so i could see myself talking, i immediately saw a ton of shit that didn't look good. now that i know about it i can work on getting rid of it. going to toastmasters o…

i don't think we have different concepts of what in-state is, as for each of us it is when we're feeling our best socially. we just have different capabilities, or are at different levels of game when in-state. also, we might be speaking from different experiences. so far, i haven't gamed at any parties, per se. I go to crowded bars/clubs where there are many different groups each having their own experience. So i may never claim that i was the life of the party, when i wasn't at a party to begi…

i find i'm "in state" once i open about 3 sets, usually with canned material i made up. once i get those 3, i am much more comfortable opening and talking with anyone, especially any hot girl that crosses my path, and i usually don't need my canned material any more. i pretty much transform from a shy guy, into a slightly less awkward one, who gives almost no fucks. alcohol and certain friends are definitely good catalysts to get in state faster/more energetic. i find either way i'm opening a fe…

i also find this disappointing, but at the same time i'm cool with it. the reason i'm disappointed, though, is because it just verifies that i'm really going to have to work my ass off to get where i want to be, which is fucking hot women all the time, not just fucking women.

wanna talk about missed opportunities? I go out to this bar on a thursday night. totally low energy. I've been kind of out of it all week, struggling with my inner game and my outer game and all sorts of self inflicted bullshit. while im playing wallflower i decide i need a beer and go to the bar, order an irish red. these two girls drunkenly descend on me 'accidentally' crashing into me, apologizing and then introducing themselves. i'm still mentally unprepared and throwing nice guy responses o…

the whole time i read it i pictured a friend of mine. he gets similar treatment, but i wouldn't say it's because he's a nice guy. it's because he's a leech. he attaches on to 'friends' and sucks their resources without offering anything in return. he doesn't have a job, or a car, and he isn't interesting in a good way. he adds nothing to conversations and ends up being a burden to everyone he attaches himself to. This is not a symptom of being a nice guy. just plain nice guys are not treated tha…

have you read the links in the sidebar yet? i feel that if you had you wouldn't be asking this question. all of the stuff over there should take you from, 'I'm a failure' to 'I'm awesome' and then you just need to work on keeping that mindset around girls, and communicating that to them, which you can only get by talking to them often. i'm in the same situation you are, in my 20's a virgin, but if you aren't cool with your situation, you're going to have a hard time convincing anyone, especially…
