5‘5“ here. Many would say I am doing amazing in dating. Even wrote a book about it. I will echo what some other commenters are saying here that practicing charisma goes a very, very long way. It is absolutely a learnable skill. And remember that being short gives you a genetic advantage: it's easier to look jacked whereas taller people will need to spend a lot more time and effort to build that much muscle. Dating coach here. I stopped reading after the logistics framework because I know it's solid. The key is his point about being upfront with zero shame after establishing attraction in his Step 1. I know it works and I've had similar results before. You can get away with a lot if you know what you're doing.

There are pros and cons to both. Since so many people think they have to be extroverted for pickup, though, I run a program that teach introverts how to take advantage of their introversion in seduction called Seductive Introvert.
