Well, NLP itself is shit. That's why I mentioned you need other stuff as well. Especially knowledge about human nature, evolutionary psychology, psychology in general and you need to be influential to begin with. Otherwise nobody will listen which will render whole NLP useless. Philosophy also helps. NLP I'd say is a little like a computer screen not computer itself. It let's you exchange information and communicate but that's it. You need that whole machinery inside of the computer for it to wo…

I think I'll make a post in a while, I already had that idea on my mind. I don't consider my reading list unique or special but it sure as hell clarifies a lot and helps navigate around the whole reading thing. There are tons of shitty books out there that are recommended and read a lot, there are also great ones nobody ever heard about. Or there are those that you would think are worth reading. I'll try my best to make a categorized list of my library in the next few days. I hope MGTOW is going…

Well, yep. Read classics in NLP like "Frogs into princes". But... NLP is just a part of the story. You'll also need to learn about human nature, evolutionary psychology and a lot of related stuff to be really good at it. NLP is useless if you're not influential enough. My recommendations for future studying: Robert Greene - The art of seduction, 48 laws of power, laws of human nature Ralph Gun Hoy Siu - craft of power Baltasar Gracian - The art of worldly wisdom (sorry, I always butcher the name…

All I see is eating disorder, or couple eating disorders. I doubt you can get this fat from just one. Also, no. It's ugly. Above 40% BF there's nothing that could be categorized as "healthy" not with our laws of physics and biochemistry. It's slow suicide, our hearts are not designed to pump blood in a body of a whale.

Can't be healthy and have this much body fat. In natural environment to get fat you need to be very sick and likely genetically inferior. Not without a reason most of food-related deaths throughout history were caused by starvation. We got used to eating just enough or little less than we need. From evolutionary perspective, being fat is high-order crime, there are literally no adaptations in humans that allow us to stay healthy above certain weight and bodyfat percentages. On the other hand, th…

Generally yes, but don't let people think you are a loser. In particular situations no, absolutely no. In most situations success will only stir envy and negativity, 95% of time. Yet, when people consider you a loser it doesn't help either. Best thing to do is to hide the full extent to which you are successful, just show enough to be respected. I'll give you my personal example: I got really good, very high-paying project manager job straight out of college. And the first thing I was responsibl…

Sacrifices people make for science... Like this is literally deep and scientific analysis of dating pool for men. So, um, we all knew that in the first place, now we have quasi-scientific proof for our claims. But this guy could get published if the science wasn't dogmatized.

Jordan got a decent, free advertisement. Which is good, he has many great ideas worth knowing. Strip away the dangerous ideas like marriage and conservative model of a family and you're golden. Just about a week ago a guy posted about his daughter becoming a stripper and starting OF. From what he described he tried his best. Parents can only do this much. After the age of 4-7 the child will learn more from society than parents. Unless, you can keep them away from all of it. And we all know what …

Well, in 4-6 years, after long-term trials prove safety those vaccines might be considered. Oh, I forgot, viruses get milder with each wave of pandemics/epidemics. Basically, there will be no need for vaccine in couple of weeks once the virus gets useless or people responsible for most transmission will get through infection (sorry to say, one way or another). Then there will be single cases, or local mini-epidemics that'll be easy to manage. Just like measles, tetanus and many other diseases. T…

I'm so terribly sorry. Parents can do a lot but the typical dilemma is: do the right thing and see your child grow to hate you for many years to come with no promise of them ever reflecting on how good the action taken was for them or let them potentially turn their own life into a terrible mess (and they can still begin to hate you in years for not doing the first thing). There are other scenarios of course, but usually worse than the first two. And there's no way to know. No way to be sure. I'…

Well, honestly I don't care about abortion anymore, I used to be very conservative about it, but now any kind of opinion is dangerous, people got too radical and I just want peaceful life. I don't really get what is wrong with nudity/partial nudity. It sure as hell was turned into taboo in sixties but I still don't get it. Depending on the culture it is sometimes completely normal. We, that is Red pilled men, constitute about 0,1% of all men at most. Which is 0,05% of society at most. Maybe more have certain suspicions, observations and so on. But they seem not to act on them. At all. The indoctrination runs deep, not many have enough willpower to wake up. Also, the whole system runs on the fact that it all is what it is. So if more men decided to quit, it would be criminalized, penalized or ostracized at least. Enjoy your life at the "bottom" of this "society". Those who …

Trump will most likely win, I'd say 8:2, people always turn away from left towards the right during crisis. I see no reason for this time to be different. It always happened this way, and, of course if Trump loses then I wish you all American men best of luck. You'll need lots of it when looking for a new place to live quasi-normally. There's nothing bad in wanting to attract women. Interest of women is a good indicator of how well you're doing. Let me put it in another way: there's nothing bad in it if you treat it as a form of feedback, women are designed to judge attractiveness of men. There's a shitload of bad things in trying to be attractive FOR women, you should never do it. Being healthy and looking good is for you only. Also, want it or not but having this positive feedback from women is good for your wellbeing, it's…

Not exactly true, for most men it is just about regular exercise, clean diet and overall healthy lifestyle. Men's peak attractiveness comes after around 30 and if one can stay in good shape (not getting married) you can get as much as 30 years of this attractiveness with good genes, even more. Women have 12 years between 18 and 30, then steep downward slope. In best case scenario, you can reach peak attractiveness as man at about 25, then assuming good overall conditions you can keep it until yo…

The science part is already here, now some pragmatism is required: The fact women do it is a first sign of danger, as soon as you notice, start being overly assertive and only do shit you would do anyways after negotiation. They will try to get more and more out of you with such behavior and if they succeed couple of times they'll get confident. It's a very specific kind of projection. They want othes in the same situation to feel justified. And frankly, when someone pays so much money for the whole thing, sacrifices weeks of free time to plan this shit it's a kind of pre-suasion. Someone begins to feel compelled to continue just because of the investment. Then, while after, Stockholm syndrome kicks in. We know the rest of the story.

Yep, this was reason enough for her. She said that I was more sociable and fun before. No, I wasn't. I was exactly the same, in a quantifiable way. I was dumb enough then to actually do the math. Failure rate of vasectomy after you get 0 sperm count year after procedure is 0% due to immune response. Or rather autoimmune. Even if reconnection is possible it almost never happens on both sides, getting rid of autoimmune response in this case is nearly impossible. With strong drugs yes, naturally no way.

Can confirm, in bigger cities in Poland this shit is getting off the charts slowly but steadily. It's still possible to find "normal" girls, that is, not brainwashed like hell. But they only exist in poorly developed rural areas, come from poor families where fathers are respected and treated as most important in the house. Such girls still make very good partners, even wives, but it's because majority of them are simply uneducated, dependent and used to very shitty conditions, also most of them…

Well, funerals seem to be much better than weddings. At least the most important person is already dead and will not suffer anymore. With wedding, there are years of suffering ahead. What I love about weddings, especially of my female friends is that there's always a ton of good, free food and usually, there's much more than one wedding for each of them xD I don't know if that's like hitting a PR, but one of them is preparing for the third one. Getting money without producing anything valuable is a sure way to collapse economy. It basically means that men will produce, women will consume, in the meantime, inflation, taxes, welfare and shit will drain money of all remaining value. Very good, it will draw men away from shitty universities and more into STEM where we are majority anyway and any question will always end up being answered by a man. It will also draw women away from STEM because even with such policies they won't be able to compete and will get even more frustrated. It's funny how feminists/leftists always seem to do shit that backfires so easily and quickly. It's like, they cannot plan more than one step ahead. Single digit IQ is main cause for leftism.

You know, this society hates any introspection, done by anyone. It's just funny how women have no ability to do it and men sometimes introspect excessively. The problem with statistics is that it's easy to lie with them. It's not marriage -> health, long life. In Poland we have a cool word for that "nadinterpretacja" that doesn't really have great translation because of the overall meaning. It literally means : overinterpretation. "produce nothing and blame everyone else for their inferiority" sounds like a definition of feminist. Projection is strong with this one.

Clearly feminists require prolonged isolation. Something like forever would probably benefit society the most

How dumb does somenone have to be to mess up a suicide and then die in hospital. In. A. Hospital. Jeez, what a pathetic lack of skill You could get 10 bullets in hospital and survive as long as none of them hit your head.

Reality is simple. Men work. If you contract a completely new pathogen like aforementioned virus you need to get sick and go through infection. No paracetamol, ibuprofen or other medications to get rid of the symptoms. Men work and to maintain high level of performance they take these drugs shutting down body's only protective mechanisms against the virus. Thus we die more often. Because men work for those ungrateful beings, they die. There's nothing to not understand here. This "scientist" clea…

Really sorry to hear that. Stay strong, rebuild and never let yourself forget this lesson. Women only see you as a tool, they use you to limits then replace you. The more you do for them, the more ungrateful they become. Lesson learned, have the best life you can get brother. Good luck.

Everything will be back to normal within weeks of creating a cure, vaccine or simply solving the virus problem. These are no hard times. Not hard enough at least. When it all comes to pass they will blame men for economic aftermath, not taking enough action, not being helpful enough for wahmen, etc. It will all be our fault somehow. The world is beyond saving, it's going to hell. And only rebuilding on foundations of this hell would make it all normal. Men are simply too good, too altruistic, to…

There are almost no decent women in Poland but exceptions happen, above all else they're not so shortsighted here and they still fea…

Had a vasectomy time ago, very young, at the age of 18. Not a single problem, best decision of my life. I'd hate myself for bringing a child to a world like this. Went for the lesser evil. If anything, it actually improves libido and quality of sex life. Liberation is overwhelming

Freeze lots of sperm at 18-20, get vasectomy right after. Just make sure it doesn't go as donation! One of the best ideas to avoid paternity fraud, have careless twenties (avoid STDs! Though) and enjoy life a little more knowing that having a child will be your choice 100%. Keep all the power. Never compromise.

No amount of training or supplements will give you any boost if you need one. Testosterone boost from training is consumed in recovery from that training, T boost from a diet or lifestyle changes is not significant. At least when it comes to sensations. Get TRT, 200-300mg weekly in form of daily subcutaneous injections. Stable levels, no sides like estrogen or DHT. Add great diet, lifestyle and training to that and you'll feel like a god. Life's too short for feeling like crap and injections wit…

Jung explained it quite correctly: No tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell. There's a price for everything. Sooner or later it is up to us to pay it. Can't have good without evil, black without white or upside with no downside. Funny thing is that men's achievements compound to progress and improvement of mankind, even funnier that society and women only focus on the price we paid (sacrifices, deaths, wars,....) Just like medicine, people go to hospitals, get …

Nope, after 3-6 months you develop an immune response to sperm. Even surgical reversal won't help. That's why the success rate is below 5% and only in the first few months after a procedure. If it reverses itself year after or you get a surgical reversal you still will not be able to father children unless you compromise the immune system or take immunosuppressants for an extended period of time (enough for spermatozoa to develop, mature and get to seminal vesicles and you also need to get them …

TRT improves cardiovascular function and health in otherwise healthy men. Still, there are few things worth knowing about TRT: You don't need to take care of T production on it, but you have to take care of conversion. Estrogen and DHT, minimize estro, maximize DHT. Estrogen is responsible for all the side effects of exogenous testosterone administration. Typically, consuming lots of mixed tocopherols and - trienols, vitamin A, K and D in proper ratios solves the estrogen problem. Additionally, …

...and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us. It's all going to hell. Better to accept it and expect it, then it all becomes sort of a practical joke. And though the laugh at the end will have a bitter tone, there will be something humorous to it. The world kind of reminds me of the mouse utopia experiment and we enter the last phases at lightspeed. It is worse than unsustainable, it's like a p…

High doses of thiamine (vitamin B1) help some people with fibromyalgia and are generally well tolerated. If the reason is fibromyalgia. Good physiotherapist with experience in weightlifting could be worth a try. If the reason is injury, imbalance or problems alike. Lastly I'd recommend asking doctors about Chiari malformation, any possible pathologies concerning cerebrospinal fluid flow, infections (especially chronic), vertebrae malformations, and arthritis (sometimes it can attack spine, espec…

Everyone can question everything, I have a Jewish friend, very smart man, very religious man and a doctor who is against circumcision himself. He never lets the faith stand in way of reason. That's a man worth all the respect. I think that's argument enough.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
