To be fair, I never married, but most of my 12-24 month flings were like that, too. It's not really even THAT great in the beginning. There is always some bullshit. There is a pretty cool pastor at my church who is semi-red pilled, and he told me the vast majority of marriage will be boredom mixed with annoyance at your partner. He said if you can find some joy in that mix, then try it. Otherwise, no. Pretty bold for a church guy. Told me this in private once.
