Every day I wake up in my own house alone I am immediately hit by an overwhelming sense of peace and tranquility. No wife = happy life.

“The Wall” IS kinda nonsensical. Something like “sliding down the back of the hill” would be better.

Same reason the Romans crucified slaves who revolted.

Reddit isn’t waking up to shit. Men telling the truth, escaping the plantation, and living feee On their own terms is still “hate.” Women teaching other women to be lying and manipulative is still a-okay.

Women lack honor. The wiring is simply not there. Expecting a woman to be truthful and faithful and rational and stick by you is like expecting a new car to have a cassette player. Cunning and opportunism and deceit (including self-deceit) are a women’s weapons. Sad but true. You can’t trust them. No society will survive if women are not kept in check.

I started a side business. It’s skilled, dangerous, and physically exhausting. I also workout. Sometimes I’ll pump and dump when the opportunity arises. Be 100% selfish. Do what pleases you. Purge anyone from your life who doesn’t add to your happiness. It’s worked for women for countless generations.
/r/MGTOW03/05/21 02:49 PM

You forgot “biological.” Hypergamy is women’s innate sexual strategy. No-fault divorce laws and abortion on demand and birth control unleashed women’s hypergamy. It was restrained since the dawn of civilization. In fact, you CANNOT HAVE civilization without checks on women’s behavior. Now the risks of having marriage and family and children in this society are so overwhelming that no rational man with full knowledge of the playing field would sign up to play the game.

I told my ex-wife only desired marriage because I wanted children (this was before MGTOW). She got so upset she got out of bed and left. 2 years later she asked me to marry her. Then, when we were getting divorced, I found a diary she kept. In this tome of insanity was a list of all my faults. Chief among them was I only married her to have children. Can’t make this shit up.

1). They are usually weak, whiny, and passive aggressive. 2). They have no confidence in their ability to fix things. 3). They have no honor. These are the guys who will white knight and sleaze around behind other guys’ back trying to break off a piece.

All the rotund “Equal Opportunity Specialists” that waddle around my organization wearing size 36 leggings and 4 inch press on nails who spend their time gossiping and sending out mass emails about “unconscious bias” and attending various semi-luxury recruitment events while pulling down $100,000/year seem to be doing just fine.

Lefties consist entirely of naïve adolescents and resentful women and weak males. Some are intelligent, but all view politics as a means to extract resources from and exercise power over people whom they could not successfully compete against as individuals.

Well expect to be treated like trash then. Women have made it far too risky to engage with them on anything other than a purely superficial level. At best you’ll get boned by a guy who’s wrapped it, snipped it, or will pull out and deliver it to your face/back before punching out and ghosting you. Tyrone may be willing ti deliver the payload, but his part time job at Domino’s isn’t gonna fetch you much child support and his side hustle selling crack or boosting cars is invisible in family court.…

50/50 is the norm now. If he won’t fight for you find another. And consult with every motherfucking divorce attorney in a 200 mile radius. Everyone you consult first will be legally precluded from engaging with her.

Child support will come down to a state calculator most likely unless there’s commission income or a private business involved. Custody and parenting time is the crux of the matter. Do not settle for anything less than joint and 50/50 parenting time if you can possibly manage it. I had to settle for a lot less (because of a long commute that I undertook so she could have the lifestyle she wanted). I’ve been trying to claw my way back ever since.
/r/MGTOW30/12/20 12:23 AM

All I can say is accept that your wife is your enemy now. Accept that this will cost you a lot of money. I’ve spent $36,000 so far. Probably will spend $50,000 by the time it’s all said and done. You will likely fuck up. I’ve hit the booze, done incredible risky and stupid things (some with other women, some without). I prob have ptsd from my marriage. Stay calm and get ready for a long miserable slog. It will get worse before it gets better, but it will get better.
/r/MGTOW29/12/20 11:40 PM

The simple, horrible, brutal truth is that women cannot be trusted with legal authority and decision making. Their constitution precludes it. ALL successful civilizations up until the 20th century have kept them in check for exactly this reason. Like the inevitability of death, it’s just stone cold biological reality. Keep your cool, fight for your son, hit the gym, stay away from women, and keep off the booze. Life will get better. Remember, we are the rational gender.

BTDT. I was a cop myself and never dreamed my ex would be one of those crazy bitches who calls the police and makes false allegations. At least she didn’t go full retard on you. The constant grating malcontentment. They’re shallow. I’ve dated/banged several women with doctorate degrees, even married one. Even those are about as deep as a puddle of dog piss on a linoleum floor. The entitlement. They all think they deserve the world. Lack of true remorse for bad behavior. They’re simply incapable of it.

/r/MGTOW28/12/20 05:47 AM

Exactly right. But in this case it’s even more than that. This is the kind of woman who will make false allegations to police and, if you’re dumb enough to inseminate her, CPS. This isn’t just your run of the mill cultural Marxist victim mentally that infects so many people today. This is a sign of serious emotional damage, and that damage will be projected on to you. Hey bro, Kiddos for nutting up and not being the beta. Be warned, however, that divorce is a nightmare 10 times worse than you can imagine if there’s kids involved. I TOTALLY underestimated the depths of her viciousness and depravity. I hated my wife. I haven’t missed her for a second. But what’s happened in the two years since I lost it and said we should start the process has been ungodly horrible. You can’t imagine how bad it can’t get until you’ve gone through it.

I wanted them to have a family, but that really doesn’t happen anymore. They’re alive and happy. Think of marriage as if you’re buying a car to take to a crash up derby, not one to cruise around town in. You’ll have much better luck picking an ex wife than a wife. Struggling with the same. My approach is to explain to them how life works from an early age. My ex buys them a ton of shit. So I use that to teach them about relationships. “Remember how much you loved your first stuffed animal? Relationship are like that. The more you have, the less you love the next one.” I’ve told them that marriage isn’t about happily ever after. Marriage is for children, and a happy family is what makes us all the happiest when we’re older. Don’t throw it all away like you…

Yea the results are satisfactory. Just remember, when she’s “reasoning” with you she’s just mirroring what you want her to be. She’s not actually interfacing with you logically. It’s like playing handball with yourself. Conversely, you need to rationally understand that you have to manipulate her using her emotions. That was where I “failed” if you will. The Herculean task of faking affection simply became too much for me. It was exhausting and exasperating.

I wish you luck. I married before MGTOW was a thing. I thought I had chosen well. In a way I did. She’s pretty and so are my daughters. She’s a doctor and so there’s no alimony and the small amount I pay in child support for the extra school day nights she has isn’t bad. It’s waaay cheaper than being married to her and it’s worth it to not have to deal with the weekday bs. I couldn’t hire it out for anywhere close to that. So not bad all in all. Up until about 100 years ago it worked well by constraining both men’s and women’s base biological instincts back when life was much more base and brutal and poor choices had potentially dire consequences. In its various forms it was always a cultural adaptation, not a biological one. Now it’s complexly out-dated and confers much more risk than benefits to men.

Actions ————> Consequences Women are instinctual. It’s not a value judgement. Natural selection made them this way. Accordingly, all successful civilizations of the past made rules that kept women’s behavior in check. It was for their own good, and the good of society. It’s not a hard concept to grasp.

There has been practically nothing to hold relationships together since the 1960s. Birth control, modern technological conveniences, the welfare and police state, family court, women’s access to employment, and the absence of social stigma makes long term relationships and marriage mostly obsolete. Men and women are not wired the same. We don’t have the same emotions and we don’t enjoy and value the same things. Relationships based on feelings are pretty much doomed to fail.

Yep. And the “not caring enough” attitude draws in more women and keeps them around longer. On the average at least. Never underestimate the power of an abundance mentality. Women would much rather have part of a comparatively successful guy than all of an comparatively unsuccessful guy. On the average, the successful guys genes confer a survival advantage to her offspring. It’s basic evolution. Us men were never taught that. It’s like never being taught that the earth is round. Ultimately marri…

MGTOW is putting yourself first in whatever way works for you. I like fucking women. It’s a challenge to get in a woman’s pants and it feels good. It’s very much like fishing or hunting. Yes it’s risky, but manage it. That’s part of the fun. I personally have 3 children and I adore them. I got married before MGTOW. Even then I knew marriage was a bad deal, so I picked their mother based on her looks and career prospects and career mobility. Basically I picked a breed sow and an ex-wife as much a…

It’s basic biology. Their hind brain is compelling them to jump on every cock possible in the hopes of making one last child. This is universal. Go find a pine or fir tree by the side of the road that’s been smashed by a car with half the bark gone. Or find one that’s been skinned up by a log skidder. Look up and you’ll see the top of the tree is chock full of cones, twice as much as a healthy tree if not more. One more chance to make baby trees before it succumbs to rot. 40-something women are …

Partially agree: Never get married unless you want kids. Marriage brings out the worst in a woman. The current state of the legal system incentivizes negative female behavior. However, kids are wonderful to have. It’s the truest form of love you will ever feel. I worry about young mgtows failing to understand that. Just make sure you pic an ex wife at the same time you pick a wife. Also, ALL my best lays have been 35-45 year old professional single women. Maybe they’re not as pretty as they were…

Biologically they’re pretty much the same. There’s hundreds of millions of years worth of evolution there separated by maybe 100,000 years since we humans dispersed a across the globe. Sure, that last sliver of time gave rise to different races of humans, and there are some interesting differences there that cannot be dismissed no matter who much the egalitarians wish to do so, but in terms of the male/female dynamic AWALT still applies.

Ex police officer here. I went through my states criminal justice academy right after the Rodney King riots. The commandant of the academy gave a talk about it and about how the profession changed that day and boy was he correct. The job is thankless. Exactly my point. Marriage, in all its various forms, has always been a cultural adaptation, not a biological one. It was a set of rules that stabilized society and conveyed survival advantages. Now it’s basically obsolete.

Half of all marriages end in divorce. I’m sure a massive percentage of the rest are absolutely miserable. But by all means, bet a huge chunk of your life and wealth and happiness on a dying institution that opens with this comedic display of opulence and entitlement and waste. I’m sure you’ll be the exception.

To women the picture is more important than the marriage. It’s like social media before there was social media. She gets to put them up on the wall of the home or in her cubicle to show off to friends and coworkers and other women for validation. When my ex filed for divorce she put the framed wedding photos in our basement. One was this gaudy bullshit one where all the guests signed the mat (she spent a ton of money on shit it didn’t know about until the day of). As I was moving out I crumpled …

I see it with ALL women. Houses chock full of stupid worthless shit. I think its an weird evolutionary side effect from millions of years spent gathering (women) vs hunting (men). Men couldn’t successfully chase game cross country if they weighed themselves down with unnecessary shit. Back at camp, virtually anything potentially useful could be gathered and stored with minimal cost. It’s very similar to how the urge to suckle at a teet as infants also causes thumb sucking.

Honestly the best relationships I’ve had are FWB with professional women 45-50. Many still look good/ok. It’s virtually impossible for a woman past 45 to get pregnant (still, make sure you’re careful). Almost all have been divorced, often multiple times, and have kids in tow, so the demands on your time are usually pretty low. Usually they’re randy as hell and very skilled in the sack. If you get a good-tempered one they can be consistently affectionate and low maintenance, unlike women. A bad-tempered one is like a woman, bitchy and needy and ungrateful and violent. Focus on yourself. Lift and do cardio. Take martial arts and learn to fight. Do well in school. Learn a good trade or get a degree that will pay you well or join the military and do cool shit. It sucks when you’re young and hormones are raging but do the above and before you know it pussy will chase you the rest of your life. Women are dream killers and seas anchors, ESPECIALLY at your it age.

Sadly this is true. For the man it’s all risk, minimal reward, no guarantees. I’m baffled that anyone would do it anymore with all the MGTOW knowledge out there now.

Meh, I’m attractive enough that I can get a woman if I want. I’ve never had a problem. I see no logical reason to incur all the risks and downsides of marriage AND have other guys railing my wife when I can just go get another woman and have a turn and let it run it’s course. It’s the logic (or lack thereof) that escapes me.

Honesty is always appreciated among men. I do ok but I’m nowhere close to $150k. I’m a bit sad about her but yea, I’m not writing a check against this. I’m not writing a check against any woman ever again. I told her that up front. She still wanted to fuck. It was fun while it lasted. And “decent” is $150k? That’s the top 5%. LOL ok. If you want over 6’ (I am), over 6” (I am), no kids (I have 3), and 6-pack abs ( I have), then you’re taking a small fraction of 1% of the population. I guess it’s …

/r/MGTOW223/07/20 06:28 PM

Yea I see that too. I don’t get it. Men generally don’t get nearly as much out of relationships as women, especially if there’s no children involved. Exclusivity (or at least the promise of it) and the emotional trust that comes with it is one of the few benefits men do derive. If there’s no exclusivity, what’s the point of the relationship?
/r/MGTOW223/07/20 03:35 PM
2

Agreed. More honesty than I’ve come to expect from women. We’re still friends, simply because of life circumstances, and there is a heightened element of trust here simply for this reason. I’m just not buying what she’s selling. I don’t know why any man would. It makes me sad really. I wonder what her future will be like and if she’ll find anyone to sign up for this.

I’ve banged several married women. I used to be proud of it. Not so much anymore. The cold hard truth is evolution favors variety and we’re hardwired to become sick of each other. Monogamy is unnatural. Genetic variety in your offspring is evolutionary advantageous. With modern medicine and policing and welfare and women working outside the home being the new normal there is no need or social pressure for women to be faithful to a protector and provider. This is of course harmful to children and…

Ive done my share of dumping and being dumped. Looking back I was always way too reluctant to end shit relationships. If I’m honest with myself I think it’s because my father was not a strong male presence and never taught me about true manhood and self-reliance and self-worth. I think he may have been a bit autistic actually, but that’s for another thread. He was a good guy but distant and very odd. After my divorce I just enjoy occasional flings with women. Only you can decide bro but there’s some serious red flags there. The warning signs I should have paid attention to were her broken family history, inability to handle disappointment and manage her expectations, her lashing out emotionally when things didn’t go her way, and her sense of entitlement. If you see those kind of signs, it doesn’t matter how well she hides it or what she promises you, run like hell.

I have generally found women to be horrible activity partners. Physically they can’t keep up. If something goes wrong or doesn’t meet their expectations they’ll brood and sulk. They’ll introduce drama for no good reason just to have drama. Other than sex I have no use for women.

She knew what I had but I never mixed accounts and paid my taxes separately. Not combining funds is key. She had a mountain of student loan debt that we paid the minimum on. I never paid off her loans. When the divorce came she threatened to go after it. I told her I’d use it to bury her in legal fees. She blinked and backed down. Having your own children is wonderful. Marriage is hell on earth. Divorce led me here. I will NEVER get married again. After about age 40, a man’s desire for sex and female companionship declines significantly. My guess is this is because for 99.99% of human history this would have probably been our maximum life expectancy. Marriage has always been a set of rules that governed inheritance and procreation and limited sexual behavior in societies. It has taken different forms and served different roles throughout history. Female loyalty is resource dependent. As long as they don’t think they have a more lucrative option, they will stay. The instant they think they can do better, they’re gone. Women are designed by natural selection to extract as many resources from a man as possible then move on immediately to another target. It’s in their DNA. It’s practically as old as life itself. Legal and social constraints on female behavior in the past kept this in check. Those constraints have been dismantled by feminism …

Believe it or not a lot of women see you as somewhat desirable or even slightly heroic if you have partial or full custody. Women know what other women are like. The ones that are attracted to you are usually somewhat more sane. Not that I'll ever get married again but I don't lack for female attention.

It's only been 4 months and he's already taking the little girl to practice and the family to Disneyland? The relief of not having to pretend to love someone I can't stand is palpable. Being able to do what I want again whenever I want is amazing. Co-parenting little children with her is a shit show. The children suffer tremendously. I hate that. I didn't think she'd be as bad as she is. You lose a lot of control over the mother's decisions. There's a reason no successful society in human history granted women equal legal rights until the modern era. It was for the good of all. Being more or less po…

I'm a divorced father of 3 girls. Marriage was a mix of tedium and exasperation and misery. Having children is the only reason a man should ever even consider marriage. And when you do you'd better pick an ex-wife at the same time. Spending time playing with my daughters and teaching them and doing simple things like collecting butterflies or going for walks in the woods is profoundly joyful. Females want the alpha. Then along comes another and the original alpha is defeated. Evolutionarily speaking its adaptive for females to INSTANTLY switch and bond with the new one. There will always be beta orbiters and SIMPS. And women will vote themselves more and more largess from the government to support them in their old age. Women cannot be trusted with the same rights as men. They literally destroy their own civilizations.

You will die alone anyway. My mom left the hospital when my dad was dying of cancer and hid in the house. There was another post on here the other day by someone working in the medical profession saying that it happens all the time. Or the wives hover like vultures and badger and demand all the keys to the kingdom as the poor bastard just wants to be consoled in his last moments. Women's love is resource-based and utilitarian. Women over 65 are useless for 1 and 2, I can't image a single dad marrying a dried up old hag to help with 3, and no fault divorce and hypergamy make 4 and 5 a losing bet with disastrous odds. Absolute nonsense. Marriage is so risky these days a lot of men are writing it off based simply on a rational risk/reward analysis. Those that aren't now have access to the same information, which that clearly shows that body count and risk go up hand in hand. The above advice is delusional.

A man's advice, with daughters, if you care: It most certainly does affect how I would have viewed you when I was looking for a marriage partner. Double digits before marriage is a huge red flag. You're rapidly approaching the "fun only" category, or, to be cruder, "pump and dump." It's also affecting you physiologically. Sex hormones are like a drug. The only reason to get married is to have kids and a woman's worth is solely about her ability to have children. If you do get married find a high income woman (doctor/executive/etc) with good genes in the approaching 30 age category and who is desperate to settle down and have kids. That's the ONLY way to avoid this. Think of marriage as a medium term lease on a production…

I hadn't thought of it exactly like that but yea, that's kinda sorta what I have in mind. I even suggested she bring one of her good looking lady friends to one of my daughters soccer games and have both of them hanging off of me just to fuck with them. She was totally down. Hell, I might even get a 3-some out of it. 😇

/r/MGTOW22/09/19 04:14 AM

Naw. There is no rebound. I HATED being married. I think the marriage was truly over when, in a fit of exasperation over her constant complaining and nagging at me to take her out, I told my then wife that I didn't want to because I found her intellectually and sexually uninteresting. Yea, I'm partly to blame for the divorce. 🤣 I'm just enjoying the idea of hedonistic self-indulgence.
/r/MGTOW22/09/19 04:12 AM

I would screen shot that shit. Then I would print it. Then I would take her out for a nice "romantic" dinner. Then I would take her home and have sex with her (make sure to video it as blackmail and to protect yourself from being accused of anything). And I wouldn't be gentle about it. Then I would give her the pictures and tell her to GTFO. If it's your place I'd throw her clothes on the lawn. Or in a tree.

Dude had the right approach to marriage. Marry a hot older woman who can't get pregnant, has more money (no divorce rape), and he indulges his appetites while treating her like a dirty sock.

One of the fundamental principle of MGTOW is AWALT. Biology is fundamental. All trees photosynthesize. All pacific salmon migrate upstream to spawn. You cannot change female nature. Only moral systems and cultural norms and legal principles keep that in check. That's why EVERY successful human civilization had similar checks on female behavior. Those checks have been dismantled. Engage at your own peril. Maybe you'll find a unicorn. I for one make a rational evaluation of the cost/benefits and e…

In my experience women are shit companions. I've never had a good time with a woman that couldn't have been better had I been alone or with a friend. ETA except for sex. That's the only thing women are good for. And only until you get bored with them.

Nothing attracts poon like success. As for women and morality, well, fuck morality. Do what you want. True freedom is not giving a fuck about what anyone else thinks. Chase poon all you want. It's not possible to marry a "woman who shares your hopes and dreams." That means you have excess life energy that's not being devoted to her. Women's biology doesn't allow for that. She will pout and nag and bitch and moan and talk trash behind your back and scheme with her circle of harpies if she even gets a wiff of you still having "hopes and dreams." Women are programmed to destroy your hopes and dreams. I though I had found such a unicorn. The instant I married her EVERYTHING changed. I ha…

When my ex and I divorced the framed pictures of our wedding lay in the rec room untouched for months up until the last few days. Mine did that also. She shit-talked me to everyone. Neighbors, her friends, co-workers, everyone. A guy at her work rightfully saw it as a green light to try to bed her. I'm enjoying women in the 45 or so range right now. They can't get pregnant for the most part and they're staring to realize they're at the cusp of old age. They aren't looking for father potential anymore. There's a ton of pretty good looking women in that age group that will throw pussy at you and work it like hell to please you in a desperate attempt for validation. Good times

Men don't put scratches on women's arms. If a man is going to tool up a woman it will leave bruises, not scratches. She did that to herself.

I was depressed when I wasn't married and single. I was really depressed when I was married and drank a lot. I was super depressed during my divorce and drank a lot. Now I'm divorced and getting much better. I have a lot of anger but I'm working through it. I stopped drinking the day I moved out because I didn't need to any more. Instantly I went from a borderline alcoholic to not needing it and not wanting it. Marriage is not the answer to depression.

No way this isn't the ex-wife's/mother's handiwork. Women can be absolutely evil.

Most women are incapable of even that moderate amount of logic when it comes to relationships. For women weakness in a man is a turnoff so intense that her visceral reaction will over power even that kind of viscous cynical self-serving logic.

Thanks to birth control and feminism vagina is now plentiful and cheap. Women are usually shitty companions for men. The domestic comfort is rarely worth the price you pay and the resources a woman consumes. Even if you have a woman with a decent career, the financial resources and the economic efficiency she brings to the table are rarely worth the drama and bullshit. The emotion we call "love" is fleeting and tenuous and not worth the risk you take on in marriage, especially when women are fre…

No but I've had family go through it. Seen the above first hand. Seen a grown man the size of a linebacker sobbing as he started chemo as his wife walked out on him. Hypergamy doesn't care.

Talk to any oncologist and you will hear heart-breaking stories of people divorcing spouses because of cancer diagnoses. Hard to maintain frame when hit with that.

Whenever I hear a woman talk about an "abusive" ex I automatically assume she's full of shit. For every legit case of abuse there's got to be 20-50 cases of women making it up to gain sympathy from white knights or to retroactively justify their shitty behavior and poor decisions to themselves.

It's well known that the more men a woman has been with, the less likely the marriage will last. Given how financially and emotionally devastating divorce is for men, his approach makes logical sense. Men and women are not equal. Life isn't fair. This bloke made and perfectly rational decision in his own self interest. Good for him.

Feminism is women's animalistic instincts loosed upon society in political form. No successful civilization has become such without legal and cultural and religious constraints placed on women's instinctual behavior. No civilization can survive the removal of those constraints.

I think social media and dating apps let the genie out of the bottle. I started dating my ex in 2007, got married in 2010, divorced this year. It's literally a whole new world. Women's nature hasn't changed, but the opportunities for women to indulge their hypergamy are literally limitless now. Pandora's box is open. The millennial generation knows nothing else. I weep for the future of civilization.

They are a pestilence. When I was married I had one next door and one across the street. The one next door was a shut in alcoholic but once came out screaming at me as I was trimming a neglected overgrown hedge on my side of the lot line that was growing back in upon and chocking itself off (she had been "caring for it" for years you see). The one across the street befriended my now ex-wife and invited herself into our family and wanted to play surrogate grandmother to my daughters. Her only son…

He didn't meet her expectations. He was supposed to make her happy 24/365. She nagged and complained and destroyed his life's dreams and trash-talked him to everyone they knew and slutted around behind his back and blamed it all on him. He called her on her shitty self-serving entitled behavior. To modern women that's "abuse." But don't worry, in her mind she's a "survivor." Ask me how I know...

The only way this could possibly be a good decision would be if she brings equal or greater financial resources and earning power to the table and has the same or less number of children. If they are pooling resources for the sake of the kids that is equal or tilted in his favor and both have realistic expectations MAYBE this isn't a train wreck. MAYBE...

There was this one girl I dated in college. She was maybe a 6-7 at 19. She was a sweet girl and loved me and wanted to get married. Farm girl. But she started to annoy me and bore me after a while and started hanging out with liberal feminist friends in grad school. Plus her teeth were really soft and have her a lot of problems and she had short legs and was lactose intolerant. I dumped her. Probably the closest I've ever been to a unicorn. If unicorns are uninteresting and annoying and have stu…

She's more nuts than most women. I once had a similar encounter with a traveling pediatric nurse. It got so bad I had to threaten her by telling her I would share all her nonsense with her hospital's security folks. Stay away.

I studied biology in college. Courses on evolutionary theory changed my life. Suddenly everything started to make sense. It was the beginning of a 20-year intellectual journey. The internet was just getting up and running then. For the first time in human history all of the collective wisdom of mankind was gradually becoming available to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Gradually, slowly, I came to the realization that virtually everything I was taught about history and human nature and society and mo…

Alimony should be a non-issue if you both are professionals. Especially if she makes more than you. Fight for 50/50 custody if your careers allow. If you get that child support won't be an issue. I see asset division being the only real issue unless there's skeletons in closets or there's some sort of parental dysfunction. If she's on board with the above you could seek a mediator and work it out yourselves. You're probably in better shape than 90% of the guys on here.

Just went through something similar. The fact that she makes more than you and has assets that have likely appreciated in value during the marriage means you are in relatively good shape. The fact that you moved out of the house puts you at a slight disadvantage for custody. If she is a reasonable, rational woman (haha) try to convince her that you'll both be better off if you split it all down the middle (including 50/50 custody) without lawyers. Which is the truth. Lawyers are expensive. If sh…

File that shit now and be done with her. I'm saying that as a dad trying all I can to save a marriage my wife wants to end for the sake of my kids. If it weren't for them I'd have left years ago.

I would talk with a lawyer ASAP about how to document her behavior for the divorce you will be certainly facing in the near future. My STBEW isn't nearly that bad. Mine has simply turned full bore liberal feminist and is being selfish and naive. That's bad enough. You sound like you're dealing with some serious pathology there brother. Can you make audio recordings I wonder? Would they be admissible? Keep a diary. I'm concerned about the health and safety and mental well-being of your kids. Make…

Looking back there were 2 instances before we got married where I almost ended it. The fist was an outburst during a visit with my parents about a year and a half into the relationship. When we got home I almost moved out of the house we were renting together. I came as close as touring an apartment. To be fair the visit was kind of a shit show with blame to go around, so I let it go. The second instance was an argument over the size/scope/cost of the wedding. But we compromised and pared it dow…
