Old Chateau trick: Get a period tracker app. (I use one called Life) When she's in the fertility phase you can expect more shit tests, and you should amp up your alpha game. This week you also get good overall grading on how alpha you really are: in this week, she should show signs of attraction towards you. If not, she subconsciously perceives you as overall beta, and you're in trouble. The rest of the month you can dial it back, and even run some beta game if you like. The science is there to …

Totally agreed. This is the way forward. The best payback you can give her is a lifetime of her wondering what happened. Mostly she will hamster away and come up with some rationalizing narrative, but at the back of her head she'll never get over that at the end of the day your value was higher than hers and you both know that.

Cool with some female realization, but you shouldn't need your woman to read this book. It's your job to guide her to what's best for her. She shouldn't give you control. You should take it, or better, it should never be in question that you already have it.

Though a bit long-winded, I agree with OP. I find it works great for day game to talk to women you find in your vicinity as if you were talking to a kid in kindergarten. (asked in a non-leading way) Or something else contextual but never more complicated than what you would say to th…

I totally agree with OP. And for those who don't, just give it a try. Take six months off porn and then we'll talk. You'll be another man, and you'll agree too. Porn keeps the beta crowd happy and docile. A major step of unplugging from the BP world should be to stop your porn consumption.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
