I don’t have a lawyer and can’t afford one at all unfortunately… She has a lawyer but is about to run out of the deposit she put down for him. She had daddy’s money of course.

The petition stated nothing about including a temporary order. That came after. The petition was fairly simple and included nothing about the house except for dividing the real property fairly as court decides. I guess I got lucky in the sense that it’s been 5 weeks of separation but shes traveled for work and leisure adding up to 12 or so days where I was with him and stayed overnight
