Wife filed a temporary family law order asking me to leave the home within 24 hours.

This is due to a fight that occurred Saturday night. Not physical. She came in to the room while my 5 year old son and I were watching tv and went psycho. Son was terrified. I consistently tried getting her to de-escalate and leave the room. I did grab her arm to walk her out of the room. Of course to her, being a narcissist, said I hit her. Ridiculous. I took video of it too.

Divorce proceedings are in progress and have been for s couple of months and I stayed in the home so she can’t leverage me leaving as a way to get more custody. I don’t want the court thinking I abandoned our child.

Anyways, I planned on filing a counter order with a declaration of what happened. I haven’t yet. Want advice first. It’s me asking the judge for me to remain in the home for Childs mental health, because he’s so used to me caring for him and handling daily routines. She travels a ton for work and leisure. Like every month or multiple trips per month. I stay home. I handle the kiddo. I also state I’m happy to coordinate maturely with a schedule that benefits her and I both but kid is number one.

What should I do!?
