Yes definitely not true. I have met unattractive guys that were jerks and attractive guys that were also very nice. However I do believe that sometimes a good personality can make you more attractive, and being a jerk can lessen your attractiveness.

No that's definitely rude. Most people when they want to try your food first offer some of their food, and wait for you to maybe offer. He needs to learn some basic etiquette before he goes on another date, or even out to dinner with anyone.

True fwb situations only happen if you are actually friends who end up having sex, and usually either end up in a relationship or it ruins the friendship. You can't really seek out a fwb. What they really want is a fuck buddy, or probably just a hook-up. If they truly wanted a friend with benefits, they would first establish a friendship.
