Check out /r/Instagramreality for more stuff like this. Even though we all hear that people Photoshop their pictures, looking through that sub really helps me solidify it in my mind.

These are two different photos... just look at the background. And one is taken with a bad flash and the other is taken with a more flattering one. Also, good angles verse bad angles (everyone has them). The only thing that might be Facetuned could be her skin which is just a bit of smoothing... not a big deal.
