He does help, like I said, he said I can hire help anytime I need it (I don't want to be dependent on it though) and when he's home he doesn't mind helping with chores or watching the kids for me. It's just my own personal problem, I get so tired if I try to be responsible for everything on my own. Someone mentioned that being a pilot he gets a lot of free time, he's not a commercial flight pilot with hotels and tourism he's a military/rescue pilot and is on base. There's also covid so no gather…

This really hit me, I honestly didn't think I'm being harsh on myself.. I always feel like I'm not good enough. My husband helps when he's home but he's only here a few days a week. I clean up after the kids are in bed because that's the only safe time to do so. Like if I tried to do dishes and the baby was sleeping in his room, I'm scared the toddler would either bother him or make some other mess inside. Thank you SO MUCH for this. It is very isolating, so knowing people out there just get it helps. I feel like everyone else is doing way better than me sometimes. My oby recommended counseling but I don't have time for it or anyone to babysit my kids. I know I need alone time more for sure.
