I'll apply MRP principles because that's who I and what I want to do, regardless of how others rewct to it is internal frame. I'll apply MRP principles because it's fixed other people's marriages and therefore will help mine is a covert contract any way you slice it. Anything that predicts your wife will respond in any sort of way is a covert contract. You can only assign outcomes to yourself. Athol Kay's MMSLP is probably worth a read for you.

No, you don’t eat it. That would be disgusting to a vegan. You just pick up shifts at the slaughterhouse when it’s convenient for you. And then picket outside protesting when you need a new IG post.

You should ask her boyfriend. Gifts for your wife should be something meaningful to you and /or her. Inspiration from other dudes on what is meaningful for you ain’t going to get you any action.

"What is that monster?" cried the young man. "Why," said the Pook, "it is All Women, Mother Nature herself! This nasty sphinx devours all hearts and lives of those who cannot answer her riddle. That man, in the picture, he figured out the riddle to Woman. Thus, he became known as Don Juan."

The main point of comparing MRP to the red pill for me isn’t “opening your eyes to the truth” and just leaving the matrix. The main, and most important comparison is the scene where the boy is bending the spoon and says, “Do not try and bend the spoon, that’s impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth... There is no spoon... Then you’ll see that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.” Every conflict where someone in here says “She did xyz, how should I react?” Is them tryin…

What you wrote should have gone into your personal journal to reflect on. Or posted in OYS next week. This is “almost” a field report though. Point out where you specifically failed, and what next steps you can take to fix it and you’ve got yourself a FR that adds value.

Have you started to reflect on why comments roasting you are getting upvoted and your responses are getting downvoted? I’m hesitant to roast a FR because there are so few of them even being written, but your post reeks of a strange combo of deep insecurity/inability to be honest with yourself wrapped in a narcissistic ego projection. Honest question, when you close your eyes and imagine, who did you write this post for? Yourself? Someone struggling and looking for encouragement? Veterans who you…

No need to be defensive. It seems like your posts are talking about two different things. Teasing is fun when you both know it’s teasing. And it’s absolutely fun. Your first post reads like the advice is to yell at her for putting the laundry away wrong and then pretending you didn’t just freak out at her.

I doubt that was anyone respected on MRP. That's a TRP dancing monkey strategy. If you're in a LTR with someone you actually care about, there are better ways to give her an emotional spike without being insincere and manipulative.

Been a long time since we’ve had a real honest FR. “Refusal to accept reality is a big part of your ego fighting the true nature of your circumstances. I didn’t want to be seen as “weak” or “vulnerable” or “less than”. But let’s be honest – I was. I was in bad bad shape.” Ego blind spots are one of the hardest things to improve. You’ve identified, after the fact, some of the times ego got in the way for the sake of example in the FR. But have you identified any tells or triggers you can look out…

You’re still asking for “paint by numbers” answers to your questions. You need to figure out what areas of “you” need the most work. Are you over 20% body fat? Maybe start with diet first. Is setting boundaries really difficult for you? Probably steer with WISNIFG. Do you put everybody’s needs above yours, focus on NMMNG. Are you constantly angry and confused by your woman? Search the subreddit for Anger phase and read Rollo/Pook. Get to a point where you can see that you’re asking the wrong que…

Despite the fact your question is about her instead of you, I'll bite. She has tried covert communication and you've failed to hear the message. So she has switched to overt communication. The blue pill path is to ask her what you did to lead you here, promise you'll change, and prolong confusing feelings for both of you. The RP path is to pause, acknowledge that hurt is coming and work on what is best for you. Don't be autistic and keep a mental scorecard about distancing yourself/withholding a…

This sounds like clinical depression to me. I'm not a fan of addressing it with medication, but I'd be looking for a therapist who specializes in CBT and possibly ADD. Motivation at work ebbs and flows for most people but 18 months of this seems like you'd benefit from outside help. Alternatively if it's really just trouble with procrastination, try going through this program's worksheets etc on your own. https://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/Resources/Looking-After-Yourself/Procrastination

Thanks for this. I actually had a long reflection on a run last week about how/why MRP has stagnated over the last couple years. You touched on a few of the things I had been thinking. A "paint by numbers" framework like the 12 levels of dread has a lot of value in just pushing people along. But it's not the 12 levels of dread that makes someone into a "MRP man". It's the individual failures, successes and observations made while jumping through the hoops of the levels that either builds a bette…

Ask this question in askTRP wherever that lives now. Best advice you'll get from the Married Red Pill group is figure out how to make decisions in life based on your own interests and goals and be content with those outcomes. You wanted to be somewhere so you stayed there. Good. Life is a series of doors opening and closing. Be content with what you have or take steps to change it. At 20 years old, how much time and attention is one girl worth to you? Only you can really answer that.

That’s not even cynical. Shows huge gaps in his frame. If he had abundance mindset but no interest he would have tossed the number on his way out. Read through this exchange a couple more times. And bookmark it to reread it once a month for the next little while. I promise there are layers to it your ego is protecting you from and keeping you from seeing. People like to quote the matrix when talking about TRP/MRP but they rarely use my favorite quote. “Do not try and bend the spoon. That is impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth.[...] it is not the spoon that bends, only yourself.”

She’s not a dog or a child. We say treat her like the oldest child in the house but that doesn’t mean you squirt her with a squirt bottle when she doesn’t send you nudes. You’re still understanding things in the dancing monkey frame. If i do X, she’ll do Y. MRP is about fixing you and making you a person she’ll want to send nudes to. You shouldn’t be making demands right now. You’re like a kid in a cop outfit trying to hand out traffic tickets.

Fair. Wasn't trying to humblebrag. I'm wondering what everybody who isn't me is doing with their extra time at home. Normally we'd all be out more. Kids would be at friends houses or friends would be at our place. Plenty of house projects to work on, but I haven't been very good about including the kids in any projects that aren't yard work/simple manual labor.

You’re just not seeing the matrix on this one. The “simply realize there is no spoon” quote in particular. Here’s my limited attempt to explain, Realize when she is in her “feminine “she is looking to whatever energy you feed her. She is looking to you for stability. If she’s acting shitty and in her masculine, AM and AA and lead. If she’s acting shitty and in her feminine, ignore what her behavior is and draw her to your frame.

Negative inquiry is a little better than PF here. But AA&AM are almost always the KISS answer. All responses given with a huge grin. NI "what is is about skinny guys you don't like?" AA " I don't know, I'm going for a size zero, but I'm worried my hips are too wide no matter what I do" AM Whatever sarcastic thought comes to mind IE "yeah, if I ever had to survive with a skinny guy, he'd probably be the first to go down." and then swiftly move on to the next topic
