Yeah good for you but for every "good" boss there are tons of others who don't care and even encourage younger girls to strip. I'm just speaking from my own family experience. I had a cousin who stripped for years and part of her "job" was to recruit more girls especially if they were young.

They're not dating and even if they were talking he could have bought it up with her or just asked her what could he do to get to know her better. No man is just going to show up with a certificate and get access to my children. Yes it shows effort but honestly they both needed to have that conversation beforehand imo. She should have communicated to him what she needs from him in order to date him. Getting that cert comes later down the road once they've established what their relationship is.

This just sounds so fake and if its real it's just plain weird to me. That is something he could have and SHOULD have discussed with her.

I don't think a woman like this can be saved and I don't think it's fair to put that burden on all women to save her. If she's willing to be supportive of a rapist seems like she would also be toxic to other women. Her support of a rapist can be extremely triggering to survivors of sexual assaults.

This sub isn't about hating men, it's about loving yourself and putting yourself first instead of putting a man's wants/needs ahead of yourself.

Ugh, I wouldn't even want to interest 99.9% of men on OLD sites. Majority of men are trash so why would I want to invite more trash into my life!

I always say men do NOT want to be your friend, in the truest meaning of the word friend. I have never had a man who only wanted my friendship unless they were gay. Every guy who I thought wanted friendship only eventually hit on me either physically or confession.

I'm disgusted. She's probably not hitting on him at all, he's most likely projecting his porn fantasies onto her.

Read the wiki and the handbook. That's what it's there for. It's not our job to educate you especially when there are resources in place that can answer your questions. You can feel the way you want about this sub and you don't have to stay.

I think the only people who can help her need to be professional. She's in extreme denial, he's literally waterboarding her which is considered torture and she's asking if she's over-reacting.

Is she begging any of her friends to come over or is she wanting to go visit her friends and stay with them too? Or is this just a request for her bf? I agree with everything you posted, especially this! I notice there's a lot of people saying they're lonely and the only person that can get them out of their loneliness is their boyfriend. Not their friends, not their family only their bf.

I would blame this on the corona isolation but I don't think that's it at all since I see posts like this all the time (not just here either). Go ahead and do it, he most likely won't care or he'll write back acting as if he cares until he gets bored and moves on.

I have an issue with the whole "his mother banned", he's an adult so it should have been his decision. Also want to add, it's the right decision to not see you since his father has a health condition and it doesn't matter that it's considered mild. I don't think he should try to argue your "low risk-ness". This is part of the reason why the virus is spreading, people assuming they are low risk. The good thing is with technology you both can still "see" each other. This time physically apart can …

Can women just say no for a little while. It feels like men/dating is the ONLY thing women think about. Women put so much energy into looking good for dating and dating, imagine if you put that same amount of energy into bettering yourself via school, career, health, etc.

Yay! I like this sub a lot but it needs a lot of work to be more effective. Sometimes I think a lot of the people posting here don't really understand the point of this forum. It isn't just about pointing out trash men, it's more about making sure we as women put ourselves (mentally, physically, emotionally) first. Right now it just seems like a vent and meme forum. More women who visit here need to read and re-read the wiki/handbook and think before posting about men.

I used to feel sorry for women like her but now I just feel anger. At some point you have to take some responsibility about how you allow a man to treat you and if you're willing to put your health at risk (I just don't believe you can do A2M and not get some type of infection!) just for a fucking cuddle you are a problem!!!

I think it's important to remember young men can be just as entitled as men your age or older. Numerical age plays no part in LVM or HVM so it's important that you keep that in mind. My advice would be don't lower your standards because they're younger. Actually this reminds of Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. IIRC last year she spoke out a lot about their marriage and how insecure it made her. How she tried to make herself seem "younger and cooler" to him so she "contorted" (her words!) herself t…

Instead of reaching out to him, why not reach out to people that you know care about you? Like a friend or family? Don't use the excuse "what's going on in the world" as a reason to contact him. Ask yourself, you say you want comfort but what comfort did he ever give you? The real key to getting over him is loving yourself and knowing your own worth.

I never used Facebook and honestly even if it's the only social your family uses it's still not worth keeping since most people and their families post the dumbest shit.

I've read your post twice to see what redeeming qualities you wrote about him and I see none. I think you need to change your mindset about yourself. You need to realize you deserve more and you deserve better. Loving who you are is your first step to realizing homie ain't shit and isn't worthy of being with you. He's a liar, cheat, pedo, limp dick woman beater. Do you think that's the type of man that deserves your love?

I've been saying for YEARS that a man texting you means almost nothing. It doesn't mean he really likes you, it doesn't mean he really wants to get to know you better, etc and I have had so many women get mad at me and tell me "I'm old" and this is how dating/relationships work now.

This reminds me of my friend being snippy with me because I wasn't sure of the garbage/recycling pickup in our town, she got all snippy when I told her I haven't taken out the trash or recycling for years (almost 20!) because my hubs ALWAYS takes out the trash/recycling (we do separate the recycling, he just puts it out to the curb). She called me "spoiled". Don't be mad at me because your man doesn't handle the trash at your house!

It's sad and it's scary. I don't think women realize how much they put themselves at risk because they refuse to set boundaries and level up. He's cheating, he most likely isn't using protection with the women he cheats with or even the OP. If he gets any STD/STI he will pass it on to her. It's not just about your heart being broken, not leveling up can also put your sexual/reproductive health at risk! If you want to be dumb with your heart that's one thing but let's not be dumb with our bodies/…

He's not playing any minds games with her, she just doesn't know her worth. Women like this aren't ready for FDS, they will find excuse after excuse about why they're staying with a trash man. I wouldn't even try to reach a woman like this, she's too far gone. She don't wanna be saved

So true! I didn't need to be dogged out by men in order to realize my value and self worth. I realized it early on just by looking at family and friends. I made a conscious decision very early on in my life that I just wasn't going to tolerate crumbs from any man. My nickname amongst my friends & family (male and female) was Queenie because according to them I acted like I was a queen. What they didn't realize is it's not an act, I do think of myself as a queen.

Sometimes men in corporate settings are worse. I've seen married partners have affairs with their secretaries, paralegals, first years, etc all the time. Hell, some of them even propositioned me to go to hotels. Do not be fooled, just because a guy went to a top tier school, got an upscale white collar job, etc it does not mean he's better or a HVM. They can be just as trashy as a blue collar fuckboy
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/03/20 06:03 PM

Working at JP Morgan means nothing, there are all sorts of LVM who work in upscale white collar jobs, I know because I worked at several white collar firms in NYC.

How is him being "really anxious" your problem? I'm sure he has friends, family, etc. If you want to take on the burden of being there for him, even tho you KNOW he's not worth your attention that's fine but own it and realize you're most likely going to be used and that's not on him. That's on you for allowing yourself to be used. We all have choices and sometimes we women tend to make the choice that doesn't benefit us in no way. I couldn't do it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/03/20 05:49 PM

Block he sounds like a fetishist. It's a major turn off (to me anyway) that he mentions never being with a black woman but now it's all he thinks about. Like he's never thought black women were attractive or dateable??? Major red flag imo
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/03/20 03:30 PM

So true. And don't let a man be in the middle, women will literally kill each other for some trash ass man who doesn't care about either woman
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/03/20 03:13 PM
27

You claim you know he doesn't deserve your attention and yet you still give him attention? Are you sure it's him you're worried about being alone or yourself? I'm seeing a lot of women (here and irl) who live alone and they keep making up reasons why they need to contact a trash LVM because they're "worried" about him. Ask yourself honestly, is the only reason you're contacting him because you're afraid of being alone?

I don't even care why they think they need one and that shouldn't even be your focus or what turns you off from that man. Your focus should be on the fact that he views women are something that can be bought, it shows how he views women in general.

I think a lot of women have been conditioned since birth (and our mothers are a big part of the problem too!) that you are nothing without a man. As long as you have a man in your life then you are worthy. All of this starts when we're very young and you have to actively work against that conditioning, even now I still actively work against the social conditioning in this society regarding women.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/03/20 02:00 PM
44

Totally agree! Being sex positive isn't about just having sex and I wish more women realized that. It also boggles my mind how so many women (younger and older) aren't protecting themselves by insisting on condoms. If you are putting your reproductive/physical health at risk by not using condoms then you aren't being sex positive!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/03/20 02:38 PM

Well, like I said earlier it's only been a month. I wouldn't give any man the HVM title that early. This!!! Every time I see posts like this I always think "Slow down, it's only been a month or so". At least wait until you're past the honeymoon phases before praising or claiming your new guy is a HVM. I think this is another issue that needs attention here, the early praising of men. I see posts similar to this all the time here where it's a new "relationship", only a couple of months in and the new guy gets the title of being a HVM. Let's slow it down, take our time and stop giving trophies t…

Best news I've heard today! His temporary home is the notorious Riker's Island and supposedly he fell and bumped his head a couple of days ago. Made me wonder if some of the inmates got to him. edited to add: I don't feel sorry for him if a few inmates hemmed him up

What I would do if I was in your situation: Stop having sex with him and if I'm feeling like I want to have sex I'd masturbate. Actually I just wouldn't be able to have sex with a man who doesn't satisfy me physically. Start sleeping on the couch. Stack my money for my impending move I wouldn't date, the answer to your man problem really isn't another man I wouldn't be telling him my personal business such as "I'm going to start seeing other men" I just don't see the point in doing that.

He always says it's teamwork and we're all on the same team. I'm sure you'll find your HVM, especially with the tips in this forum. A lot of the tips posted here I did and did way before the internet (I'm older). Not lowering your standards really works but it will take a while. He's an Aries and I'm a Virgo, supposedly not very compatible!

My hubs is a great father to our daughter and my adult son from a previous relationship. How I knew he would be a good dad was from seeing how patient he was with me and my son. He really listened whenever I had something to say. For instance, when we first moved in together (before marriage!) I complained about him leaving the toilet seat up. Once I said that to him that seat has NEVER been left up again even after nearly 20 years together. A few other small things I noticed about him early on …

I grew up very similar, being abused (tho more mentally/emotionally than physically)and seeing abuse but it had a complete opposite affect on me. It made me not trust or believe men at a very early age, even before I started dating. The whole hypocrisy of the abuser and the abused, when they're out in public acting as if their relationship was "normal", seeing my aunts lying to their friends about the physical and emotional abuse, seeing their hubs or boyfriends acting like they were "good men" …

I read posts like this and sometimes I wonder what parents teach their daughters and son about sex, relationships, boundaries, etc. I had/have these talks with my son and daughter all while they were growing up, I felt like those types of conversations were also parent of parenting children. Very good points. I see so many women jump from relationship to relationship without taking any time to themselves and it makes me really wonder about them. Do you only think you're worthy if a man is with you? WHO are you without a man? Do you like who you are? It also makes me think any man will do for that woman, just as long as she's not single! Real self love and worth isn't gong to come from being with a man.

No, it's not a thing I do. I still want and enjoy sex. Even if I wasn't with my hubs I would still want to have sex so my desire for sex is 100% still there. I'll add my anecdotal 2 cents to this: My hubs and I have been together almost 20 years now (he's 51, I'm 49) and we have sex about twice a week even after all this time together. Most likely because he's a HVM. He's dedicated to our marriage, kids, etc. He puts me first in all things, we are friends and truly like each other. I have friends who don't have sex with their hubs/SO and usually the reasons why are because he a LVM (their so/hubs cheated in the past, doesn't help out around the house…

I try to tell so many women this, they just don't believe me. Prime example: My mother-in-law was off and on with a married man for over 20 years. His wife died so my MIL moved into HIS house a few months after his wife's passing. I told my hubs his mom is playing herself, that he is just allowing her to move in because he needs someone to cook, clean, etc and I told him to tell his mother to KEEP HER HOUSE! Especially black women The new CDC numbers measure deaths during pregnancy and up to 42 days after delivery. They give a figure of 17.4 per 100,000 births, or 658 women per year, with a big racial discrepancy. The rate is 14.7 per 100,000 for white women and 37.1 for African American women.

Sometimes I wonder about a lot of womens upbringing. Like what did your parents teach you about relationships, what's/what's not acceptable and your own personal boundaries. Are these conversations parents are NOT having with their sons and daughters?

Great advice! I see so many women in bad relationships because they don't want to be an "old maid"! I also know gay men who have had a lot of anal sex have a lot of health issues like prolapse, incontinence, etc. I just can't imagine it being sexually satisfying at all for a woman unless you're into degradation and maybe you get off thinking you're being "taboo" and "edgy".

The important thing is to have a communication style that reflects your relationship needs. If your needs are not met and your partner is not able to compromise than the relationship cannot work. ALL.OF.THIS!!! I personally don't need fiftyeleven calls a day and my hubs knows this. He usually calls during lunch and when he's on his way home to ask me if I need him to pick up anything.
