Ideal attractiveness is around 10-12% bodyfat per studies. Concentration camp victims are at like 4%.

Forget no fap, I never had any issue with porn. Semen retention is something crazy and I recommend trying it out. I've been experimenting with it and there's something to it. There's a lot of pseudoscience, but lots of people have had similar experiences. It really gives you a ton of energy.

You're writing paragraphs about a less-than average female with low self-esteem. Re-evaluate your priorities.

we're talking about averages, not your muslim friends lmao. plus if you live in america, muslims there are pussies compared to actual muslims in europe or the rest of the world. i live in france, all my friends are drug dealers or connected to some sort of algerian/moroccan mafias even if they're not involved -- they are way more redpill than the average french white guy.

Muslim women are surrounded by naturally redpill men, brothers and fathers and cousins. That plays a huge role.

The average Muslim woman is more accepting of her feminine nature than the average Western non-Muslim woman. That alone is a huge advantage. Anyone who thinks Muslim woman = unicorn was an idiot to begin with. But a Muslim woman will always be 1000x better than some blue hair feminist hoe.

I'm from a Muslim culture. Yes, there are no unicorns. But the average Muslim woman is less of a whore/feminist/blabla than the average non-Muslim woman. That's just facts. The average Muslim man is more redpill too naturally and so the women reflect that in their behavior. And differences at the average level of a population can have huge effects at the extremes, as Jordan Peterson says.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
