Wow , this is really gooood man. Exactly what I wanted. I really like the way you explained NEED and WANT. Reflecting it's not the girl sometimes you need the regular sex which becomes the problem by coming needy. I think this as a man is something to keep or atleast try a control on sexual need. I often have felt when you don't need sex you get more of it.... it's a paradox which I think would have to be introspective of reducing needyness. But thank you for your comment it's really well though…

by mindframe I mean mental frame or attitude. Like in sports (let's say tennis); a match is very much determined the mental attitude a player has on a particular day, even if you loose 2 sets you try to win one set at a time to win the match. So some resources that helps develop this attitude in terms of having the right long term mindsets and also being able to apply them effectively.

by frame means; holding your values and the things that you believe are your principles. By them I do not mean being rigid but how to keep the things that you feel would make you feel not you if you compromise in a relationship or even a career (like having the right frame of mind when things get challenging).

Well for me it's not the look but how a girl grooms. Over grooming is also too plastic. Having said that the biggest turn on for me is the conversation. In my university there was this girl if I meet on street would give 3-4 but there were tons of people with crush on her, the reason she had an amazing confident personality that drove interest.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
