I've read that high school years have a greater impact on adult life than college. Take it fwiw.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 09:05 PM

Actually a lot of the women in that sub claim to be fit and attractive. They could be lying, but if you have become morbidly obese over your marriage then it's not such a great mystery that you have to come crying to reddit.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 09:03 PM

One thing to remember is women are more likely to talk about a problem, so judging a support sub's gender makeup may be misleading. As far as the DBs with male refusers, many are porn addicts and/ or prefer jerking off. Some are cheating or have fetishes the wife can't satisfy. And some but probably the minority are just low libido. Some have wives who are naggy and mood killers. And some have ED they refuse to acknowledge much less get meds for. I wish I could figure out that superpower too 🤦

The most attractive man I've dated had a lowish n count but multiple marriages by age 40. He was model level gorgeous but extremely difficult personality. His n count was under 10.

Has this been discussed here yet? https://www.reddit.com/r/Tinder/comments/t7t11y/my_first_tinder_experience_in_a_long_time_im_not/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb Guy is butthurt because tinder date bailed on him after seeing his weight in person. However, there's at least a 30 lb difference between his shirtless pic and his shirt pic which leads me to believe there may indeed have been more weight in person. Either way she should have been more gracious about it, told him face to face and not…

I don't understand why men who are the sole or primary breadwinner remain in abusive relationships, especially when there are no kids or the kids are adults.

You want to replace women with cloned stacies or add cloned stacies to the already existing population? Personally I wouldn't be against cloning the smartest, sanest, most functional humans out there (regardless of looks) and replacing our current population with that.

I'm a health nut, I do a sort of intermittent fast where I eat two meals exactly 12 hours apart, no snacking in between. I don't pig out on the two meals I consciously eat light. Very easy to keep my weight low this way and I feel better with a long stretch between meals. I should point out though that anything less than 18 hours may not be considered actual intermittent fasting, but this is a pattern I settled into and I've followed it for years.

In NYC they made it legal for women to be topless (I think this was in part because women breastfeeding in public were being ticketed and even arrested for public indecency- not necessarily in nyc but elsewhere in the US). Anyway there was a brief belief that women would be soon running around topless... but it never happened. Lol

I have a theory that people (in the context of this question, men) who are nerdy to the point of being autistic, are more likely to carry genes for autoimmune disease and other undesirable traits, and this is why women are repulsed by them. Because you're correct it really doesn't make sense women wouldn't want to.procreate with the men literally building the civilization we enjoy.

Thank you for the interesting reply! Why did this begin in the 90s? If there is a reason? Does this make people limit how many children they have, since it so expensive to afford the marriages? I hate to ask but do you think this is one of the reasons couples abort female pregnancies, due to the wedding cost burden?

Just watched the docu 'house of secrets: the burari deaths.' Completely bonkers. Also why do Indians go into such severe debt for weddings if it ends up burdening the families so heavily?

As someone who is kind of autistic myself (never diagnosed but never sought a diagnosis) and who's been in relationships with guys with aspergers (diagnosed) you need to proceed with a huge degree of caution here. These guys can be emotionally tone deaf to the point of cruelty, be weird with sex and likewise tone deaf to your sexual needs. There is also a very real possibility your children could turn out to be low functioning or profoundly autistic as all indicators point to autism being geneti…

I've always found it odd how feminists- many of whom haven't had sex in years and are effectively asexual or nonsexual- get incredibly offended when you suggest women simply have lower libidos on average than men. Why does this piss them off? I'm a high libido woman and have always been the weirdo and outlier in my friend groups for not just wanting sex but needing sex. Believe me if very high libido were the norm for women my life would have followed a different path. It's tough being viewed as…

An insanely horny woman will expose herself to risk just like men expose themselves to risks as OP indicates. But most women aren't horny enough to regularly expose themselves to that degree of risk.

For me it's a chemistry issue. It's very rare I find someone I feel comfortable talking to, who likes me back, AND we have nice sexual chemistry in bed. I'm sorry to use a dumb word like chemistry but don't know what else to call it. So when I lose that and know it will be very, very difficult to replace, I do feel like a widow of sorts. The guys I felt it with probably would be considered 'alpha lite.' There were classically alpha guys I felt nothing for. This is all to say it's not just sex bu…

Once met a guy with a LE background. Conversation is casual back and forth and somehow got into the topic of his first days on the job. Agree with you to a degree, if mainly for safety reasons (STIs, risk of assault from rando encounters) than moral or desirability reasons. I'm high libido and have always been keenly aware how crucial it is to keep my n count as low as possible. It's important for both genders to keep their n count low to reasonable if you want a relationship with a stable, dependable person outside the poly/ sex addic…

I don't know if the last paragraph was /s but there is a theory that women are getting more beautiful at a faster rate than men, because beautiful women are more likely to mate, and are statistically more likely to have daughters. I think attractive men are also statistically more likely to have daughters. The whole women slut it up idea puzzles me. From my observations (I'm female) of people I've known/ stories I've heard in my social circles (so, take it fwiw). Most cheating men are coming from a dead bedroom where the woman flat out refuses to have sex or will grudgingly have sex once a month. I knew a woman who made her husband (who was quite attractive, successful, sole breadwinner, she SAH), take a shower before sex and wear two condoms. She only let him have sex with her once a month if he was 'lucky.' Some wives are bitchy and naggy…

Sadly this is probably true. However I don't think your average libido woman has heaps of partners before marriage. Most women aren't sex fiends. It is staggering how many women just shut off the sex tap once they're married and/ or, have kids. You see the same story over and over again. 'She changed after she had kids.' Maybe there's some kind of biological imperative to it.

Agree withholding sex, long term, for selfish reasons in a monogamous relationship is a breach of contract and (IMO) a form of emotional abuse. I'm not sure if it fully justifies cheating though, since divorce is available to anyone in the western world.

Many men and women are substituting animals in the places of kids to fill that void (but it’s not working) This has always profoundly bothered me and struck me as indicative if a wider social problem but difficult to explain exactly how or why. I do appreciate that pets for many people are therapeutic but we as a society have taken it too far IMO.

I'd agree with this too- but at least on cheating apps men far, far outnumber the women. Of course this could mean women are finding cheating partners IRL and don't need the apps.

The only situation I can imagine a woman being involuntarily celibate would be 1, a dead bedroom marriage where the spouse refuses, 2, if she has strict religious environment that prohibits her from having sex, 3, she's only interested in sexual activity that would be illegal or deeply immoral, 4, she is sick or physically injured to an extent she can't have sex. A horny woman isn't going to have to sit around for her turn with the top percentile, that's a silly idea. I do not endorse FDS but th…

You deserve cuddles too!! Don't lose heart you're still super young and the world hasn't even been normal for 2 years.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/22 07:29 PM

I don't necessarily agree with this. A 45 yr old woman who stays fit, puts effort into dress and appearance, hasn't roasted in the sun for decades can look damn good. And remember her husband isn't getting younger either. Yes some men definitely improve with age but many don't, and some look better only to women who prefer older to begin with. And those women have an endless sea to chose from if she's open to her age to 10-20 years older.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/22 04:10 PM
6

Looking over past relationship history is so important! Should be clear by that if he has a problem always wanting younger or if he loses interest. This is why TRP myth of marrying a virgin is so nonsensical to me. How can you gauge her libido? Her sexual preferences/ compatibility with yours? How and why prior relationships end tells so much about a person.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/22 04:06 PM

The vast majority of men are incredibly loyal to the woman that spent her youth with them This 100%. Most men don't like change. Honestly I'm surprised to see this 'men trade in for younger' idea being perpetuated here. Not counting ephebophiles most men are not obsessed with trading in their wife for a 20 year old.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/22 04:03 PM

It's actually incredibly difficult for married men to find a cheating partner. The men outnumber women on the cheating apps/ sites 300:1. There will definitely be some charismatic outliers but even for your high demand guy (tall, reasonably fit, corporate level successful) it's not like he can just decide to cheat and the next day be in bed with someone. (unless he pays)
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/22 03:59 PM

Yes this is my thinking. Men struggle enough to find a partner, it's not like they can switch up like flipping burgers. Also by the time long married men realize they are unhappy enough to leave they're often 40s-50s which most 20 year old women find gross unless they have a daddy fetish. I see brag posts from older guys on MRP and between the lines they sound miserable, pulling unstable women who do the pump and dump for them. And to be blunt anyone bragging on reddit probably doesn't have a br…

I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion around here but I think it's important for both members of a relationship not to let themselves go. Stay fit, don't gain a crazy amount of weight post marriage. Try to meet your partner in the middle sexually or non sexual contact wise if you're finding yourselves on different pages. A lot of problems in relationships arise when one partner simply stops trying or engaging. They let themselves go to hell physically, completely ignore their partner's em…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/22 03:48 PM

I'm female and I believe society absolutely is in some ways gynocentric. For example there are huge double standards when it comes to relationship abuse. Domestic and emotional violence by women against men just is not taken serious if it's even acknowledged. It's socially acceptable to dog on men while ignoring they literally hold up the nuts and bolts of society. When's the last time you saw a female linesman? That being said I find a good 80% of TRP hilarious entertainment fodder and nonsense…

Because many of the girls are sex trafficked and even the girls who are there voluntarily don't know who is who. Because the trafficked girls can't talk. Also you don't know what they're going to make you do until you're on set and you have like 2 minutes to say yes or no and if you say no NO ONE on set gets paid and you get a rep for 'being difficult' so won't find future work. That's coercion not consent. And the viewer will never know.

This is similar to my thinking. Human sexuality is irrational. Human behavior is complex and often irrational. Attraction is largely irrational! The way couples interact with each other can quickly approach irrational. My opinion you can analyze and consciously control a relationship's dynamic... and this includes 'game' etc... a small fraction. 10%? 20%? Somewhere in that vicinity.

This is one issue I'm very 'purple' about is the rampant emotional and verbal abuse of men that's considered cute or ok when it comes from a woman. Happens a LOT. But if a guy openly mocks his GF or wife he's immediately pegged as a narcissist abuser.

/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/22 12:10 PM

That's interesting. I've yet to see an adequate TRP explanation for a DB where the male is the refusing partner, the female is attractive and a non-nag, and he's not gay. They always go on this model that the guy is the pursuer of sex (or has to trick the wonan into being the pursuer) or that a rejected woman is a nagging dog.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/22 12:07 PM
39

That's sad but funny. The irony is a lot of TRP tactics will mainly work on women who are vulnerable or messed up somehow. I used to read a blog of a guy completely obsessed with TRP and trying to get sex. He would cold approach hundreds of women a month and maybe get one bite. Invariably that bite was unstable or troubled in some way and he'd be wondering why he wasn't getting a 'higher value' woman.
