Compared to the rest of the US average.. they do have nice bodies. A lot are just malnourished though due to their diet of cocaine and alcohol. And you'd be surprised what hair and makeup can do for 5-7 range. But what's great about LA is once you get good at flirting / closing the hot girls there, who are mean as snakes, it is pretty much easier anywhere else you go.

Some of it will depend on the guy as well if he has been hurt / burned a lot in the past. Its all subjective because the bar and party scene itself is subjective depending on location, clientele, etc. I personally have met a few amazing women at night clubs and even at house parties.
