The point is he wasn't talking about what people actually do, but rather the meaning of a cultural celebration. You misinterpreted that completely, so I explained it to you. Theory is like 90% of the posts here anyway.

I think for many Halloween is a day of indulgence in the macabre, so it makes sense that women and men might partake in things that go against natural instincts. I saw several "men" last night wearing goofy pajama-like animal costumes, which is perhaps the least manly thing someone can wear. The least ladylike thing a woman can do is dress like a total slut in a fantasy roll (cop, nurse, etc.) and destroy (or hide) their hair, which is a symbol of femininity. This one night of over-indulgence pa…

Do they rack their weights? Serious question. I know a guy who travelled around china for work, and went to several different gyms in different parts of the country, and the story was always the same; dumbells everywhere. An old coworker told the same story in Vietnam, but that was a single gym.

It was a double I was renting years before she moved in. A "double" is a single structure, divided into two adjoined dwellings. I'm not sure if that term is commmon outside of the US. It may have been illegal even though her name wasn't on the lease. I wasn't thinking clearly, just instinctively. I didn't sit down and weigh the pros and cons of the consequences and benefits, or even the positive or negative ramifications of trying to work it out. I just acted.

I had an LTR that decided she wasn't happy and her feelings and our relationship something, so she gave herself a two week notice to move out. The next day I put all of her shit on the porch and changed the lock. It's not that I'm oh-so-manly and "redpilled" and not caring. It was simultaneously a form of self destruction and fast action to lessen the duration of pain and speed the healing process. I certainly didn't want it to end, but I was super pissed, and I knew there would be a light at th…

I think the normal process is to bulk first, then cut down body fat while maintaining muscle mass. It's extremely hard (nearly impossible) to build muscle and not build fat as well. Just like with everything else, stick to the basics; fewer calories and fewer PR's, more reps with less weight, and shorter breaks between sets. Going from 5x5 to 3x10 won't be that large of a decrease in volume (I'm no expert, but every rep range recommendation seems to be 25-35 total reps). Shorter rest periods tak…

If you're in your 20's and don't excersize, imagine how much harder it's going to be getting into shape past 30. If you're in your 30's and lead a sedentary lifestyle, how hard do you think it will be in your 40's? Do it now so you can live a healthy life. Many people our parents age (and possibly grandparents for the younger readers) didn't bother doing this.

A woman's SMV is determined almost entirely by looks. A man's isn't. To think that the opposite gender is interested in what you're interested in is sexual myopia (like a woman bragging about her status and independence). Some of what OP said goes out the window if you're not attractive. A built up rapport is needed before private isolation. Pulling off "Netflix and chill" isn't going to happen so easily for most men.

She'll never be happy with any man in a LTR. Whomever she settles down with will be weighed against the sum total of every man she's ever had. This is the very basis of how whorish behavior destroyed the nuclear family and why it was rejected and shamed for millennia.

Several years ago, while at home with the flu, I looked into online dating to see if it's true as to how many messages a woman gets. I made a fake profile, left the bio purposely ambiguous, used a pic of a 5/10, maybe 6/10, and waited. Within 24 hours the profile had received 74 messages. 5 were actual openers, two of which seemed copy-pasted. The remainder where in fact just a greeting; "hi", "what's up", "you're hot", and so on. The bar is indeed low. If these guys can't even figure out an onl…

For those unfamiliar, the 80/20 Rule states that 80% of women are having sex or dating only 20% of men. This is based on the Pareto Prinicple, which states that often times 80% of effects are from 20% of causes. Named after an Italian (Pareto) in the early 20th century who noted that 80% of the land was owned by 20% of the poplulation, and 80% of the peas in his garden where from 20% of the pods. I don't think it's quite accurate with regards to men/women relations. It might be more like 60/30. …

Let's reverse it and see how the same advice looks. "My husband has lost his job, his friends, and become a lazy slob whom refuses to find work and whom I'm no longer attracted to. What should I do?" "Go to counseling. Love is unconditional. Jesus said so." Edit: now that I think about it, a better analogy would be a woman marrying a neck beard then being surprised she has no attraction to him after marriage when he's still a basement dwelling cheeto munching porn addict.

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. That's basically what you're doing, in a way. Technically it's what weight lifting is. Simply jogging is an example of low intensity solid state (LISS) cardio. HIIT used to be called fartlek training, but it never caught on because everyone kept giggling.

Hobbies that are naturally appealing to women (caregiving, homemakeing, beauty in art, etc.) are lauded as antiquated and boring. Girls are encouraged to play sports, as evidenced in the 2016 Olympics wherein the US had more female athletes than male. Men aren't ostrisized or lambasted for participating in traditionally male activities, which include anything that results in a sense of accomplishment (sports, video games, creativity of the arts, and so on). With the advent of the internet I think people's interests can be a lot more diverse than they once were. I was heavily involved in BMX since about 1997. Back then the only practical way you could find out about it was through word of mouth. Several years later I saw a whole new generation of riders getting involved who had only heard about it in television, but it was through the Internet where they really learned. Often times women make absolutely terrible friends. A friendship is like a any partnership in that it's beneficial to both party's involved. If a woman is using a man as a psychiatrist, an ATM, a soup kitchen, a forklift, a moving company, a mechanic, or any other "favor bank", that man should ask what he gets from the relationship. I recently helped a friend move. Why? Because he and I share common interests (motorcycles and the outdoors) and entertain one another (we drink a few beers, laugh u…

"A woman's body is a priority in what I'm looking for, ergo a man's body is a priority in what women are looking for." This is gender myopia; being so near sighted in what you want you think it's what women want. Yes, they want a man with a nice body. No, it isn't as much of a priority for woman. The pairing for a beautiful woman isn't just an attractive man, just as the pairing for a fat woman isn't a fat man.

It's an old adage dating back from when a steady homelife was nearly a guarantee in the US, and you'd have to be a complete fuckup to not have a stable income, own a home (that you could pay off in about 5 years on a single income of not just buy outright), and a wife who wasn't on psych meds. You mention online dating twice, but you didn't compare it to approaching women in the field. Women are more likely to reject quality men online for several reasons. Women's egos are over inflated by the sheer number of online "approaches" they receive compared to what they get in the real world. Dating sites are mainly visual, so online daters are judged more on appearance than any other trait. For women this holds true to real world experience, but for men it simply isn't the case. It's an odd situation. When you see a normal weight man, he looks thin, especially if he's in his 40's. Women who would otherwise be 5/10's have their SMV elevated to a 7 simply for not being overweight. For a woman to have what's considered a "nice body" in the US is extremely easy; don't be fat. I'm not going to explain probability and statistics to you. At 30 years old, you only have a 15% chance of conceiving a child. By 35 that number is in the single digits. If you're fat (I'm assuming you are, as most average American woman in their thirties are monstrous land whales), it decreases your chances even more. That's actually a great way of looking at it. Success = Game x Attributes (for lack of a better term), or S=GA. If you have 0 game, or 0 positive attributes, your success will be zero.
