Continue making out. No pressure for sex.

I completely agree. Plus having no friends to hang out with, I rely on Meetup so much. Also saw an attractive looking female friend (not my type though) who is also a regular. The venue was new to me, but the people there made it easy to be relaxed in the environment. The escalating I need to work on. It got pretty late so I felt that the kissing was far enough for just seeing her for a few hours. I've honestly never experienced that before and it sounds nicer too than it is. As you said, could …

Added. F-close or not, I still had fun.

I agree with this so much. Over time I cared less about pickup and more about chatting with everyone I meet. I imagine socializing like a muscle, with practice you'll become better with conversations and of course that helps bring social proof with the opposite sex. I'm an introvert by nature yet I still make an effort to engage my extrovert side by going to Meetup groups and bars. I also make an effort to join co-workers for lunch whenever possible. I don't have friends, so I make them when opp…

Wasn't nervous at all, was calm in the bar and in her car. I was only shaking when we were outside in the cold windy air.

I was hoping that would bring her to be more comfortable with me and bring a challenge that she can provide.

I did have fun, but I'm always envious of those who report F-close FR because I have not had that experience.

I always assume that if I DON'T get SNL, I lose her for good. I never get 2nd dates, EVER. I assume she's lost forever at this point. Her texts are less active than previously, so I assume my honesty and asking for a room fucked the only opportunity that I had. I just came back from another first date from OKC, tried to F-close but FAILED. Got to kiss her, yeah that's ok and all but nothing further than that.

It could be a fake number so she gets rid of him. Happened to me dozens of times, especially in a club.

That's approaching. I keep imagining high energy as being the life of the party and being super excited about everything to the point of shouting.

The more you play, the more chances you have to win.

I hear that all the time, what's an example of high energy? And can you fake it until you make it?

Not here to argue or insult. SimplePickup has helped me, what do you offer? I only see field report podcasts with no breakdown or tips. Judging by the comments, it seems I'm not alone in this.

Congrats on the sex, but not worth listening for that full hour nonsense. You talked way too much on the phone and you were so quiet sounding with an insecure tone. I will admit you have talent with guitar and singing, that's always helpful for attracting ladies. I'm all for helpful tips but she probably does this regularly with guys, nothing really to brag about. Also what's with the bitterness towards RSD and SimplePickup?

I liked everything except the drunk driving part. Call a cab next time if you see a girl drunk, it's worth the money. Especially 5 minutes away!

"Hey [name], you have a very cute smile", has worked for me more than anything else. It's an easy compliment and they reply back with different variation of "Thanks", then proceed the conversation as usual.

It doesn't fucking work. Been on 5-6 tinder dates, none in f-close.

That mentality of getting sex at the end of first date really makes failure happen quickly for me.

Well done. Your confidence won her over. Would like to hear how the coffee date goes.

I've never heard of any man shaving a woman's legs before. If anything positive to say, at least you don't have to worry about contracting STDs which she probably has a lot on her. Sorry you went through that crap. Learn from it and most importantly don't let it happen again.

Did you just say "Want to come to my place?". I feel many FR always leave out the important part where you go from drinking date to F-close.

I didn't know how to handle the competition part of other guys clearly trying to get the girls attention. I assumed that if I did turn away and pretended to not care, it would just make it easier for them to steal her. I did manage to get her number before she left, but seemed weak on my part entirely. Could you go more in depth of the phone number -> f-close? seems like lots of detail left out there.

I like the escalating tip, I always assume escalation is only done by touch which is where I am struggling with still.

It's always been easiest for me to get her looking in your eyes, try to stop her while you're walking and compliment her eyes. Better to take a chance at a kiss than wait too long. At the VERY least, there must be a good night kiss.

Break up asap. Once a cheater, always a cheater. Sorry bro.

I'm curious to what your method is. I literally just had my first Tinder date and she denied every attempt at getting physical with me regardless of how much in common we had. Do I just talk dirty? That seems to be the answer to my problems, I play too safe.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
