Out of necessity, cooking for sure since we have to eat. But besides that I love skincare and clean makeup. I love reading and learning about it. And fitness too!

Oh honey, you and I can be venting friends... after all these years I kind of just laugh it off because he’s in so many ways very wonderful. His clutter is his only problem, he literally has no other deficiencies. I mean I could go on and on but after 10 years... I legit gave up. I have to mention that he was motivated to de-clutter when we had babies because some things were just too dangerous so he understood that. But that just meant his clutter went from common spaces into the attic.

My husband is exactly the same. Maybe worse than yours because he’s got a ton more years to collect junk. We have so much clutter in our house that I don’t even buy decor for the house. We have newspapers stored in our chimney, shoe boxes piled on top of each other with more papers and stuff stored inside like face products, razors, envelopes, restaurant menus, small condiment from restaurants and so on. At one point my husband had a drawer completely stuffed with Chinese fortune cookie papers! …

That is also very correct. If you’re at starvation caloric intake your body will restrict fat loss. This is why reverse diet comes in. During off-season I’m working to get my metabolism high and work to eat 2400-3000 so when I do lose weight and start to cut, I have plenty to cut without going into eating 800 calories a day and doing hours of cardio. Good observation.

Assuming a person’s hormonal system is normal, metabolism is an interesting thing. As someone who is 5’3 my maintenance level is 2400 and that’s a day without any exercise. It’s fast because I made an effort overtime by increasing my calories gradually. People who are dieters will overtime have slowed metabolism because every time you diet, your metabolism adapts. For that purpose, it’s important to reverse diet.

I use my fitness pal and lots of fitness people use it too. They offer free trial. After that it’s like $50 a year? EDIT: Sorry, didn’t answer your question. We have them start tracking first just to see how much they consume. After that we rearrange their macros. After that we gradually increase by 10-15%. So if you’re consuming 1000 per day we’ll ask you to add 100-ish to that. Keep at it until we get to a reasonable amount.

Do you track your calories? If not, you need to accurately track your intake. We’ve dealt with client in the same situation as you and more often than not, they don’t consume enough. Start at least there first and see how it goes.

I’m sorry to say but you kind of placed yourself in a crappy situation. Think about it... if I were buying something off Craigslist, I would meet the seller at a public place. If you’re buying a camera, why not ask him to bring it to his work or just meet at a public place? This is a stranger. I’m so, so sorry it happened to you but please don’t put yourself in harm’s way.

Currently I’m switching over to Eminence but I also have 2 prescriptions from my Dermatologist. 1 is a combo of Hydroquinone/Tetnoin and another is just Tetnoin. I use the combo for marks I want to lighten and Tetnoin for any acne that comes up, it takes care of it within a day or 2. As for skin care, expensive doesn’t mean better. What people need are products that suits your needs and with consistency over time, that’s where you see results. If things aren’t working, see a dermatologist. I als…

Starting early in life. My skincare routine started at age 14. I honestly believe this is one of the best thing my parents taught me. Don’t start skin care in your 20s, start in your early teens. Over time, through research, I’ve learned a lot. At age 30. I don’t have 1 single fine line. And my holy grail... understanding fitness and mechanics of the skeletal system and how to preserve it so it doesn’t break down.

Definitely attraction but I really look for integrity, honor and being responsible for one’s behavior on every level, especially emotions. I can’t stand people who can’t demonstrate proper integrity, it’s an immediately turn off no matter what. Friends, family, romantic partners.

Men in their early 20s may not care about who they fuck because they’re not looking for commitment or marriage. If you give them another 10 years, their priorities will shift. If you’re honest about looking for commitment and marriage, college boys shouldn’t be one of your options.

It’s all about balance. What do you bring to the table and what does he bring to the table so that the relationship is harmonious. There’s nothing wrong with really any choices you make as long you’re playing fair. If you want men to pay just so you can get free food and your bills paid without returning any type of favors, well, that’s not how this works. Personally, I don’t have a problem with paying, but going half and half financially is not ok after marriage because I’m having babies, takin…

You can settle now or you can settle later. We all settled for something. The point of RPW is to find the highest quality man while you’re still young and youthful. This amazing gift doesn’t last forever. You said you lose interest as soon the man is yours. Just from that I can tell you enjoy emotional roller coaster rides, you must find a lot of excitement in dread games. If you don’t know that, you should read about it. Food. Food. Food. Probably because when he was single, he lived off frozen dinner. He still talks about it every once in awhile. Also, I make sure I check inventory around the house to make sure things don’t run out randomly where I have to make a special trip to the grocery store. It’s sad when these happen but we don’t know the details of their marriage. I’ve seen these happen too and to be honest, it’s just 2 that I’ve personally knew. The upside is I know way, way more decades long marriage than men who trade heir wives in.

Your reasoning is why I’m a huge advocate for marriage. If a woman is going to give her best years (youth and beauty) to a man, she really should be married. In case she does get traded in, she should be compensated, especially if her role was a housewife. However, men are not trading in women the rate women are divorcing men. With that said, it’s very important to vet your potential husband properly to see if he values anything else other than youth and beauty. If a family minded man is in sear…

Well, the answer depends on the man’s needs, wants and his circumstance. What you should ask yourself is how you can add value to the type of man you desire. Think about what you’re looking for in a husband and what you can do to bring him value. What my husband value may not be what other men value. You see what I’m saying? For example: I won’t date men with consumer debt, therefore I don’t have consumer debt. I won’t date men with anger or controlling temper, therefore my temperament also refl…

If you don’t prioritize your wellbeing first, you won’t know what it means to have a captain that watches out for you. You’ll keep questioning... is this good or is that bad? Because you don’t even do it yourself. For example, my husband dated a woman in the past who he encourage to get in shape. That woman considered that a lack of acceptance on his part. Well, obviously, she didn’t find staying in shape a form of self care. You see what I’m saying here?

Let me ask you a question. Do you take the highest priority in your health and wellbeing? In terms of your emotional, mental, physical aspect of your life seriously? If not, then it’s easier for you to become a doormat. This is why you said in the past you allowed men to treat you poorly. Any women who value their wellbeing simply won’t tolerate it.

So y’all are casually dating without commitment? Basically, it sounds like that to me. Personally, this is just not worth the emotional and mental gymnastic. Things like this makes me go nuts. If enough time has passed just ask him calmly. If he doesn’t see y’all together in the future, then that’s the answer you’ll have to accept. You can’t force him to want you. EDIT: Mind if I ask, is he getting any girlfriend/wife benefits? If yes, why?

I really, really dislike the word open relationship. To me, it says: “I’m going to explore other options while you’re on the sideline, but stay put because I could come back.” I can understand polygamy with consent, rules and boundaries but open relationship is not acceptable. Ask yourself, what’s in it for you? Like, what do you get from this?

Your question is way too vague. You need to give more details. If you’re playing hard to get on a man that you have no interest in, then you’re just a jerk. But if you like him and just testing to see his interest... sure. But it all depends on how it’s done. It can or can’t work.

I can be either introvert or extrovert. I can be either talkative or quiet. Depending on the situation and how comfortable I am. I definitely agree that this method has its risks. I think you proved that men don’t care for loyalty as much as TRP said they do. I do firmly believe that if a woman marries a man at his lowest, one of the vetting strategies is to see if he values loyalty. I’m always saddened by stories like this, although never actually see it in my personal life.

When you talk about rich and powerful, how do you define that? Millionaire? Billionaire? A man already at the finish line, beginning line or somewhere in between? You’ll need to identify your definition of a successful man. You’re 20 years old. If you prefer an assertive, to the point women, date those who are in their late 20s. That wasn’t a trait I possess and lots of women that age doesn’t either. I honestly believe people (men and women) are just using the word polygamy/polyamory to mask the fact they just want to sleep around without commitment. The massive amount of responsibilities to ensure the success of poly relationship is so, SO HARD! If a person claims to be poly, I would ask questions to see what type of poly they are. Or they really don’t even want relationships in the first place.
/r/RedPillWomen16/09/19 04:25 PM

This is what I was about to say. People (men and women) often throw the word polygamous around, but what they mean to say is they want to sleep around without commitment. A real, polygamous relationship has commitment and consideration of another person’s wellbeing. It’s not an one-sided negotiation.

That’s a bit harsh, I was only making an example of my personal life and then going by what she’s saying on her side. Of course infidelity is complex and other people’s marriages have details that I’m not aware of. But to tell someone to reconsider a friendship is really not necessary. And you’re right, maybe the man isn’t doing his share or whatever. But I didn’t look way too deep. I was simply making an example and just catching up on a good friend.

It’s not right for husbands to “just step out.” I work very hard for my husband (because I value his fidelity and happiness) and I do my share of responsibilities. If he steps out, I’ll be angry because that’s a a form of rejection for my efforts. At least in my opinion because I’m not working this hard for a man who doesn’t commit to monogamy. I don’t have time to list all the health issues that comes with pregnancy. We can debate back and forth, all day long. There are ways to minimize those risks, just do some reading. Now, if there things completely outside of your control, ok I understand that. If you’re upset because you feel it’s unfair that we have to bear the burden of pregnancy, then you probably don’t realize men have their burden and risks too... that is, if they’re a responsible, honorable man.

No dear, pregnancy accelerates the breakdown of the women’s body who does not make her health and fitness a priority. Whether it’s pregnancy or not, she’s going to end up overweight. Pregnancy simply ruined her body sooner than later. Make your health and fitness a priority and you’ll be ok.

Being a red pill woman is a tool to obtain the best, high-quality man you can get commitment from. If these men you’re talking about is such low life and you’re of high caliber, then you don’t offer yourself to them. It’s nothing to be upset over. There’s so many ways to look at Polygamy and Hypergamy. Nothing is black and white and you don’t know what’s going on behind everyone’s relationship. As for men practicing polygamy, it’s only the top tier, maybe 10% of men who can pull this off. Also, you don’t know the stability and dynamics of these types of relationships. Don’t get jealous, women do their dirt too. TRP dudes can do whatever they wish and I don’t even judge them but they can count me out. They can spin plates all day long, as long I’m not one of their plates, why do I care? But realize that getting men to sleep with you is really not an accomplishment but getting commitment from the man of dreams who is your FIRST choice. Yes!!! That’s an accomplishment. EDIT: Ask yourself, do you really need the very top tier men? What is it that you want? Men th…

I agree with this. Get involved with hobbies that develops you. To be honest, my self esteem wasn’t too bad because I had a great father to lean on. I mean he was really awesome. I can talk to him about anything. I remember even snuggle in bed with him literally until I was like 16. Crying or complaining about whatever.

I’m gluten free (mostly) and eat a flexible Keto diet. Not because I think Keto is the queen of all diet but I simply gravitate towards a higher fat diet. People need an eating habit/lifestyle that they enjoy so it’s sustainable. It takes playing around with macros and experimenting to find a balance. But yes, sometime it’s going soy free, sometimes it’s something else.

She cooked, wore makeup, had days where she dress up. She did girly things while my dad did manly things. Of course, when I got married and had a baby, it was just overwhelming to …

I read through most of the comment section and to be very honest, I see no point debating on personal dating rules. We’re all different in our SMV/RMV so one woman can behave a certain way while another probably can’t. Just like some men take whatever they can get and some men can be pickier. There’s some of books you can read, and some have already suggested. I personally have read some great posts in this forum that helped me too.
