Who wants to be "normal" and follow the path of average? Cream is made with grain-fed fats, which your body processes differently than grass-fed fats. I lost close to 100 pounds with diet modifications and hardcore physical activity. I can't agree that its "just as good for me". I started with coconut oil, and then 8x MCT.. Eventually bulletproof released a 12x MCT. It has a much higher ketone content.. I can drink a cup of coffee with grassfed butter and MCT oil, and be totally full and energized for the entire day. highly recommended!
