I think it's inspiring that you are trying to improve all these different aspects of your life, but I think we need to focus on your inner self, and try to heal you from inside out rather than just from outside in. Although rsd seems to be more concerned with quantity of interactions over quality, I feel that the stuff that rsd Tyler , max, and even some of juliens stuff holds true for me even outside the context of game. Holding your frame and always having fun have greatly enhanced that quality of my life. Rejection doesn't feel so personal and mundane and painful moments give me something to laugh about.
