The next time you feel confident stop and look around, try to take note of what's happening, who are the people surrounding you, what you're wearing, what did you drink. Write that down and you will know what's going on. To keep a good mental state you have to take care of yourself. Get a haircut, dress well and all that stuff.

I'm in a LTR and at the beginning I remember trying to be a different person than I actually am (nicer, speak my mind a bit less and so on), but with time passing I went back to my 'old self' and things are going great; some ppl do the opposite (pretend to be assholes when they're not). In a way be what you are and live your life as you would do without her (don't take this litterally of course).

Priorities I guess. It's always cool to hang out with friends or play some sports or have an hobby, but sometimes you need to give up on something. What's the problem with meeting them late? If that's your job make it clear and it shouldn't be a problem. Unless you're going for old women with early work hours I see no issues with some 10pm hangouts in a pub.

How long has it been since her break up? 2-3 weeks after a LTR(deending how long) probably won't be enough so wait more and focus on somebody else. Otherwise try to be more direct, cut the online chat and tell her you'd like to take her for a coffee but to arrange it you need her #

You made the first step so go on with it! Living with parents has ups and downs. I know guys that still live with their parents but are able to stay fit, date girls and have hobbies. Until you won't find a better job/get a bigger salary take this "opportunity" to save some money and invest them in yourself, cos once you're out, it will get harder to buy clothes/go out every day. Start from today, get a calendar and mark with a big red cross the days when you slack or don't do anything productive…

Well it takes time to know when it's too much. The deodorant basically stays on the body and you feel it once clothes come off.

I've been using L'HOMME PARFUM INTENSE from YSL and the deodorant as well but just L'HOMME spray cos they don't make intense deodorant. After shower every morning, or before going out in the evening, I spray it under armpits (that I shave) and make a cross on my chest from neck to belly button and from one shoulder to the other. Just go and see what happens! The more you wait the more awkward it will be.
