definitely sounds like a good plan to me man. I would say that you may want to focus your time and energy more into something else than learning a second language and IMO cold showers aren't necessary but it's your plan not mine

Women don’t care about that, if you’re making her laugh while you look expressionless it’s 10000x better than vice versa Learnt this the hard way when I tried my hardest to be funny, ended up having everyone think I was gay or annoying

Sometimes it seems like it but I doubt it's intentional cause I get paranoid that girls think I'm doing the same

I’d say that in a situation like this it’s best to be honest cause avoiding talking about it by lying or stretching the truth will just cause more problems in the long run. Don’t bring financials up unless you have a reason to do so though

I like TRP but this post goes to show how it fucks some people's brains up into trying way too hard to apply the concepts. It's literally a song who the fuck cares. After you turned it off did you tell your plate that it was because the track "glorifies hypergamy and branch swinging?" Lmfao.

Wanted to read it for a while but never really knew where to start since a lot of it seemed unneeded tbh but I’ll have to start here

I haven’t read the whole sidebar but this is a really good way to put into words what I’ve always considered my ‘frame’

More productive, more focused, more confident, more assertive. More empathetic but focused on my own goals and life

not the answer you’re looking for but if you’re looking for easy side money I would highly recommend dropshipping. I’m in high school making almost 6 figures off it, the money is not going to keep coming for an incredibly long time but it’s a very good source of passive income if you’re interested in that

Yeah they aren’t really comparable. LSD isn’t for everyone but if you’re looking for more clarity of your thoughts it can be a really good tool just make sure you know what you’re doing. Definitely would still recommend meditation though, more of this is in your head than you think it is

There’s no single answer for this, you just need to be analytical and take mental notes when talking to others. Find out what’s annoying about yourself and fix it. For me it was mainly that I would try too hard to force things I was fixated on and I was too unconfident and quiet when talking to others. I’m still working on those issues now but things get easier when you’re aware of it. Remember that it’s not about being someone else, it’s about fixing your own small issues and bettering yourself…

Yeah man I’ll definitely keep you posted and let you know how my week + the trip went, so far i’ve had a couple urges to smoke weed today and some urges to check social media as well (had to redownload Instagram to check my dms from someone who owed me money and having to open the app but not being able to look through it triggered it) but I just sucked it up and told myself going through with this plan is gonna be worth it. Anyway I’ll let you know what happens bro

So a day after I posted that some personal stuff happened which ended up affecting my motivation a lot and I ended up quitting only social media which wasn’t really even too big of a problem for me in the first place. I actually quit habitual nicotine and went my first whole day without smoking weed for the first time in months (gotta start somewhere I guess lmao). I resolved most of those personal issues though so I’m gonna be starting this today. Music is pretty much the only thing I don’t thi…

Yeah that applies to a lot of drugs, I’ve never used adderall but I was considering trying it a couple months ago to help with productivity but I don’t really think it’s worth it anymore because of how bad it is for you

This comment inspired me a lot. Today is gonna be the first day of my week without social media, youtube, music, or anything else that triggers cheap dopamine releases. Also going to force myself to maintain a normal sleep schedule which is very hard for me to do. The exception is gonna be that if I’m with plates or working I’ll allow them (for example, I’ll let myself listen to music while I’m at the gym or working or I’ll let myself smoke if I’m with plates). If anyone’s interested I’ll give d…
