Started lifting, ate more healthy fats, started prioritizing sleep, stopped drinking on week days, lost 25 lbs, started taking vitamin D, started BJJ, and most other common things you've heard would raise T. I've had 5 blood tests in the past year. The first was 196 and the most recent 523. Each test in-between was incrementally higher. Each taken first thing in the morning, fasted.

My test has gone from 196 to 523 in a year without injections.

You hit the sore spot there. My bench and ohp are stalled but my deadlift and squat are still progressing. I'm about to start treatment for low T. That should help out a ton with my recovery and progress.

Read any article about 'good fats' (eggs, nuts, avocado) or testosterone and you'll up that fat to as close to 40%+ as you can. You don't have to go keto, but carbs are GARBAGE. I went from 20% Fat to 40% Fat and I feel loads better on a daily basis. Also, high-fat food just tastes better and keeps you feeling full for longer. tl;dr: incorporate eggs, almonds, peanut butter, avocado, and butter in your diet. cut down on carbs, seriously you're eating a totally unnecessary amount of carbs

Increases in pay come from switching jobs to higher title and pay band. Sticking with the same company doesn't increase pay as much (in most all cases) In the few exceptions, if your relationship with you employer is okay, you can bring them a job offer from another company every 1-2 years and ask for a raise, but you've gotta be prepared to leave if they say no. I got myself a 30% raise this way. Will likely try again in a year.

Got serious about my nutrition and exercise. Bought a kitchen scale, pressure cooker. Made a meal plan, and have been doing meal prep. Unplugged the TV. Started reading more. Went to a good barber. Put effort into looking my best every day.

Finally someone who understands. I was born in Delaware but circumstances brought me to Florida 2 years ago. Now I'm in Alabama. Criteria for the next move? Anywhere colder than Alabama.

Is there a co-pay or does my insurance cover this therapy session?

Well. If you ever develop a conscious or shred of empathy the weight of your decisions might crush your soul.

Didn't really have a whole lot of empathy growing up. Got what I wanted and anything I didn't want didn't matter. I worked a customer service oriented job for several years (5+) and now I think I'm overcompensating. I always feel like I'm hiding something though. At this point I don't know what's genuine empathy and what's just knowing how I should respond to be seen how I want to be seen. Honestly, it's a serious problem and I feel like a broken person. Mental illness. Would not recommend.

Oh god. Captain obvious, sarcasmo, and captain hindsight... That trio could be the life of any party.

Dude, you dug through my post history just to find a picture of me to criticize. First of all, that's the behavior of someone that is incredibly butthurt over something someone said online. Secondly, I'm supposed to care about whether some butthurt straight dude online thinks I'm attractive or not? I'm not trying to fuck you. Two minutes after your next reply, you won't even exist to me anymore.

Coming from someone that looks like an autistic emo kid, you're fucking pathetic dude. You just called yourself an "autistic emo kid". That dude you posted is handsome though. He probably thinks he's hott shit too.

Captain Obvious would just be so perfect. Team up with Sarcasmo and get all the laughs. You could neg like crazy.

Go in a fucking ditch, you worthless shit of person. I know what you're trying to say and if you knew proper English you might have hit home, but that's just hilarious. You should go back to school, too.

One of the biggest challenges I face as an introvert is holding my tongue while someone else is talking so I can wait for an opportunity to give my input on a particular topic. I don't want to step on any toes and it seems like extroverts have no problem just cutting someone off at the end of their thought. By the time I get a chance to add to a topic, a new subject has already been brought up and I have to throw away what I thought was something either really funny or really insightful. Three d…

I was thinking about what you said in the context of OP's post, which was a first date. That's unacceptable behavior for a first date, and I wouldn't tolerate it. Even in a club if you said "Are you trying to fuck me?" and hypothetical guy goes "I'm still deciding." and you pull what you said you said you would, you have just killed things. Not only did you separate yourself from him, but in order to salvage things, he would have to try and work for your affection. No self-respecting male is sud…

I go to the local pool hall quite regularly, and if OP is having trouble reading signals, he's bound to do much better via text. Hmm, slut is frowned upon? There's a post on the front page about how willing girls are to put out on the first night.

Walk up to girl with your friend. "do you like big dicks or small dicks" "not that its any of your fucking business but I like em big" Friend walks away hanging his head.
