Dating during divorce?Funny u mentioned blowjob. I have consensus that women who dont give blowjobs will give you no sex during marriage. Got plenty of bjs until marriage and became sexless.. Marry a women who gives blowjobs and competent… dont make babies. Make your women work. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/01/24 07:31 PM
Keep or Change Lawyer?Hey, i went thru this. My lawyer firm fired all lawyers and i thought this was a great chance to move to different lawyer. I also wanted to just go with old one bc i didnt want to reexplain everything and its easier. But, i am so happy that i moved to new one. Shes great and make sure to do research. Your lawyer replying to email after 2 days or never is a red flag. But if your happy with ur lawyer, it wont matter she is far away. Good luck | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/01/24 05:36 PM
Keep or Change Lawyer?Lol this is me recently! Are you from washington by chance and wondering its from the same firm!?! | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/01/24 06:09 AM
Good reason to change lawyer? This really helps and thank you for taking ur time to write me this I am still debating and i like my lawyer but i feel like i never been told about many specific things when my ex put DVPO and when we came to settlement, i agreed to settlement but she never sent me the draft and just had court sign it. As a lawyer, if i do hire different lawyer, will this be taken advantage of by my ex’s lawyer? Meaning will their tactic be different? Thanks! | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/01/24 05:59 PM
Good reason to change lawyer?Yeah this def clears it up a bit. Its both. Got my retainer back today but its 4.5k (retaining my old lawyer) vs 3.5k (new experienced lawyer). I think im going with the new hire if they would take me just bc i feel like i paid 8.5k for previous lawyer and nothing was for me and all loss at this point. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/01/24 11:22 PM
Good reason to change lawyer?Yeah… i think im going to hold to the lawyer i had for new one on monday to see and talk to her at the consultation. I thought big firm would be reliable but seems like they dont care. I just dont know what i should do. The small firm did tell me that it would be best to go with the lawyer i had but they would decide if they want me for new client tho. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/01/24 08:00 PM
My lawyer leaving the firm and firm not accepting any clientsYeah temp dvpo was settled with me paying her lawyer fee so theres that. I like being loyal but there was many frustration at times where i wasnt informed. Also, i didnt know she is leaving until she called me yesterday. Just super annoying when im oblivious. | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/12/23 06:52 PM
My lawyer leaving the firm and firm not accepting any clientsYes, most likely i will follow her just bc she knows my case. However, i do have one experienced lawyer that i talked way before mine but decided to hold with current one bc experienced lawyer office was just her as lawyer and her son as paralegal. | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/12/23 06:50 PM
My lawyer leaving the firm and firm not accepting any clientsWell, my ex made it contested. And she filed for temp dvpo so i had to retain one. Even now, my ex is delaying everything and her lawyer probably knows that my lawyer is not representing me. They probably waiting to bite my ass over this. I honestly dont like my lawyer but seems sus whether she got laid over and i think she worked there for 6montj. | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/12/23 06:48 PM
