People handing out that kind of advice have probably not been in a position where they are isolated and antagonized. And these people sound like fucking assholes, as if getting along with them is the goal in life. The problem isnt "thin skin"- you see yourself being disrespected so that's what it is. One thing that helped me growing up in a broken home was I decided my personal boundaries. Not what I thought was agreeable to others, or what would even be easy, but how I wanted to be treated. I'd…

Kind of amazing how the broad accusation of entitlement gets instinctively applied to any discussion of men's needs. I should invest in the cat food industry....

That's a matrix level bullet dodge there. How did she react?

I don't subscribe to the idea that the 1% is controlled by a single ethnic group. But whatever you call the "1%", a collapse of middle America doesn't touch their power.

one of the senior management members was mocking me in front of everyone. You should have left and immediately emailed your resignation. I'm sorry that happened to you. Temporary poverty is better than working for people who don't respect you.

Why not quit your office job? Doesn't sound like a problem you can fix. I can deal with it because I have lived life to avoid that shit Also are plenty of salty people in the world and you'll be effortlessly social with them.

"We" aren't going to be the ones rebuilding. This collapse is engineered by forces that have a new plan in mind.

Kids are complicated though. They'll always be shits to some degree in teenage years, and sometimes come around. Though, my sister was the absolute worst growing up, dragged my parents thru emotional hell, and now burned the bridges and disowned them. So sometimes kids just fucking suck. I'm close w my dad now, I still can't imagine how that shit all affected him.

Well they take your mind off stuff for sure, but not a great treatment often. I had a buddy who was a poster child for unhealthy gaming habits. His life went to shit, his house filled up with trash, because he has counter strike and could just avoid problems. Avoided them so long they got so steep that it became less and less likely he would face them

Is it clear yet to average ppl that feminist isn't about equality? She can follow up I'm a feminist with that list of demands? Feminism is straight up superiority movement

Feminism and the left use social shaming to control people and establish wrongthink. So it may not matter to you if your slandered, but bluepillers will remain bluepilled out of concern for their reputation/get the chance to shame others and feel strongk.

Once upon a time this crime would have been a national scandal. Now society is so at ease with the subhuman that she doesn't even get a slap on the wrists. I used to think conservative rhetoric about the sanctity of life was hilariously overblown. Now I just want baby killers to spend time in jail.

I enjoyed Dune but the Bene gesserit clearly has a vein of 60's hippy feminist junk running through it.

We can't afford two places, so we're awkwardly going to be living together with the kids for the indefinite future. Lol this gives me flashbacks to my childhood. Idk the mood in your home but I grew up in a household where my mother and father hated each other and it did a number on me. My mother in particular would build up resentment and then fucking explode. I was a kid and could not yet understand someone being irrational, so I felt awful and hid in my room from it. I guess I'm saying dont s…

I think all the shit going down today, the powers that be are relying on those who become aware to feel unempowered and lapse into "rational" stoicism. This world could be whatever we make it.

Yeah. The media silence in the west on this topic is pretty damning imo. Our ruling elites are also compromised in some fucked up shit, wouldn't want to start a vigorous discussion about corruption...

The next generation is going to have a huge amount of fatherless, abused, and neglected kids. It is going to be hugely destabilizing. But look at what's on tv. Single mothers aren't tolerated, they're celebrated.

That's clever. Reading the image I was wondering why he would include a sentence about how whipped he is.

They keep doing blatantly political bullshit then cry whenever republicans want to defund them. "Theyre not political, they save lives! They saved my life earlier this week!!"

I'm pretty sure the men who become marine get harassed too, even worse. That's the point. You know where else you don't get to be fully human? A fucking warzone.

I'm convinced women often don't know when they're pushing boundaries to get told no. They think they want what they're saying.

It is completely insane. I recently watched my step sister plan her wedding... even the smallest detail like the paper napkins was poured over w my stepmom with a seriousness like they were planning the invasion of Normandy. They would get SO worked up that you'd think they hated it. She would be spiteful to her fiancé for 'not helping enough' with the imaginary problems. She clearly enjoyed being the center of attention. Like, if she acts overwhelmed she'll create the reality where people respe…

Great post. A lot of what you wrote resonates with my own experiences. After you hit that point where you're brave enough to face certain truths, and you adjust your life and the consequences be damned, there's a dawning recognition of what true freedom is. What matters is answering my higher calling in life by utilizing the philosophical and technical learning that I have (and will continue) to achieve. I agree with the sentiment... but what that is in practice is far more complicated. IMO, thi…
