I second this, for some reason when I got my dog I formed more of an emotional bond with it that most other people. I attribute that to me never second guessing my dogs intentions, it's a dog after all. I definitely recommend getting a dog.

As /u/dr_warlock said, "Commit only if you want to". It takes a fair amount of time to keep four plates spinning. I personally don't have that much time so I have one main girl but several others I could pick up should something unexpected arise. For me it is a time thing. And I agree, there is no spark anymore. I find that to be a good thing as it means it will be almost impossible to get Onitis.

The same could be argued of men or any living creature. The question of how we function and how our brain works is something that neuroscientists are working to answer and hardly understand. Now on to your actual question. Do women have agency? Yes. Do most women TAKE agency for their actions...I lead towards no. We understand that a womans experience is based on the emotional. This is their higher function and how they operate. No it doesn't make sense initially however there is a beauty to liv…

Im going to make some assumptions based on the fact that she is a PHD student and travels. She is busy and doesn't like wasting time or energy on things that will fall through. She is going to put minimal effort. A lot of guys want to make girls work for it and be aloof and separate as a way to show high value. That works fine for women who watch netflix and are on instagram all the time seeing if they have enough likes not to take a picture down. This girl wasn't invested but was interested. Yo…

Stop complaining, you don't get another go at life so there is no sense in worrying about what you can't change. Why are you letting women determine your self worth? Get jacked, find hobbies, acquire wealth if you want it and do what you want. You are fretting over something you can't change.

This is a balance that I need to find, the shit test versus the comfort test. I was with a girl once who had many of the traits that this girl showed manipulative and cunning. However she loved being called out on it and said she was glad she finally found somebody colder than her that she couldn't manipulate. It worked out for a while but I killed her shit tests and treated her comfort tests as shit tests. A girl can only take so much so we parted ways, however she still messages me occasionall…

Yes I get it, and I'd say going about natural means can be great. Meditation is definitely a good practice that it sounds like you are into already. I personally have found that when I used to get anxiety based on interaction with attractive women, it was because in my mind I held them in a higher position than they deserved. I now have the mentality that I will be friendly to everyone but only spend time or worry about you if you prove yourself to be worth my time, and just being attractive doe…

Depends on the mood at the time but you should exaggerate her age out of proportion as well. Tell her you think she might be getting crows feet and that she is a cougar. Ask if she needs a walker the next time she trips. Just keep it playful and know how to shoot shit right back when she gives it to you.

If he is having issues with one girl there are bigger issues at hand with his ego. He has to learn to let go and look at the bigger picture, something that meditation helps with. Meditation helps in dealing with priorities, something that he clearly needs to work on.

Try meditation, after you have emptied your mind ask yourself what you actually want out of life and what is worth your time. Is self-improvement? Is making your ex jealous? only you can answer those questions and after you have move forward with that knowledge.

While asking open ended questions is good to start conversation you have to learn how to guide the conversation with the questions you ask. For example if anything interesting is going on at your college ask their opinion on that. Its not that you care about their opinion but that you just don't want to listen to them complain. Another option is to not spend a lot of time talking to them, start conversation, escalate and then say you have to leave but want to continue your conversation and ask f…

Is it not a cyclical pattern of people not being able to provide for themselves, thus voting in politicians that will give them things at the detriment of people that work hard. This in turn gives them no incentive to improve themselves and the cycle repeats. I think that the welfare state acts as a quasi slavery, not just for the people receiving the benefits and not improving themselves, but also to keep the people who work hard down by keeping taxes high enough that it makes in very hard for …

Discussing politics is useless I think the more argument that should be discussed should be the economic one and not political as politicians are the pawns of a select few. These select few use government as a front to do their work and to not get their hands dirty. All they have to do is fund the right people to get them into office and their work is done for them. Giving women the vote benefited the top dogs by letting them use emotion over reason for voting for a certain candidate. This would…

What if after realizing this I decide the "prize" isn't worth it? That's where I'm at right now. Yes, I have been there as well. My solutions was to create a new prize that doesnt hinge on other people. I made my personal prize understanding human nature to a T. It has become a hobby of mine to learn how we think and why we do what we do. Also reading body language fits well with this. This and its possible she will try to get with a guy with more beta tendencies because she won't feel secure in her relationship. If she is a plate it won't matter but it does in a relationship.

Of course RP wins in the long run, it is a path constant self improvement. I however find the lack of quality people in this world disturbing. Men or women it doesn't matter the average person is decreasing in quality. So while yes it is a win for you personally and your SMV do you really want to live in a world where there are such few quality people to have as your friends, colleagues, partners and teachers? I for one want people to take responsibility for their lives again and become the best…

While I don't share your definition of the alpha beta dichotomy, I see it as betas get stepped on by people, alphas don't. I'd rather not waste the time making one until I knew that the mods would endorse it and make a sticky post telling people that it exists to give it some viewership. Its not about being alpha or beta, its about actually being successful in what I want to do.

We would have to get the mods on board here to endorse it, but I feel that it would reduce some of the needless threads that now bog down TRP. Also association with likeminded peers is important to anybody. When I find time I'll message the mods and see what they think.

Another sub-21 checking in. While I don't get on reddit that often, I feel that a sub for kids under 21 would be helpful. It would facilitate growth for our generation and have more applicable information and advice than most newcomers would get from the main sub. I for one would volunteer to be active on that sub should it come into existence. Others thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Taking this as a challenge not just about women but about becoming an objectively better man is the message that this should be. Guys have a competitive edge and even if they are competing with a figment of their imagination it can drive them to be better people. Just to know that somebody out there is taking the steps to improve while they sit and become stagnant can be motivation to get up and improve. Yes most people in TRP nitpicked the post apart, thats to be expected with a group as large …

I'm not arguing that abstinence is the way to go. I'm in a younger generation that is getting to the cusp of adulthood so admittedly I don't have the life experience that you do. From an evolutionary sense being with a woman that doesn't sleep around guarantees that the child is yours and that you won't waste resources on somebody else's spawn. I think that evolution has a lot to do with it. Plus girls that sleep around have a history of moving on quickly to the next best thing, That is also something I don't want in a relationship. So girls with a high count are fine for a ONS and possibly Plate but not so hot for a LTR.
/r/askTRP23/11/14 11:05 PM
8

Nothing is wrong with it. Any girl that wants to fuck a lot of guys has the right to. I however, have the right to not want to have an LTR with a girl that has had miles of dicks in her. Why would I pay top dollar for damage/used goods?

Yes there will be a major backlash, but how I see it that will only explode feminism as a hate group trying to keep men down. BP men exist because they don't know how to turn women on. Having a contraceptive won't change that.

Women have horrible game, they won't know what to say and take rejection much harder than guys. Put 2 and 2 together. They may be interested in you but not so interested that they are willing to risk their ego like they would be for your friend.

The shelter in the storm is a good analogy, "inner game" as you call it is sticking to your guns. To me it follows the lines of stoicism, Logic over emotion. I cannot be shaken by what people do and if something bad happens I immediately revert to cold logic. If you want to keep the girl warm, invite her over and warm her with you and her in your jacket. You are still warming her but it isnt free, it gives pre selection for girls seeing you and you keep her warm, its a win win.

This descriptions makes sense. I also see it being a result of your SMV increasing. A woman will want to know if you truly are a more attractive math than she previously thought. So basically they are a lot of shit tests to see if you actually are as hot as she thinks you are. Because God forbid she should show interest in you only to show that you aren't attractive enough. This also goes to show that as you train your body, women will notice. However you must also up your game to a man that has…

It's not about having to spin plates, it's knowing that if it doesn't work out with the girl you are with you know you can get another one within a week. In high school girls don't do the plate thing. However they have no qualms over quasi relationships. So having girls that you could get with is about as close as you can get in high school to spinning plates, and it still creates an abundance mentality.

First step is to calm down, you seem anxious as hell and that isn't going to help your chances of building attraction. You should talk about what you find interesting, if you are into it and talk with conviction she will fall into your frame and not have issues. We don't view the world as we would like to see it. Here we try to put the facts together in the best explanation possible. The use of Occam's razor is common and is right more than it is not. Take everything with a grain of salt and question everything. Do that and you will do fine.

I've never thought of it like this before and will have to try it. However, as I think about it I would say that seeking the thrill of it is close to the same emotion and response that you want out of the interaction. If you are predisposed to being an adrenaline junkie then it is just taking whatever you normally do to get hyped and use it to get yourself to talk to girls. Overall, a very good idea.

If the father cannot reconcile the fact that his son should become better than him at some point in life the father is living in a delusional state that isn't benefitial for either party, but as AlphaAsFAQ said, it should be mutually beneficial and you can learn things from eachother.

As a corollary to this I'm going to say that it isn't always the traits they find attractive, Its the traits that they FEEL they should find attractive. This is because women know that the guy that makes them hot and heavy isn't reliable and isn't somebody that a mother would want her son to become as it would hurt the feelings of other women. Source: son of a mother who thought that positivism could make everything perfect.

Everybody else here has given great ideas on how to naturally get over their slumps, however if you need a boost check out nootropics, now I know you are in college so money can be tight but L-theanine can have immediate and strong reactions for people when combined with caffeine, its focus and calmness in powder form. Also pre-workout can help you if nothing else works

Its as simple as changing the time or changing plans a little and seeing how she reacts. And its true that if she doesn't offer another time she isnt interested. And that's what I think the crossing point is from the anger stage to the acceptance stage. Once a guy realizes that everybody will hamster, everybody will be manipulative, that is when true progress is made. We as men have never understood exactly how a women thinks so we assume it is like us. This makes us solipsic as well. The Red Pill covers a broader spectrum of human interaction than most people realize.

Yes if you take the two ladders to be obtain the best genetic code, and provide for their offspring the best then yeah there are two ladders that a women must choose between although they would rather one man to cover both. The ladder for genetic code is their happy ladder that they like to climb a lot but will move on quickly from. Monk mode is focusing on yourself and your goal. A byproduct of this normally is a heavily increased SMV. Normally monk mode is done over a few months. The cold showers thing is mental, it is conditioning yourself to exist in something unpleasant physically and stay calm and in control. Some people say that it increases T levels but I haven't seen any extensive studies on it.

As a 17 year old this is the best advise. Keep her as a fuck buddy or not that's up to you but if you want to spin plates you gotta focus on you for a while. Get jacked and it won't be hard to spin plates. However some other advise here was good as well that spinning plates when young is hard and causes drama.

On the same note your days off mean off from social interaction... Not from life. Still go to the weight room and get jacked, read books, and keep improving however make sure you sleep well so you don't have issues the next day.

That is unless he was trying to say from their perspective power != strength, capability, resilience power == right to complain and make other people do the bidding of thy feelings Then it makes sense does it not?

Logically I should have been able to figure that out... Thanks for the advise

As a person who had a hard time dealing with the ramification of being red pill... For example the anger stage it can help many guys to get their head straight initially. I agree that once you understand, trp monk mode isn't the most useful, but in the first few months it can speed up acceptance and solidify frame.

As I see it you are trusting women to act like men. This is wishful thinking on your part and one that you must learn is not productive. Instead learn to trust women to always be and act like a woman, this way you know what to expect and nothing will surprise you. Likewise you won't be disappointed when they don't live up to the standards you would have for your male friends as most women don't truly understand the concepts of loyalty and honor. As a red pill man you should be learning the true …

The thinking beyond my years hits the nail on the head. I can relate and talk to adults for ages but my fellow highschoolers bore me, with the obvious select few that don't. Currently I'm spending more time with my friends in the adult rugby club as we relate better. Thanks for you advice as it is different than others and sometimes that is needed to let a person create spinoff ideas of their own.

Let the hamster run. What does it matter to you? Just turn your phone on silent or here contact on silent and answer when you have time and you want to. What she thinks should be a non issue here.

They've made their choices. They want to be the way they are. What you see is what they want and what they've earned. This right here. I hadn't thought about it that way yet. Thank you.

I'm not sure I would call it anger as much as disappointment. I have a problem with pitying others who don't know better, I know this isn't productive and I'm working on not feeling pity or at least not acting on it. Not sure if that is the right move or not as it seems I will be more mechanical in acting rather than human

On the same line of thought, know what you are serious about and wont take shit about, and likewise know in which situations you need to just let go and have fun. Finding the balance can be hard and I can attest to this as I have trouble finding a good balance sometimes. One thing to comment on, know when to use anger. It doesnt have to be acted upon but be aware and let the other guy know when he has pissed you off, most of the time it can just be shown through body language and words aren't ne…

It sounds like you need to work on keeping frame and being congruent with yourself. Right now you want to be "alpha" but you are acting beta around people. This shows you have a hard time holding frame. For me, I meditate and this helps me keep frame by focusing on myself and who I truly and and want to be and then acting on those wants. Also, don't go out there to please people it sounds like that is what you are doing right now and it seems like you think that is holding you back. Keep strivin…

I think that you are, instead of idolizing women, you are idolizing sex. I did this in the past and it is hard not to as a guy, from a biological standpoint it is why we are still alive as a species. However if you idolize something it seems like it is always far off. I know this because I went through the same thing. How I see it you have a few options, you can go monk mode and raise your SMV to the point where you can get the girls you want to be attracted to you. or you can lower your standar…

Thats what I need to work on, the having fun side of things. To me currently it seems like busy work to carry on mundane conversations with people so for me the next step is to try to have fun whenever I interact with people. And yes Ive been told I am narcissistic before, however Im not sure if that is a part of me that I should strive to change as it has been beneficial in the past

So let me get this straight, jamming is just having your voice in your head sound like somebody else's that you know so that your inner voice doesn't go crazy and you can realize that you are thinking irrationally?

I'm in the same boat. Take a lady friend(she's a virgin) ice skating I had been interested in for a while. We go back to my house, watch a movie. When I was going to make a move, I had a thought. This wasn't the girl I was going to be in a LTR with, she was just going to be another plate. I have other girls for that. Here is when I started to see how pointless trying to get with women is. After you can do it easily there is no challenge, it used to be hard. Not anymore. I sometimes feel like cyp…

Try to make it as close to the original as as possible, for example, keeping it second person but addressing the woman instead of the man. show the real demographic of this ad: low SMV 50+ couples. And instead of speaking to men in the 2nd person ("you want to enjoy your golden years...") it would speak to women about men in the 3rd person ("he has a beautiful, real women like you, but just a small medical deficiency..."). Instead it would speak to the woman in 2nd person.("you want to enjoy you…

Decided I should start giving back to the community, the quality of posts is going down as expected with more men reading and commenting. I'm interested more with self improvement over game, it seems that TRP is slowly turning into seddit and I don't want to see that happen. Expect to see more soon

I've noticed that male hamstring is seldom discussed on TRP. It is just as present as the female hamster yet I never see it discussed Don't, please don't give me that "amusement" shit. Seriously. The amusement factor is and always will be a fucking lame ass male hamstering excuse for why they aren't doing well. Please remove that word from your vocabulary for your own good. "Oh, hahah, yeah I didn't defend myself when this guy took my girl because I just found it amusing hahah..." You may not se…
