Okay so what are you gonna do instead, just crawl into bed and cry yourself to sleep cause life is difficult? Come on, grow a pair. The more you do it, the more you refine your social skill, the more you figure out what works and doesn't work, the less you will be rejected. Treat it like a game, like a challenge, work on yourself. Be a better version of yourself today than you were yesterday.

It's a numbers game. Stop worrying so much about being rejected. You gotta put yourself out there, yeah it's risky, yeah it can hurt, but at the end of the day you've gotta at least try!

Why is that? There's plenty of time. Try to build an abundance mentality, start a daily gratitude practice and write down 5 things your are grateful for every day even it's small like the peanut butter on your sandwich or the sunny sky, positivity and kindness go a long way!
