Ok so far I have what I've already done wrong. And this is great, I can learn from it. However I think I need to clarify what I am asking. We already have something planned for tonight, its a good opportunity for our first fuck. She threw me a nice shit test (my fault for talking too much, I get it.) and now I'm curious as to how I should handle it. Been having a hard time with my relationship with my father. It stems from me being an 18 year old home from school who wants to show his father that he can do things on his own. So whenever he micromanages it sets me off. This week I decided to view that behavior as a loving Dad trying to help his son make it in life. We have gotten along great since then and he has made a big deal about how much better he feels about our relationship. A small change that yields big results

No offence bro, but if you don't do compound lifts you're going to have lots of underdeveloped areas and just be much less aesthetic in general. Also training only isolation puts unhealthy stress on the other muscles in the movement that arent trained when they are used in conjunction with the trained muscles. tl;dr you're setting yourself up for potential injury down the road with your lifting habits.
