That's the problem with the internet period. People don't know what the fuck they are talking about because they have no life experience and spend all their time isolated in echo chambers. I hate my past self for doing that so much and picking up on literal shit ways of thinking.

Go to therapy. Go to multiple forms of therapy. You are questioning your former beliefs and you want to be rid of them, which means you are more than capable of doing so. You probably have deeper issues than just the red pill as well.

Not only does it host mental illnesses, it can create them,, making men misogynistic and resentful of women and other men, especially if the man already has a deep rooted sense of shame and low self worth that red pill philosophies use as excuses and exacerbates the already existing problem.

I think multiple forms of therapy are good for me. Like I said I don't believe red pill is the core of my issues. I'd like to see what lies beyond
