There was just recently a case of a surrogate mother who signed a contract to carry a baby to term then give up all rights to the baby immediately after birth. Thanks for the advice but I do not feel comfortable breaking contact or giving ultimatums. I had a wonderful relationship with them up until the court suspended my parenting time. They are victims just like me but have been poisoned by their mother and her family. I reach out and leave the door open but by no means am begging. The family courts are corrupt. All the protections that we have in criminal courts are thrown out in family court. My ex got my parenting time suspended just on her word.
