Sure, whatever you want to call it, the point still stands.

I don't know, when she doesn't want it.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/25 04:58 AM

Yeah, obviously, if the context is that she likes it, then it's fine, and if she doesn't, then it's objectification.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/25 04:38 AM

Yeah, old institutions die hard, but just because these things are running on momentum doesn't mean society isn't tearing them down as they can.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/25 10:47 PM

Do you understand that normal people are easily swayed? Just because something isn't forced on pain of death doesn't mean it's not a negative for society.

Maybe, I guess most people who like astrology just use it for fun, but you could definitely see how it could really ruin someone's life if they got really in deep with it, same with the blue pill.

It's used to describe what everyone else says, but not necessarily what they do, everyone lives at odds with what they say to some degree.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/25 10:40 PM

Not off hand, but you definitely do see women complain about being "objectified" when they mean "being looked at with sexual desire."

Even if it were the case that there was some magically "natural" Chad, a father doesn't just pass on his genes, but also his memes, to his children. If a man figures out how to mimic a Chad behaviourally, he should be able to teach his sons to do the same, and then they can teach their sons and so on. That said, I don't think anyone is a "born-chad," I think Chad just got both his genes and his memes from his father.

Women say all the time how they hate to be "objectified" in public when referring to men leering at them, don't act like they don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/25 04:29 AM
1

That's the distinction as the terms are used, whether or not that's what they're supposed to mean
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/25 01:03 AM

The difference between objectification and healthy attraction is whether or not a woman wants it, so it's a useless thing to shame men for
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/25 02:03 PM

Other way around, being redpilled is simply not being bluepilled. Most sexually active people aren't really bluepilled, they just say the same things because what's what you say.

The "being attracted to a woman" part, whether it's because it's objectification, or because it's lusting after her in your heart.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/25 04:24 AM

Then what exactly are with complaining about? That there aren't enough loyal, good men who are smoking hot and also filthy rich to go around? Yeah, I bet

What I don't get is why you think other people know some secret? Or why other people are responsible for making sure you know. Because I figured it out on my own at 26, and because I figured the people around me cared about me and might have wanted to help me when they saw me flounder romantically. If I saw a friend struggling, I'd offer to take him out to a club or something and be his wingman. If your family fails to tell you how to invest well for retirement do you also get mad that the world…

No, it's hypocritical to do it and pretend you're not.

But before you said the mere existence of the desires meant that men and women are enemies
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/25 12:37 AM

Having some common desires doesn't mean we don't also have some adversarial desires, like hypergamy or polygyny.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 11:37 PM

No, rather the opposite, your family and friends are supposed to be the ones to help you, my experience is that most people just assume you know what everyone else knows, so they don't bring it to and assume you're joking if you don't understand. Those movies are generally bluepilled, though, since they tend to depict the awkward guy getting the girl by just "being himself" and she magically just falls into his arms. My family was pretty sexually repressive, so I had to jump to the second plank …

"The blue pill" is the teachings of "the matrix" which itself is sort of like Moldbug's "Cathedral," it's a loose collection of powerful institutions that may be separate on paper, but march more or less in lockstep with each other on social issues. The matrix is institutional feminism (think Bell Hooks, not 19 year olds with blue hair,) evangelical Christianity, public schools, and really any institution that educates boys. The blue pill then is what they teach, be nice to girls and they'll lik…

Is that allowed? Not all communities allow xposts
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 10:45 PM

I don't think that redpillers don't improve, it's just that the people who are actually getting laid or getting into relationships don't have the time or energy to come back and debate about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 10:43 PM
6

Ok, well then men and women are enemies since they obviously do have some adversarial desires.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 10:41 PM
2

What, specifically, distinguishes the red pill and the purple pill?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 10:40 PM
2

Maybe, but even then, you'd figure they'd make concessions to reality sometimes
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 10:39 PM

But you said that women know what they're doing. I know plenty of good men, so if women who want them can't find them, then that seems to indicate that they don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 10:37 PM
6

There's a world of difference between seeing the opposite sex as "the enemy" and acknowledging that men and women do have some adversarial desires.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 10:33 PM
1

Yeah, I think that's the most charitable interpretation, the less charitable one is that it's part of a depopulation campaign or a 5th column trying to destroy our society from the inside.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 09:04 PM
7

No, mainstream society does not facilitate families, that's why we have abortion, contraceptives, no-fault divorce, gay marriage, etc. When you're so used to privilege, equality feels like oppression.

Sure dude, whatever helps you sleep at night
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 07:02 PM

Why are you so angry? My conspiracy theory is just that most people in power want to protect women from crazy men, why would that be a shit conspiracy theory? Unless it's not, it's actually a fact, and you don't like that I'm pointing it out.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 07:01 PM

How about the 1 million abortions done each year? The blue pill death toll far outstrips the red pill.

Crazy how you're exactly proving the point I'm making
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 06:46 PM

There's no such thing, you either reproduce and you're a winner, or you don't and you're not. The gigachad with the vasectomy will not pass on his genes, and the 5'2" balding janitor who manages to get married and have kids will.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 06:46 PM
9

Why do random strangers in authority give step by step guilds that are wrong? If it were so natural, then why do so many people have their own opinions on what is and is not acceptable in dating?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 06:23 PM
1

Yeah, it would be a problem. You either get over it or you move on.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 06:02 PM

Two different groups of women, one you hook up with and one you date seriously.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:54 PM

Yes it does lol, that's how most young people date, "spinning plates" is just situationships and rosters
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:44 PM

Dang, I guess Andrew Tate sneaks into my room and injects me with testosterone every night so that I'll want to have a relationship, since I wouldn't otherwise.

5

I do, modern American society
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:33 PM
7

Well, so would a teenage girl
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:31 PM
1

Yes, but my point is that the blue pill is creating the demand. If there weren't a ready supply of young men who don't know how to date, then there'd be no product.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:30 PM
9

Again, you have to couch it in terms that people don't find objectionable. "Treat women like teenage girls" ew wtf "Treat women such that they can be frivolous and girly without judging them" yeah, most women do want that
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:29 PM
2

Sure, but I'd rather turn losers into winners than let them stay losers.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:25 PM
8

Does it work?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:24 PM
2

Men created the demand for it? How, did Andrew Tate make men want to have sex with women?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:22 PM
-1

What part of any of that isn't normal in our culture?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:20 PM
1

Ok, and who created the demand for it? Why are there so many lonely young men these days?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:01 PM
1

Ok, but why do you think they do that?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:00 PM

By "traditional courtship," do you mean purity culture "I kissed dating goodbye" stuff or do you mean actually traditional courtship? The former is not traditional.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 04:59 PM

But if the people who are struggling most and go to redpill for advice why aren't they fixed? It's hard to change behavioral patterns and reject social conditioning. If it is the responsibility of everyone in the world to give good advice and they have failed these men why isn't red pill saving them when they find it? It's the responsibility of major social institutions to not destroy people's capacity to have children by conditioning them to behave in ways counter to that, and the red pill is s…
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 03:35 PM

Cool, so when women say they can't find a good man, we should shame them and tell them we know that they can and they're just lying.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 01:57 PM
1

Do you understand the difference between the consensus of major social institutions and some people saying something on the internet? The blue pill is feminism (academic and popular,) Hollywood, purity culture, government school sex ed, etc. whereas the red pill is on some internet forums mostly.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 06:26 AM
1

Why are 40% of Americans obese when diet and weight loss advice is all over the Internet? Just because someone says something, it doesn't mean other people are listening.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 05:59 AM
1

Well apparently we're in a male loneliness epidemic, according to the media at least, so it's not a small subset. I think we need to admit that consistently drilling bad dating advice into boys heads in the hopes that they'll figure out the truth someday is a bad idea.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 04:21 AM
1

Obviously everyone wants to fuck 10s, i didn't say want to, I said who they actually do hook up with. If a woman wants to get passed around by chads, so be it, but OP is specifically talking about women who want relationships, and they get easily tricked because women think the fact that he'll pay for dinner or hold her through the night means that he'll commit.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 04:03 AM
2

It's not that ugly men are more interested in LTRs than attractive men, it's that men hookup down and across, and only date across, so if you're a 6, and a 9 starts hitting on you, you can be almost certain he just wants one thing from you not matter what he says. Another 6 might also just want the same, but there's a least a reasonable chance he's actually interested in you as a person.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 11:46 PM

Ok, then all the more they should NOT tell men to be nice, and should instead tell them to be sexy, so that they can score and maybe start a relationship from there.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/25 07:00 PM

Women will literally tell you that you only want sex if you think looks matter
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/25 06:53 PM

There are climate scientists who deny climate change and doctors who deny that cigarettes cause cancer, some people are on the take from lobbyists.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/25 03:43 PM

There is no commitment without obligation, and there's no stability without commitment. We need to accept that marriage means mutual obligation, or it doesn't mean anything at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/25 03:39 PM

If no one owes anyone, anything in marriage, then a husband doesn't owe it to his wife to not divorce her when she gets fat. How about marriage is a relationship of mutual obligation, and you do, in fact, owe it to your partner to not let yourself go.

Even then, you still have to meet women IRL eventually

I guess it depends on how passive he really is. Women will absolutely come up to Chad to hit on him, I've seen it too, but they can't force him to say yes if he's too passive to even flirt back.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/25 04:23 AM

"I, specifically, don't feel comfortable sharing my kinks with a stranger" is wildly different than "men, in general, are evil because they pressure poor, innocent women into doing degrading sex acts against their will, because of patriarchy."

How can men and women have an honest conversation about women's dishonesty? That's self-defeating.

This is just the gender flipped version of ”Yes All Men” and “All men are trash, so just pick a rich one You didn't say I'm wrong He started off listening to red pill rhetoric. Last time I checked, trp also spouted about the 80/20 rule. Ok, he also thought women were just supposed to come up to him and make a relationship happen, that's not redpilled. If their self awareness is so lacking they didnt realize they just wanted their dicks wet, no one can help them. That's not what I said, you still…

How? How does a woman choose a man if he won't even make a move?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/25 03:18 AM
6

An ugly dude who is confident, assertive, funny etc will struggle to get dates. Not really, as long as he's realistic about his date's BMI A Chad who's awkward, meek, passive etc will easily get dates, relationships, one night stands etc. No, women will not go out of their way to force passive Chads to date them, he still requires a minimum level of self-confidence and assertiveness to actually meet women.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/25 01:59 AM

My personal opinion is these pathways exist for when we were instinctual, and now that we’ve developed higher intelligence that is battling against these pathways, and eventually these pathways will be evolved out. It would be pretty hard to "evolve out" the reward pathways that cause you to reproduce lol
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/25 01:51 AM
4

Because they ask the wrong questions, as I mentioned You don't know what you don't know. If a man knew the right question to ask, he'd already know the answer, that's why it's such an open-ended question. I gave you two IRL examples. Elliot follow TRP and used TRP terms and concepts to justify his crime. Ok? Is Jodie Foster responsible for Hinckley? ER was really more blackpilled than anything, and Chris was extremely bluepilled in his own autistic understanding of it. Only fucked up women think…

We regret stuff so we'll learn for the future, that's not hard to understand. Why do you assume we wouldn't feel anything at all if it were all instinct? We have reward pathways to reward us and encourage us to do stuff for a reason, if it didn't feel good we wouldn't do it.

First of all, with your description of what women like, you have to also ask yourself what type of female you’re going after. I have a mustache, a thick back, and I'm working towards buying a truck, I know exactly what type I'm trying to attract. Also, if a guy is trying to figure out how to get a woman to like him, he should try to figure out her perspective. Yeah, that's why we ask women for advice! At least until we figure out it doesn't work. Most guys pass the threshold. Evidently not, sinc…

Why do we have appendices? Why do men have nipples? Why do we even exist at all? You're not going to find these answers in evolution. In any case, fulfilling our instincts usually feels pretty good, so I wouldn't call it "being a slave." Sex feels good, love feels great, having children and leaving a legacy feels awesome.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/25 12:41 AM
27

Obviously your mother isn't going to tell you that girls like mustaches, big trucks, and defined back muscles or whatever, but for everyone else, you shouldn't give advice if you're not considering their perspective. If it's not lying, then it's negligent at least to just hand wave away the importance of sexual attraction. You need to have both sexual attraction and being likeable, yes, and you should say that instead of "just be nice" or "just treat her like a human being."
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/25 12:18 AM
2

Definitely see it online and in person, but I don't know that is because "compromise feels like losing." I think it's just an effective tactic to get what they want, and no one challenges them on it, so they keep doing it.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/25 10:43 PM

Evolution isn't a replacement for God, there's no implied fairness or purpose to evolution. I think the biggest thing science is teaching us these days about humans as animals is that there's only a difference of degrees, and not kind, between human and animal intelligence. Whether or not we have a soul which is not bound by our animal nature is a theological question, not an evolutionary one.

We don't have to like nature, but we also can't ignore it. If you put a critter that likes to run in a small cage, it will go crazy, because it's nature is to run. Even if we might prefer that it not run around and cause problems, we still have to accept it for what it is and act accordingly. So it is with human behavior as well, we might not like it because it doesn't jive with modern sensibilities, but we do have to accept it for what it is. You can ignore nature, but you cannot ignore the con…

There's nothing inherently more masculine about settling down than about playing women, it's all the same game. Settling down is certainly more MORAL, but that's a different dimension. The simple fact of the matter is that most of Evangelical Christianity today chides young men for not stepping up and getting married, but at the same time tells them to be ashamed of their own sexuality. You can't castrate a man and then command him to be fruitful.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/25 06:51 AM
-12

I'm not half-castrating myself just so a woman doesn't have to get an IUD every few years.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/25 04:27 AM

Obviously, feminism is a power grab, and women's power is rooted in large part in sexual desirability, so women being considered sexually desirable for longer is beneficial to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/25 04:07 PM
4

When did I say that? Women are just people, if you think they're goddesses, you need to have a lower view, if you think they're just fleshlights that cry, you need to have a higher view. It's not that hard.

My bad, I was reading into your post. So many women say "obsessed with purity" when they mean "cares about her sexual history at all."
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 06:51 AM
8

If we met as strangers, sure, but not if we're known to each other in a social group. Even as strangers, so many women have such an incessant need to tell on themselves, I don't know why.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 06:49 AM
1

Stop with the pedantry, if you think someone in a romantic relationship should leave their partner for a certain thing, you think it's bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 06:39 AM
3

Ok, then why do you think it's bad for a man to be concerned with her sexual past? That's a pretty normal thing in traditional gender roles.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 06:30 AM
9

It's precisely because they're human beings that I hold them to certain standards of behavior. Why would I care if a dog was more loyal to it's previous owner than me? It's a dog. I care if a woman gives me more or less than her previous partners because she a human being who makes her own choices, and if she's not choosing me with the same vigor, why would I be ok with that?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 06:10 AM
10

You're almost there, you acknowledge that men and women have adversarial desires, that men want a balance between sexual availability and chastity, and women want a balance between masculinity and simping. Now, if only there was some socially agreed upon system for managing these conflicting desires, maybe like some sort of different set of behaviors that was socially expected of either sex? Like some sort of roles each gender was to fulfill?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 05:13 AM

I think it's a distinction without a difference, since porn is still pretend, at least for the viewer.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/25 06:47 AM

I'm a straight man, I get off on women getting off, not on other men hurting women. I think I remember they did a study where women who watch porn were way MORE likely than men to watch porn featuring violence against women, but I don't know where to find it. Again, this lines up, people seek out what they think is taboo in their worldview.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/25 03:38 AM

I remember that Aellagirl did an informal study on political beliefs and kinks, and the general attitude was that people tended to be more into that which was taboo according to their political beliefs, i.e. leftists tended to be more into domination and submission, rightists tended to be more into socially transgressive stuff like exhibitionism. I suspect that porn preferences might be something like that, bluepillers might be more into porn with violence against women, and redpillers might be …

That's much lower than the standard I said, but even then, yes, that's probably only the top 50% or 60% of men, so if that's your standard, it's still cutting your dating pool in half.

Yeah, also feminism makes it easier to manipulate women, since it makes them more narcissistic, and narcissists are very gullible if you feed into their fantasies.

While I do agree with the idea that men's groups ultimately are about sizing up other guys for war, even in the most abstract sense, even soldiers in war just kind of fuck around when they're not doing anything. Do you think the average serviceman is some psycho like Captain Willard from Apocalypse Now, who just sits in a hotel room, by himself, training unless he's on a mission? I don't think men even had "zero fucks masculinity," that's a fantasy sold by Hollywood. What we lost was close brotherhood with our male friends and family, which is necessary to present a zero fucks attitude to the rest of the world. No man is an island, but a small group of men who can rely on each other, like David and Jonathan or Achilles and Patroclus, can then have a healthy arrogance to the rest of the world. This gay revolution broke those bonds by insinuating such close friendships wer…

What's changed in the last few decades is that men are trying to be more and more vulnerable with women, and women are taught that they're supposed to want that, despite the fact that it tends to cause more problems.

I believe it, some people are desperate for support, the solution for that person still isn't a romantic relationship, it's to fix his life. Fixing your life, however, won't magically make you stop being lonely.

I think you just think men are predatory. There is no way in hell that any sane older woman actually thinks there's a future, clearly it's a mutually casual relationship. I generally follow the 3 to 6 month rule. There's no reason to disclose embarrassing thinks like stigmatized kinks, medical issues, family issues, etc. before you trust someone at all, many guys have been burned by women revealing stuff to their friends, but you should get that stuff on the table before you become really deeply committed to each other, and a good rule of thumb is no less than 3 and not more than 6 months into the relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 07:18 AM

Because I like spending time with other guys where I can just be myself, and I don't have to have a social filter or manage a sexual dynamic with women.

No it's not, what I said is the consistent result of the rule, what you said is very silly.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/25 06:01 AM
3

Right, ok, I see what point you're trying to make. There is no "rule," no one HAS to do anything, it's just that it's reasonable to break up with someone if they don't WANT to do with you what they did with their previous partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/25 07:16 AM
4

Sure, if a woman wanted to peg a man, but he wouldn't let her even though he had let previous partners peg him, it would be reasonable for her to break up with him over it, because it means that he clearly doesn't think she's as sexy as his previous partners. What's your point? It's a reasonable standard either way.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/25 05:38 AM
0

While I'm skeptical that you've actually spent enough time with any astronauts to find them dull, it's more about being safe and stable. You can be an interesting person and not be sexy, ask all those guys in the friend zone, women think they're fun-interesting, but not sexy-interesting.

/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 01:43 AM

Ok, what does that have to do with being interesting? Most of those guys can be interesting if you'd care to get to know them, not that you would since you don't find them attractive.

What does the friendzone have to do with anything?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 01:07 AM

Do you think that what men tend to find visually arousing is arbitrary, or does it exist for a reason? Most unhealthy habits do have pretty clear signs that manifest eventually, you're not shallow for not liking the smell of smokers, so why would you be shallow for not liking the look (and feel) of fat people?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 12:14 AM
0

Ok, do you think most women would find the guy who works all day making minimum wage at a meat packing plant to be interesting?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 12:08 AM

The point is that most women view men who can provide for them as attractive, so I don't really see how saying they don't date unattractive men means anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/25 12:06 AM
3

Then be independent, be able to take care of yourself, prove it by maintaining a healthy diet as an example to your children, and stop using mental health as an excuse to be fat.

So do women find being provided for attractive or not?

No, you're right, I've been jumping perspectives, let me clarify. Women in a modern, equal relationship who cannot take care of themselves, cannot take care of children, because an independent adult who cannot take care of themselves cannot be expected to take care of dependents. Women in a traditional, unequal relationship didn't have to take care of themselves, because their husbands took care of them, like a teenage girl babysitting today. Women in modern society aren't obligated to do anythi…

"Attractive" is always graded on a curve, but being engaging and charismatic doesn't mean that you're not "boring" in the way OP is using it. You can be a charismatic, fun guy who's still a CPA that goes to work in an economical car and never takes risks or anything, and you might make a lor of female friends, but that doesn't mean they're going to be attracted to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 11:40 PM

She takes care of the children as her husband takes care of her, like a historically normal relationship. Women in our society aren't obligated to do anything, for better or for worse.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 11:33 PM
-2

If she can't take care of herself, she can't take care of her children, so she needs to either sort herself out or be submissive to her husband and let him take care of her.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 11:25 PM

Hmm, so the men who do many of the most critical jobs and need to be "boring" and stable to keep those jobs will now not have access to women because of feminism, and so will stop doing those jobs, either to become interesting or to just check out of society? How horrible, if only someone could have predicted that!
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 11:22 PM

I never said there weren't fat men. Rejecting the "women are wonderful" effect doesn't mean accepting that women are worse than men.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 11:17 PM

What do you think people did before everyone got fat? Do you think they just didn't get married? Anyone is interesting if you pay attention to them, that's not generally what women mean by boring. They mean men that are nice guys with hobbies that women are told are lame.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 11:14 PM
10

Weight is a personal failure, no one has to be fat, there have to be a lot of boring guys who do boring jobs to keep us all alive. If every woman were skinny, society would be better off, if every man were a bad boy, society would fall apart.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 11:05 PM
2

I don't think that's right, but it's more of a semantics thing. The way the term "objectification" is used by women is generally something like "sexual attention paid to me or another woman that I don't like" rather than some objective thing, so there's no such thing as the "right" type of sexual objectification, but then there's no type of sexual attention which is inherently objectifying.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/25 06:24 AM

How old are you? Yes, all that matters at 14 is finding each other cute, assuimg you then have the social skills to back it up. Adult women can find a man relatively attractive and still not want to go out with him for myriad reasons. Hazzard a guess, older women aren't keeping younger women in check like they used to. They also require constant attention and communication. I think that would be fine if they were willing to be submissive, but they act, by men's standards, in a very childish way, a…

Everyone knows that "nice girls finish last"? Says who? Nice GUYS finish last because women generally like dominant men, but men generally like submissive women, so no, nice girls finish first. Men are often stressed out in relationships because being in a relationship with a woman, even a good one, is hard, that's just life, but the stress a good woman brings is minimal in comparison to the benefits she brings.

I don't think you understand my point, I never said a woman has to be willing to have sex with a man she doesn't find desirable, which you seem to think I did. What I said is that the gay man analogy isn't helpful because it's not really a close comparison, that's all.

I think the thing that you don't get is that no man can predict whether or not you'll want to have sex with a man before he hits on you, but that we need to assume that unless it's a hard no, it's at least a maybe, because our evolutionary drive is to maximize reproductive opportunity, and resisting that urge is what makes nice guys. There is no scenario in which a straight man wants sexual attention from a gay man, there are plenty of scenarios where a straight woman wants sexual attention from a straight man and the only difference between sexual harassment and romance is whether the woman wants it, which cannot be known beforehand.

You do understand how relationships work, right? People get attracted to one another for superficial reasons, and then develop deep emotional bonds thereafter. My grandparents were married for over 50 years before my grandfather died, and my grandmother always said that she went out with him because he looked like Elvis. Would they have gone out if they had been born sooner or later, and met when Elvis was no longer popular? Maybe, but maybe not. The vast majority of Americans are overweight, I …

Society can absolutely make individuals attracted to other individuals, and this is especially true for women, who are especially susceptible to social engineering. Society can also stop encouraging behaviors that make people less attractive, like encouraging overeating.

Yeah, hard to argue with that list. Obviously it'd be basically impossible to find a woman like that, but if she were to exist, she could have just about any man she wanted. Everyone is interesting, everyone has an infinitely complex life, the problem is that many men don't feel comfortable sharing these things, because they're more worried about not offending women than they are to attracting the right ones. You have to be confident enough to share what you've got going on, that's it.

No, only God and (hopefully) your mother love you unconditionally, "not being an abuser" is a condition, and is therefore conditional love. There's nothing wrong with conditional love, it's just part of the human experience. I think what you're looking for is committed love, i.e. marriage, where you promise that, no matter what, if they hold up their end of the covenant, you'll hold up yours.

Every kink dynamic is found all at once in ordinary sexuality, so picking out one piece or another to explore is a lower form of sexuality than getting hit with it all, all at once
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/24 10:52 PM
7

A kink relationship *can* be less fulfilling because kink is a supernormal stimulus that can trick your brain into thinking you have an emotional and sexual connection when you actually don't. There are right and wrong ways to have relationships, and the right way to view kink is as sexual junk food. You can have potato chips from time to time and still be healthy, but if all you eat is chips and all you drink is soda, you will not be healthy.

It does seem that some people do replace mutual sexual attraction with another person with attraction to a kink, at least from the outside looking in, because it's easier to find an ugly person who will indulge your kinks vs. an attractive person with whom vanilla sex is exciting and fulfilling. Autistic individuals struggle with empathy, and are generally self-obsessed, which is also true of genuinely crazy people. My point is that the question is taking the wrong approach, women wouldn't be less picky if men were to invest more, because you can't prove that you'll invest more, you can only show a greater capacity to invest by the things women are already selecting for.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/24 01:29 AM
1

Which is why I said ability and not desire. Women can't read minds, so they can't really select for desire, only ability.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/24 06:58 PM
2

Obviously women are more picky than men, and I think the difference has more to do with emotional investment in children, rather than energetic investment. Men are generally much less emotionally attached to their children, on average, than women, which is why they are much more willing to abandon their children, on average, than women. A man who does love his kids doesn't really invest noticably less energy into them, but a man is a lot more likely to not love his kids than a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/24 06:57 PM
4

Looks, money, and status all signal the ability to invest more heavily in children, they're already selecting for that.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/24 05:35 PM

You said "pick up on the cues" here instead of "listen" or "remember." You expect men to read your mind.

This exactly proves my point, he didn't read the room, and now he doesn't get to go on another trip with you guys, he should have read the room for his own sake. You, however, didn't get your expectations met of him helping with the groceries because you failed to communicate with him explicitly.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/24 04:15 PM

For their own self-interest, yes, but for YOUR interest, YOU need to communicate with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/24 03:37 PM

If you don't explicitly spell it out, that means you want us to read your mind to some degree. It's an either or thing, you either clearly and unambiguously communicate your needs and expectations, or you do not, in which case you expect men to read your mind.

Women select for charm for the same reason they select for men who are big and strong, men who have money, or men who have high social status. You are doing exactly what this post is about, you can't fathom that a man might already enjoy a woman's company outside of sex, so you imagine men have to have it drilled into our heads that we ought to, when plenty of men already do.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/24 01:20 PM

These are not at all comparable, the biggest difference is that we have a body positivity movement which coddles fat women into thinking that their weight is acceptable, that men shouldn't comment on it at all, that it's totally normal to get fatter as you get older, etc. but there is no equivalent broke positivity movement for men. Men tend to get more successful on average over time, since society is designed that way, basically just keep showing up at the same job on time and do what you're t…

So do you agree with me or not? My point is that everyone "settles" to some degree as long as they're not with a 10, so in some sense everyone who's not a 10 is a consolation prize.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/24 03:53 AM

Sex is designed to make children, we already have contraceptives, abortion, homosexuality, pornography, etc., so what's one more thing to devalue sex? The only reason you care is because this is the first time sexual liberation might benefit unattractive men.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/24 03:41 AM
2

The alternative being what? The most attractive women will always be the most attractive women, no matter how attractive a man is, so yeah, you accept that the best you can get is the best you can get and you love who you can find, that's life.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/10/24 03:33 AM

Standards vs. preferences If you asked me what car I'd like to drive, I'd give you a much different answer than the car that I actually drive. Sure, if I could have any woman on the planet, I'd like a 20 year old supermodel, but that's not the bare minimum of who I would be willing to date.

Sex make pp feel good, respect or no It's really that simple
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 01:00 AM

Yeah, at least enough men will view you as fair game that it's apt to become a problem for you
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/24 01:14 AM

There sure are a lot of red pilled answers in this thread, answers that would get labeled misogynist coming from the likes of Andrew Tate.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/24 11:48 PM
1

And now progressive want to give men being attracted to younger adult women a "rapey predatory edge."
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/24 05:32 PM
3

What men will say this?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/24 01:13 AM
5

Women think there's something wrong with male virgins, but that's not reciprocated.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/24 12:04 AM
6

Do you want the benefits that are supposed to come from marriage or the ones that do these days as a result of women's behavior?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/24 11:53 PM
15

"promiscuous woman" lol ok
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/24 06:48 PM
70

You're right that there are a lot of benefits for men to bring married, so you have to ask the question, why are women making it so miserable that their behavior outweighs all those benefits?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/24 05:40 PM
16

Emotional detachment from success or failure
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/24 04:54 PM
3

That's a very fair point, at least if you're into hookup culture, though it's less valid if you don't put out immediately
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/24 06:19 AM
3

Can they? They can get something being passive, but I don't think it's the same results.

So they could have a shot at a great relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/24 05:20 AM

Because they are less emotionally mature than men and can't handle rejection as well
/r/PurplePillDebate26/09/24 05:00 AM

Unless she's acting really shiesty, I would assume it's mine unless proven otherwise by the test. I'd only have doubts if she's being weird about it.

Man shut up
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/24 12:36 AM

If you're not seeing success on the apps, then using them is not "trying," it's coping. Dating apps just don't work for some people, and if that's you, you need to try meeting people in person.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/24 12:35 AM
1

You're supposed to marry a man who loves you, you know that right? Yes, the man has the final say, but that doesn't mean you can't explain why you think what you do and show him why he should see your side of the issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/24 09:56 PM
0

Are you incapable of explaining to someone why you think something should be done your way?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/24 09:34 PM
-1

Yes Because being in charge means taking the mental load, which is what lots of married woman is complaining about these days. Also because it makes life so much easier when you have a set system in place to handle disputes in a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/24 02:48 PM

Submission looks like doing what you're told to do, so I don't really know how you could "submit" to one another. If I'm a supervisor at work, I'm expected to submit to the senior management and do what they tell me to do, while I also expect the people I supervise to submit to me and do what I tell them to do. It's really not that complicated.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/24 05:17 PM
2

Probably tiktok/Instagram
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/24 07:34 PM
7

With that specific phrase, I generally assume it's something a woman thinks she's supposed to say, it wishes she thought were sexy, but wouldn't actually get turned on by these things.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/24 06:01 PM
1

Ok man, whatever you say
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/24 06:48 AM
1

Why do you say that? Was Chesty Puller not admirable because he submitted to his senior officers?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/24 09:41 PM
1

If they're an admirable person and you choose to defer to them, it's not that hard
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/24 09:34 PM
4

Ok, then you can absolutely respect a person who submits to you
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/24 02:58 PM
3

Even if we accept that as the definition, which I don't, you can absolutely admire and defer to a submissive partner
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/24 02:58 PM
1

When you say "respect" here, do you really mean "treat like a man"?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/24 07:21 AM
9

Totally false, plenty of women are submissive and still respected
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/24 04:43 AM
1

Settling DOWN is what makes people happy, which is not the same thing as just settling. Sure, if a man wants to be a playboy forever, marriage is setting, but most men do really want just one partner forever.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/24 09:49 PM
3

Right, for the vast majority of people the singular driving force to achieve and make society better is their family, and barring that, people just don't do what they need to do to make it all tick.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 05:01 AM
5

You don't think the more reasonable explanation is that those women are just settling?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 03:28 AM
3

The problem is that we all need to have a shot, or society doesn't function. I can get mine, but if the guy that picks up my trash can't get his, and he decides that he doesn't want to pick up trash anymore, then he can just quit and I'll have to deal with my own trash. If he's got a wife and kids, he better pick up my trash or they're going to starve.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 12:59 AM

It would look like nothing, that's impossible. We have to weigh personal freedom against the odds of getting killed or subjugated by some invading army since all the incels refused to fight to defend our society, if not getting killed by the incels themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 12:23 AM
9

You can do that, I can do that, but if we all do it, we're all just back to square one. What we actually need is a shift back to greater sexual self-control on everyone's part.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 12:09 AM
24

You cannot invest your way into becoming sexually attractive to women, this only worked because we used to drill it into women's heads that their self-respect was measured by how much effort they required a man to put in before they slept with him. Women decided that that was oppressive, so now we have this situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/24 09:13 PM

Empathy is power, so what's your point? Why should women get all the empathy (read: soft power) when men have had to give up patriarchy (read: hard power)?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/24 08:16 PM

Imagine having a healthy relationship with your parents including healthy discussions about sex and sexuality. Your dad is supposed to care about you, including your sex life.

Women should be shamed for it, because we all know it's terrible for them and everyone they sleep with in the long run, but you can't reason with most people, so in a healthy society, smart people shame dumb people into being good people. Unfortunately, we don't live in a healthy society.

What good are warning signs if it's not your responsibility to pick better men?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/24 03:49 AM

Feigning interest in me just to make fun of me, cheating on me, leading me on that she wants to get married and then breaking up with me while I saved for a ring. Women in polite society rarely do anything to men that's horrible unless he's really ugly, but behind closed doors, they can be totally different.

Hey, if you can't beat em, join em. When have been doing this for forever, and dating for young men gotten do bad that since many young women just won't date men who aren't picture perfect, so why not settle for an older woman who's more realistic?

Most people cannot afford these services without significant financial strain, and it's just silly to have two adults independently do household chores, it's clearly much more efficient to have one person cook a whole meal for the family than to have one person cook a meal for herself and the kids and another cook a meal for himself alone, for instance. Most men would love to pay some professional to do work that his wife doesn't want to do, of course, that's a big part of "If I Were a Rich Man,…

"Just be a good person" is helpful advice to someone who does not struggle to date, but only to form long-term relationships. It is not helpful to someone who struggles to date at all.

I don't think celebrity couples are good examples or counterexamples of how normal people date, especially since Grande is a former Nickelodeon child star under Schneider, who knows what's going on in her head.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/24 05:32 PM

No, this advice is only about career success, "potential" here means he does have a good personality and character, he just doesn't have a good career yet, but he's working on it.

This advice is good for young women trying to date young men, because very few young men, say 25 and under, are already successful, and so if they only date men who are already successful, they'd only be competing for the top few percent, and we already know that that's a recipe for disaster. This doesn't mean "date some loser and hope he improves," it means "be willing to date the guy who's not successful yet, but is clearly working hard to build a future." If he's just working at McDonald's, d…

Death of the author, it was written in the 90s by two men as a cyberpunk gnostic gospel, and later those two men became women and reinterpreted the film to be a trans allegory, but their interpretation is not more valid than anyone else's. Regardless, it is real because we use those words to describe certain ideas and perspectives today, it doesn't matter what the film "really means."

Obviously low/no body count is preferable, but I would certainly be skeptical if a woman was in her thirties and said she was a virgin, but if I have no reason to doubt her, I would certainly prefer that over a higher body count.

Sure, but when I say that I get downvoted and told I'm sexualizing women

It is an assumption, you can love someone with all your heart but if they aren't actually a good life partner on paper because they can't offer you what you want in a relationship, then you need to move on.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/24 02:37 PM
3

No, I tried that and I ended up with a bunch of female friends, not relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/24 02:16 PM

Upon what are you basing that assumption?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/24 02:15 PM

All relationships are transactional, but some are based on love, too. The point is the find someone that is right for your according to both your head and your heart.

Like human beings and not sex objects
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/24 01:58 PM

Literally in the first line of the TLDR
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/24 12:18 AM

Cool, so we all agree we should disregard women's opinions on how men should date? People normally get really pissed at you on this sub when you say that.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/24 12:17 AM
2

What is objectification in your mind, then, if not viewing women as basically interchangeable with no inherent value other than sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/24 12:11 AM
5

Did you read OP's post? He's not saying that he's just being confident, he's saying that he's deliberately choosing to objectively women.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/24 12:01 AM
4

Because women tell men all the time, in this very sub, that the key to dating success is to treat women like human beings and be yourself, instead of treating them like sex objects and being duplicitous about your intent.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/24 11:53 PM

Do you know what "number one" means? It's not "majority," it's the most common option.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/24 11:47 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/24 11:38 PM
1

Dating apps being terrible yet everyone still using them regardless, women being made to be afraid of men with the popularity of things like true crime and social media horror stories, a serious lack of understanding what manipulation looks like leading women to be easily manipulated by evil men and to be extremely wary of good men, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/24 09:40 PM

Sex isn't a need Neither is a relationship, relationships aren't about needs, they're about wants Correct, sex requires consent And you should be willing to consent to your partner reasonably frequently and enthusiastically What woman says men should just accept a sexless relationship? They are doing it in the comments on this post
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/24 02:34 AM
2

Ok, nice girl
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/24 01:44 AM

Many women will tell you that sex isn't a need and she should be able to withhold it indefinitely if she wants to and any decent man will just accept it
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/24 01:43 AM

I thought someone already posted this before, but in any case, no, it's not unreasonable to not want to invest in another man's whore.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/24 11:28 PM
3

I always thought weight was not really that big of a deal, beauty being skin deep and all that, and I think chubby girls are absolutely still cute. Then I got into a LTR with an obese woman, and I realized that the lack of self-discipline which causes someone to be fat permeates the rest of one's life, so I would have a hard time loving the personality of a woman who doesn't have the self-discipline and self-respect to cause them to stay at a healthy weight.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/24 09:40 PM
-1

I know why it's seen as toxic, but I would like to hear why you think it IS toxic.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/24 09:12 PM

Those are two different categories of men, and also women severely underestimate the threat of soft boys.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/24 08:58 PM

How is that toxic?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/24 08:57 PM

CAN BE and ARE are not the same thing, any personality trait CAN BE toxic

Yeah
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/24 08:56 PM

It's typically the soft boys you need to worry about
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/24 08:56 PM

Then you're not the great at keeping yourself safe
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/24 08:01 PM

Lol you know it's almost exclusively highly aggressive men who keep you safe, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/24 04:40 PM

What traits did OP list which are "toxic"?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/24 04:39 PM
2

As a man, I can't remember the last time this happened to me, if ever, so I don't know what it says about women if some do and some don't, I think it's just that some people do and some people don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/24 12:31 AM
2

I am a single man telling other single men how to date women
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/24 12:11 AM
4

Yes, and you don't That's not what the analogy is about, and for reference, being a woman who's married doesn't change the fact that you're a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/24 10:38 PM
9

Again, you are a woman, you do not know what dating as a man is like. It absolutely is a good analogy.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/24 09:33 PM
4

What's the point of this discussion? This is really only news to extremely inexperienced guys
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/24 06:23 PM
8

Do you know what an analogy is?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/24 06:21 PM
1

Because the vast majority of women don't actually want to be masculine, just sort of androgynous, and want all the benefits of men putting in effort to be masculine, like safety and social stability, without having to actually put in the work to be feminine themselves. Being feminine doesn't lessen your position in society, it actually raises it, because you will lose if you try to compete with men for masculinity.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/24 06:15 PM
1

Men and women are not exact opposites, masculinity and femininity are about emphasis, not being completely different.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/24 06:12 PM
0

Ok, and? It doesn't mean it's not an insult. You are aware that other people think differently than you do, yes?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/24 03:34 PM
0

If you tell a man he has soft hands, it's an insult, if you tell a woman she has soft hands, it's a compliment. Men and women are just different.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/24 03:02 PM
16

No, I would not date a woman like that
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/24 02:54 PM
-4

The fact that men regard femininity IN THEMSELVES to be bad doesn't mean that it is regarded as bad IN OTHERS.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/24 03:21 AM
-2

Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/24 02:18 PM
1

How about "getting respect from men you respect"?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/24 01:25 PM
11

Absolutely, "the bar is on the floor" is very toxic. They will say "the bar is on the floor, men don't even do XYZ anymore" and then when you do XYZ they say "what, you think someone should date you just because you do XYZ?" The real truth is that there is no bar, the women who say this can't get attractive men who are otherwise high quality, so they settle for attractive but low quality, and then get mad that they don't have high quality boyfriends.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/24 09:43 PM
2

I wouldn't go to a date drunk but it definitely helps when approaching a woman at a bar or club
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/24 08:37 PM
1

That's really not more "creepy and pervy" than society estimates. If you give a man the ability to do so, most men will take multiple lovers, and yes, probably some of them will be teenagers, some may even males. That's what kings and Popes and celebrities have been doing for ages.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/24 01:43 PM
1

I think it's just a way to signal that your standards are so high that women that any other man would find attractive are actually mid by his standards. I've never seen it done irl, send like it's only an Internet thing. I think it just makes those dudes look gay, but to each his own.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/24 09:40 PM
4

No, it's mostly a woman thing to have a celebrity crush
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/24 03:27 AM
15

Same, and yet we're on opposite sides of the debate
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/24 12:11 AM
3

No, I want a family because I want to love and be loved by a woman, and because I want to make children with her.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/24 10:15 PM
4

Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/24 05:06 PM
1

Then yes, love is intrinsically tied to sex for men. If you're right and that's not the case for women, then this is a massive revelation.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/24 05:05 PM
19

The problem is that a tired and depressed butch lesbian who happens to be skinny would still receive more attention and have more options that the average man who goes to therapy, hits the gym, gets a cool haircut and sense of style, gets a good job, etc. Sure, she'd receive a lot less attention that she would if she put in more effort, but that's not the point of the comparison. The point of the comparison is between men and women, not women and other women.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/24 04:29 AM
10

I already have the family I was born into, my friends, my church, my coworkers, etc. I don't want another supportive community, I want to have a family of my own.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/24 11:53 PM
13

Yeah, I do disagree with that part
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/24 11:52 PM
-6

Sounds pretty good to me lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/24 10:05 PM
21

Because we don't want "supportive communities," we want wives and children
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/24 10:04 PM
1

Men saying these things to you
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/24 09:43 PM
2

If you don't like it, then why are you doing it?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/24 06:20 PM
2

Asexuals are a very small minority, other than them, I don't know any men who don't
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/24 05:05 PM
1

Because it shows that women have less intrinsic attraction to men than men do to women
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/24 01:01 PM

Why do you equate "love" with "purely platonic"? Is sexual desire NOT intrinsically linked to love for you? If not, doesn't that prove OP's point?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/24 01:05 AM
-2

Ok, do women love men who don't do what they want? Isn't falling out of a love with someone who consistently doesn't do what one wants them to do just a human trait?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/24 01:03 AM

It certainly CAN be illegal, as sexual discrimination is against the law
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/24 03:13 PM

I think you're downplaying the negatives of social media pretty heavily here, I think you could say most of the same things about it as you did porn.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/24 01:45 PM

Men who cheat will cheat "down" without issue, you could have the highest smv on the planet and that alone will not prevent cheating. The best way to guard against it is to try to find a morally upright man, and do your best to meet his needs, that's about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/24 01:39 AM

Generally when it's used as an insult it's referring to men who's wives sleep around without his consent, i.e. "real" cucks not fetishists. That said, I do think most people would still lose respect for someone if he said that he lets his wife sleep around, since at best he's being ruled by his sexual passions instead of reason.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/24 02:57 PM

I don't think women are saying that's there's some objective basis by which to say that prostitution is worse than casual hookups, I think they're just acknowledging that most women will see it as a red flag.

It was my girlfriend and she didn't want to wait until marriage but I did. She said she was alright with it and was ok waiting, but she got impatient and we broke up before we ever got married.

Sure, but it's not "society" telling women that, it's reality. If you want to keep pursuing your dreams after kids, go for it, just understand that someone else will be raising your children for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 09:36 PM

Does anyone deny this? Yes, if you're autistic or whatever being handsome and rich doesn't help, but it's pretty hard to be confident if you're objectively low-status.

No, femininity is about what you're supposed to choose to be, not what you naturally are
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 02:19 PM

Why wouldn't you describe calm as feminine? That's generally considered part of femininity
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 01:42 AM

Are marriages generally happier now? I haven't seen any strong evidence, and if not, then no-fault divorce can't be the answer.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/24 05:18 PM

No-fault divorce gives you an exit strategy, the idea of not allowing it is the same as Cortez burning his ships when they landed in America, you must make it work. I don't understand this argument that it will lead to this massive increase in unhappy marriages since people will just choose to make each other miserable if they can't get divorced, since making your spouse miserable also makes you miserable.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/24 03:11 PM

Why are you so angry?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/24 03:28 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/24 04:15 PM

I don't understand why this approach is so vilified when men do it
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/24 03:56 PM
-3

Sure, like a teenage boy. It's not bad, I just think it's interesting that that seems to be the default way people try to date, which is weird that so many women find it so off-putting.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/24 03:52 PM

So you approach men like how teenage boys approach girls?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/24 03:32 PM

You understand that believing you have some right, any right, is literally the definition of "entitlement," correct? Literally literally not figuratively literally, that is what that term means. Why is the entitlement to "human rights" some grand moral imperative that we all have to deeply care about, but other forms of entitlement are wrong? Where does this moral principle come from?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/24 03:00 AM
1

The top comment specifically called him entitled, though he used the word "owed" which means more or less the same thing. They then blamed his failure in dating on said entitlement, and told him to get therapy for it, which I contend is terrible advice precisely because he's not entitled and so there's no problem there for therapy to fix.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/24 02:53 AM

What the fuck are you talking about? When did this ever become a discussion about sexual approaches? I think you've proved my point since you hit the thought-stopping cliche and haven't started thinking again this whole thread.

How is this in any way a valid gotcha to my post?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/24 02:19 PM

I don't struggle to get laid, I'm annoyed that people use entitlement as a thought-stopping cliche and I would like both men and women to stop doing that and think critically about their worldview.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/24 02:19 PM

When did I ever imply that women aren't sentient beings? Or that women should be sex slaves?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/24 02:17 PM

The post got deleted but I made a solid argument as to why it's the case. Basically you just need to be "entitled" to potentially making women uncomfortable if you're ever going to be attractive, I was just using inflammatory language to make my point.

No, this is something I think is pretty self-evident, do you know too many married men who don't say this? Sure, in theory it would be better to do that, but it requires a very strong will to deliberately give up on romantic relationships to pursue other sources of purpose in life, a strength of will that most people don't possess.

/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 09:32 PM

I don't know, I don't know how I would know whether women who haven't chatted with me would respond to chatting with me. I also shouldn't have said "most men," that's not really fair, but I do still think that's going to be your biggest problem, since the other two are pretty objective.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 09:27 PM
34

It's just coming from my personal experience, I'll be having that I think it's a great, two-way conversation with a woman and she'll just ghost me out of the blue. I'm evidently not excessively unattractive since they matched with me at all, and I don't get too sexual too fast, so I'm lead to believe that there's just something that I think is a great conversation that women generally don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 09:16 PM
27

The big problem I think you'll find is with the 3rd criteria, where most men would have s hard time deciding whether or not they were having a decent conversation according to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 09:05 PM
5

How about you address the argument and not me? I know why people are calling me entitled, because they don't know me and imagine I must be given the fact that they can't come up with any other explanation that doesn't contradict their own worldview.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 08:27 PM
0

Yeah, I agree
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 08:09 PM
2

I get that this is a bit, but in any case it's because meaning and purpose are far more important than happiness, and most other sources of meaning and aren't human beings, and even when they are you can't have sex with them. That's the honest answer.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 08:09 PM
12

I think expressing any negative emotions about dating as a man makes people uncomfortable, as evidenced by this very subreddit, since every time a man expresses issues with dating with anything less than perfect dispassion he's called entitled, hence this post.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 07:49 PM
9

Generally that's not the case, especially because the exact social issues make it harder for them to express this problem in a way that doesn't make other people uncomfortable and therefore default to the cliche of entitlement.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 07:39 PM
7

Do you want men to view you as human beings? It's very hard to do that when women act like they don't have empathy, eventually men will just believe you.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 07:26 PM
7

I'm not sharing my personal issue with you, I don't even know you. I'm not even short, ugly, or autistic, I just really have empathy for guys who are. In real life, women are generally kind and polite to me, but in the back of my mind, I always think "but what if I wasn't tall?"
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 07:24 PM
2

You're not being specific. "Rights and freedoms" aren't just what you think are important, they're anything and everything the government doesn't stop you from doing. If they say you have to stop your car at every crosswalk regardless of who's waiting, you've lost some freedom, and if they change it back, you've gained some freedom. Don't try to pretend that women were slaves until the 1920s.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 07:21 PM

The government takes and gives rights and freedoms all the time, so it depends on the severity and context.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 07:09 PM

I never understood this criticism, do you know what an analogy is? Do you understand why it might be valuable to use something with a heavier emotional weight to the audience to make a comparison to something with a lighter emotional weight?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 07:04 PM
4

Sure, every woman in history was an exploited slave until just a few decades ago, that's a reasonable interpretation of history
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 07:02 PM
4

Sure, it's not anyone's fault, but if it's not anyone's fault, why is it wrong for them to want to wind back the clock on women's rights? They're just advocating for their own interests.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 06:56 PM
11

I don't think that's a fair generalization, and even for the types of people for whom it is fair, many of them tried the self-improvement route and it didn't work. If you get abs and go to therapy and read the feminist books and all that it doesn't magically make you attractive to women.

No, because these no cliche. I could be being close-minded, sure, but just being close-minded isn't a thought-stopping cliche. I've tried to understand the arguments from their side, but it just seems to boil down to contempt for low status men masquerading as an argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 06:22 PM

Who are these "people"? You mean women? Obviously they have no idea what they're talking about. Success men? Again, most successful men didn't really have to work very hard to become successful, so they don't really know.

I don't think therapy is very helpful for most men when it comes to finding a date, since the kinds of things they teach you in therapy generally don't make you very sexy. Maybe relationship therapy could be useful once you've established a relationship, I don't know, but strengthening an existing relationship is a different thing than finding one in the first place. The one exception might be if your main problem is that you can't fully accept yourself as a sexual being, so even if you're attra…

If a woman said to you, "I fantasize about men being nuetured," would you hold that one comment against her and decline a second date? No, probably not, I'd assume she's either joking or it's like a weird kinky thing she likes to imagine but has no intention of actually doing. Again, men just aren't as fast to reject women for one little misstep as women are.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/24 12:25 AM
-1

I think there's a difference between "female nature" and "femininity." Female nature is how women tend to be by default, whereas femininity is how good women choose to behave. I do think it's sloppy language to call a woman who is not feminine "masculine" because they're not actually opposites, such that failing to be one makes you the other by default, but I think that's what they really mean, not feminine.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 11:55 PM
2

I think the reason for this is that dating is really one of the last areas of life that are pure competition for men. Everyone gets a shot, and everyone's success or failure depends on his own actions and merits, not anyone else's. We need to bring back different areas of competition so men don't have to put all our eggs in that one basket.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 06:13 PM
1

Who's complaining that we don't know women's preferences? We all know what most women prefer, so if you put it in your profile, at least I'm going to assume you mean it as a dealbreaker.

I think patriarchy is inherently preferable as it tends to be better at promoting the basic sorts of social good humans universally prefer, like having enough food to eat or not getting killed by foreigners.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 03:34 AM

On one hand, yes, generally speaking men are the ones who "chase" and not women, that said, it is also the case that women will chase the top men. I think even average men have had women chase them from time to time, I sure have, but this is happening all the time for the top few percentage points of men. If 90% of men have to do the chasing, and 10% get chased, then it can both be true that most men have to chase, and yet also men should strive to be chased by women.

You slowly but surely expose more and more vulnerability throughout the course of the relationship, bit by bit, and see if it's reciprocated. I do wonder if some of the issues that men have had being emotionally vulnerable with women in their relationships are more the result of being super aloof for most of the relationship and then just bearing their soul before a woman all at once one night, that would be really hard for most women to handle. This is also just how normal people behave in any …

Autistic men should stop being entitled and accept the reality of their situation. "Entitlement" here as anywhere men's romantic lives are discussed is a meaningless term. What point are you trying to make? Are there droves of autists demanding that women just date them because? I haven't seen it, most autistic men I see do not have unrealistic expectations, they're just complaining from the place of having accepted their lot in life, which is exactly what you told them to do.

They can't say its fertility because most adult men leave these young women high and dry once the baby is born making these young girls be single moms. Hey, just because a cognitive bias CAN explain some belief, doesn't mean it is the most likely cause. Indeed, cognitive biases generally exist because they're useful heuristics. I think it's far more likely that some people have brain rot on Reddit, which is brain rot central, than it is that I'm imagining things because of a cognitive bias.

I think if you look at the examples you provided, they're pretty much all about dating and relationships. In my day to day life, I do what I like because I like it, whether others regard it is particularly masculine or not, but it can't be like that when we're talking about dating. Generally people like to date people that make them feel especially sexually desirable, and that generally means that men like women who make them "feel like a man" and women like men who make them "feel like a woman.…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 02:27 PM

It's a fun just so story, but it's not really true. All else being equal, I'd rather put something in my mouth which has had fewer penises in it than one which has had more. It is only though social conditioning in a feminist society that men have been convinced to ignore their natural disgust at a woman having had lots of prior partners.

Move to the south if you're that scared of being out in public, they still do that kind of thing down there. This is simply a product of feminism, so go somewhere less feminist if you don't like it. Feminism and male honor culture cannot coexist.

Yes, you are more likely to be killed by a man than by a bear in your day to day life, but if you were stuck in a wooded area alone with one or the other, the bear is obviously far more dangerous.

It's perfectly reasonable, that's what most women have been doing for centuries. Generally what most men are complaining about with women being so picky about money is either gold diggers, i.e. women who only love a man for money and not as a person, or women who do not actually bring anything to the relationship and just expect to get taken care of like a child.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 02:23 PM

Yeah, be your own man and date who you want. Most rp men wouldn't do that, sure, but that's not the point.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 02:15 PM

The reason is simple, because it's soft power, and soft power evaporates when it's acknowledged.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 10:22 PM

Exactly my point, I can't know whether a woman will be bothered beforehand, and unless I can see some obvious signs that's she's in a hurry, I can't know whether she's just going about her day or whether she'd be willing to stop and chat for a moment.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 02:05 PM

I think I'm just being consistent in the way that the word is used elsewhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 02:03 PM

My argument is that, by applying the feminist understanding of entitlement consistently, they make it impossible to date. I think you agree with me, but you misunderstood what I wrote.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 02:02 PM

The median person would be uncomfortable receiving a romantic gesture from someone they do not like, and would not be uncomfortable receiving the same from someone they do. You cannot know for sure whether a woman likes you or not, so you can't know whether she will be uncomfortable or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 01:57 PM

I'm not confused about what's repelling women, that's the point of the post, I've figured out how to NOT repel them. Everyone knows you need confidence, my framing is intentional, you need more than confidence. Sure, abuse is multifaceted and generally is the result of following a pattern of familial abuse from early childhood, but that doesn't change the fact that women cannot "smell" misogyny. Indeed, I've always had lots of female friends, so whatever misogyny you feel I may have didn't drive…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 01:20 PM

Initiating small talk with a woman can make her uncomfortable, so you need to be willing to make her uncomfortable, and so you need to be entitled to her discomfort.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 12:37 PM

I don't know why you insist on being wrong about the main point of the post. Obviously you need confidence, everyone knows you need confidence, the most bluepilled male feminist knows this, the point is that being willing to make someone uncomfortable for personal gain crosses over into entitlement. Is English your first language? You don't seem to have a very nuanced understanding of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 12:35 PM

Absolutely, it's very much a monkey paw thing where, if they had their way, no man would ever make a woman feel uncomfortable, but no man would ever make a woman feel sexual desire, either.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 12:26 PM

See point 1 No matter how much you "feel them out," you may still make them uncomfortable regardless, which is just something you have to come to terms with.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 12:22 PM

I fully understand why women feel uncomfortable at the gas station at night, I just don't think their feeling of fear trumps my freedom to hang out with my buddies where I want, when I want. In any case, again, it was getting rid of the shame I felt for intimidating women or making them feel uncomfortable that has enabled me to go from no romantic success to some success. 0 to 1 is the hardest step, and getting a little "entitlement" is what made that step possible for me. I don't really believe…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 12:21 PM

What about a man's wallet?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 12:04 PM

Right, but that's my point, there's no way to ensure you won't make a woman feel uncomfortable, so you have to either be ok with that, and thus be "entitled," or you let it paralyze you into never making any advances.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 11:49 AM
5

I don't know if it counts but gossiping to your friends about what we did in private. The way I would act around a woman while we're alone is different than how I would act if I knew your friends were watching, so if I actually know that your friends are "watching" from the future when you tell them what we did in private, I'm never going to fully let me guard down around you.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 10:38 AM

Yes, language here does matter, and the framing was the point. Obviously entitlement taken to the point of sexual harassment, let alone assault, is unacceptable, but the point is that this is an excess of something that is basically normal, rather than an inherently bad thing at all levels. I have seen women advocate that men not gather in small groups at gas stations at night, because it makes women feel uncomfortable. No, I actually do feel entitled to meet to with my friends at the gas statio…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 10:30 AM

I don't know about you, but I've definitely been on the other side from a woman who was clearly uncomfortable after being introduced by a mutual friend, there really are no guarantees here.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 09:54 AM

I disagree, I don't think it's possible to approach a woman in a way which will be read as attractive if she's into you, which is guaranteed not to make a woman uncomfortable if she's not. Women will tell you that even a simple "hello" at the wrong place and the wrong time will make them uncomfortable.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 09:47 AM

The problem is that there isn't some massive social movement that goes all the way up to the highest chambers of power trying to convince you that you should feel bad for feeling "entitled" to friends or work or whatever like there is with feminism trying to label any and all actions by men that make women feel uncomfortable as "entitlement." I will tell you that I used to be a nice guy, and really took it to heart when I was told not to be entitled to women in any way, but my point is that any …
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 09:43 AM

That's just not reality, again, you still have to initiate the conversation, which could make her uncomfortable, and at least in my experience, you can't take it too slow, or you run the risk of making her bored and losing interest.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 09:21 AM

I meant what I said, you need to feel you have the right to potentially make women feel uncomfortable, just because you're a man, if you are to ever actually get a date.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 09:13 AM

The problem is that "entitlement" is inherently considered to be a negative thing that people shouldn't have, so we kind of have to debate semantics if we're going to figure out whether a given behavior falls under "entitlement" and is therefore bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 09:12 AM

The issue is the you admitted yourself that you don't care that you made a woman uncomfortable, which makes you entitled.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 09:02 AM

Nice guys and wokies are a pretty sizable chunk of young people today, i.e. the people most likely to be concerned about dating. I know because I used to be a neurotic nice guy who was too concerned with whether or not I was making women uncomfortable to ever actually go out and try to hit on one.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 08:58 AM

Maybe it doesn't count as something bad happening to you, but that's a very entitled attitude to have if you don't count whether or not you made the woman feel uncomfortable.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 08:48 AM

The whole point of flirtation is plausible deniability. If you are making it explicitly clear that you're interested, it's no longer flirting, it's just openly communicating interest. You always run the risk of misreading flirtation. This still requires the entitlement to make a woman uncomfortable. Further, even just talking to a woman and trying to give hints can make them uncomfortable, again, requiring entitlement to even initiate a conversation.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 08:46 AM

Ok, and? If you're some kind of Adonis that never gets rejected by women, good, I'm happy for you, but past performance is no guarantee of future success.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 08:39 AM

My point is that you cannot cold approach, or even ask out a woman you already know, without some feeling of entitlement, because you could be bothering them.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 08:20 AM

Good point, I hadn't thought of that
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 08:17 AM

And yet, as I said, you have to be entitled to women's time in order for you to have a relationship with one.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 08:14 AM

I don't even really believe in the "league" stuff as a man. I've had smokeshows giggling and flirting, and I've been snubbed by genuinely deformed women. I think it's more about whether or not your a woman's type or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/24 07:21 AM

Right, dating will never be easy by it's very nature, but if we could live in the Big Rock Candy Mountains of dating while still having other struggles in life to make it worthwhile, I think most men would be happier.

Yes, men do generally find purpose in struggle, but for most guys that is not struggling in relationships, I think most men would be happier if dating were much easier so that he could more readily have a companion to face all the other challenges of life. Generally the guys who say they enjoy "the chase" are not talking about relationships, they're talking about casual sex, I can't imagine wanting a "challenging" relationship.

Because this is a subreddit for debates between different groups, so yes, it is helpful to define yourself by what you oppose in such groups. I don't call myself "redpilled" in daily life, but it's unhelpful to make up some one-off title on here if I fit under the big tent of the "red pill." It just makes everything easier on here. If that's all YOU think feminism represents today, then that's probably why you got called redpilled by someone else who thinks feminism is about much more than that.

Most avowed "antifeminists" will tell you that they are only against "third wave feminism" but that they other stuff was OK. If you would have been a feminist in the 1960s, then you're a feminist, because most "conservatives" just believe what progressives did a few decades ago.

Most people in Western countries are feminists, and will tell you as much. Yeah, and if you told a feminist what you believe, they'd probably call you redpilled like they did OP.

I don't think it really matters, objectively, what feminism is, my point is that, whatever the speaker believes feminism to be, the negation of that is the red pill to them. I have my ideas of what feminism is, and I don't agree with it, so that's why I identify with the red pill. Most feminists believe that most sex differences, even on average, are social rather than biological, but it doesn't matter, whatever you said to that person was not feminist in their mind, so you were called redpilled…

Practically speaking, I think the way the term "redpilled" is used boils down to "not feminist." This is why completely different groups, such as the pickup artists, the MGTOWs, the blackpillers, and the traditionalists can all be lumped together under the same label, even though they all fundamentally disagree with one another, because they're all not feminism. So, regardless of what you think about this or that group under the banner of the red pill, if you said something which implies that yo…

I do think you're right about what confidence is, but I think you're wrong about how you apply it. By your own admission, there are different, important dimensions along which a man can have competence, and you really only need to be dominant in one of them to be confident. A short, ugly, poor comedian can be just as confident as a short, unfunny, ugly rich man, or an unfunny and poor model.

Because I'd like to have a house where all the little things are taken care of, so that I can focus on the big stuff. If I also have to think about whether or not we need milk or toilet paper, then that distracts me from thinking about stuff like how to invest our money or what improvements can be made to our house and the like. I do think some women have standards which are too high as it regards how much money her husband would have to make to ensure she can stay home. If the mortgage is being…

Yeah, if you're entire reason for doing anything at all is just to improve your odds of getting a girlfriend, you literally just exists for the sake of women, and are nothing in and of yourself. You need to have other stuff going on in your life that you pursue for your own sake, otherwise you'll just be an accessory to a woman's life, and not live a life of your own.

There are plenty of cultures where men's cheating is normalized, and even systematized, while women's is discouraged or even punished legally, so it's clearly something that men are predisposed to do. That said, I don't think it's good for cultures in the long run to do that, when the common man has reduced fear that his wife is going to be taken from him by the rich and powerful, that man should then be more willing to contribute run by those men.

The comment isn't about ideal vs. non-ideal, it's about marrying rich or staying single. Women who only live to marry rich are just as foolish as men who only live to make money

The problem is not women wanting attractive and wealthy men, the problem is women thinking they deserve wealthy and attractive men apart from any virtues that they themselves might have. I think the biggest thing that would make me happy is the eradication of the women's "self-help" industry and the new age spirituality upon which is based. I've never met a woman who needs to be told that she's actually "enough" or "worthy" or whatever apart from anything she herself does, I have however met ton…

The word "submission" has taken on a negative connotation recently, I think a better term would be something like "subordination." It's not that men are so much better and smarter than women that they just have to do everything that men say without question, it's that, for the sake of good order, it's better to have one person who makes the decisions and has the final say, as we see in any organization. If you decided to just do whatever you want at work, instead of what your boss told you to do…

My view is the historical Christian view, that husbands and wives ARE entitled to each other's bodies. It's not that you can't ever say no, but rather that you shouldn't deny yourself to your spouse just because you're not "feeling it" or whatever. Also that you shouldn't take long trips without them or decide to stop having sex for a while for spiritual reasons without mutual consent. This also doesn't mean you don't try to flirt or be romantic with your spouse, indeed, you're actually delibera…

Well, typically the ideal man would be someone who is dangerous and violent, but also a good person, so that he can keep her and their kids safe, but won't turn that violence towards her. If a woman can't get that, she'll either settle for a good man who's not dangerous, or a dangerous man who's not good. Most women would prefer the former, but if she's an abuse victim or otherwise has some sort of issues with men, a woman may prefer the latter.

The problem is that there's not a lot of people out there who are actually happily single, and so they stress themselves out by having ridiculous standards and then also put in lots of effort to find someonr.

Why are you imagining scenarios to make yourself angry?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/24 04:31 PM

Yes, if you're a high value man, you shouldn't settle for anything less than a high-value woman. 240k is almost a 1%er in the US, and I assume you're in about the same income area in Asia, and if you've got any other positive qualities at all, you could easily be a 1 in a 1000 or 1 in 10,000 man, which means you're going to have to put in a lot of effort to find a woman, because a 1 in a 1000 or 10,000 woman is naturally going to be hard to find. That's part of the burden of being high-value, yo…

I think it's perfectly reasonable to be uncomfortable if your partner is unwilling to do something for you that did in the past, because it means, frankly, that you get them as hot and bothered as their previous partners. Everyone has things they wouldn't do with the sexiest person on earth, and everyone has some standard for attraction below which they won't have sex at all, but between those two is a spectrum of things that they'll only do if their partner is attractive enough, and no matter w…

I don't think it's true that anyone is "fit" or "unfit" to reproduce, that sounds too deterministic. Rather, some men do and some men don't, regardless of whether they're particularly "fit" or not. That said, the simple fact of the matter is that some men just won't reproduce, and we need to figure out what to do with them. The only people that seem to even be trying are the MGTOWs, and the main problem I have with them is that they typically encourage men who are not reproducing to engage in se…

You have just admitted that you're not a desirable wife and mother because you do not desire to be a wife and mother, so why do you care? Yeah, maybe your mom would have been happier if she spent less time in the kitchen and got a job, or maybe it's just another instance of the grass being greener on the other side. There are plenty of people who despise their jobs, have harmed their health by doing then, and wish they'd done something else. The problem is that you have no way to know, for sure,…

You expect children to put in as much effort around the house as is reasonable given their physical skill, but nevertheless, most RP men are willing to be gentle and supportive if the woman is willing to be submissive to her husband, but since most women want to be given independence and respect, but are unwilling to put in the effort to earn respect, then the RP men are unwilling to be nurturing and paternal. Side note: I don't really think women are children like toddlers, I think women are ch…

Yes and no, the red pill does want control, but not control for it's own sake, but rather for the sake of order. Generally, you believe order requires control if you are a conservative person, whereas more liberal people tend to believe that order arises from chaos naturally. That's one of the defining traits of these to perspectives, whether order generally unstable or generally stable.

Yeah, abortion is between a woman and God, and that should make them fall on their faces in terror over what they've done.
