The title of this weekly should be changed to “I should be allowed to have an opinion on N counts” discussion since that’s all that’s ever discussed and not actual any real numbers.

I want to contribute too. Sex sex sexy sexy sex. We love to discuss sex, monkey brain activate. Political or cultural differences are boring, but sex makes testosterone (both in men and women) go brrr. Testosterone is directly connected to both sexual and competitive behaviour, so one comes together with the other.

There is a huge disingenuous disconnect when people talk about the tall women/short men dynamic in dating and I am fed up of people pretending otherwise.

I am a short man. I am not particularly attracted to to tall women. Nor that I will ever approach one no matter what. Also I am not telling them who to date or to change their standards. They are free to even date a dog if they want( I have seen many women having a weird romantic/sexual relationship with their dogs so I am just putting that in the mix).

That said, there is a huge hypocrisy.

Men don’t refuse women based on their height. A tall woman saying a short man refused her based on her height is lying. Simple as that. Men are not as picky as women when it comes to these kind of things.

Another point is how people don’t take into account are the dynamics around tall women and the short men they interact with. A short black guy can’t approach a tall black woman. She will clown him on the spot. Even when he has money, it won’t be enough( look at at Kevin Hart). Any short white man with a pulse will bag tall black women with no effort. Same applies to other ethnic women.

Also, tall women like to phrase the discussion in a way where they lie that they want to be approached by short men. While any dude knows this is false.

Such a stupid fucking standard to go by, and I mean that as an insult to people who use it, because it’s never an actual standard that’s used consistently, it’s an excuse to shit on whoever they feel deserves to be shit on. Whether that’s women with high counts, or men who are virgins.
“Body count doesn’t matter, but people with similar history usually are more compatible”. Okay, so it DOES matter then, just not in the way it’s normally used as a blunt instrument to hit people over the head with. People see this as a “compromised position” but it isn’t, you’re just saying it matters but in different ways.
When you hear the words uttered/see the words typed “body count doesn’t matter”, they are lying almost every time.

I think the weirdest possible position on n count that I've seen guys unironically defend is that a low n count is good (for all the reasons everyone cites) but that dating a virgin is bad. It's like they think she needs a couple of dicks to get warmed up for them or something.

It doesn't matter the older you get you realize everyone is "ran through". A 30+ dude is going have bodies if he is single much like a single woman will likely have had previous relationships and sex before you. They existed as a person before you with a life irrespective of what you think they should have done sexually. "Oh don't have sex with your boyfriend! Think about this future guy who will care about that sort of thing!!!" It just seems silly to me.

Sex is part of adult life. You take care of it just like anything else as an adult. You take precautions and take care of your sexual health just as you take care of anything else. And as adults you can have conversations and understand the complexities of sex. That it's not just black and white?

How much sex someone has or hasn't had doesn't determine their value. There's not some magic dick/vagina limit that gets reached and suddenly you can't form relationships with people. People have agency over their own behavior bodies don't determine that agency.

I remember years ago coming here over body count and honestly the only thing I’ve come to recognize as a general rule of this is that men care relative to their own number for dating/marriage. Other than that they don’t care cause it ain’t gonna be long term 🤷‍♂️

I think the funniest part of this weekly conversation.....

I've been having sex longer than a majority of male posters here have been alive. And they think they are going to convince me in any capacity that men care or that it ultimately matters. It doesn't matter. Adults have sex.

People only "care" in high school because they want to gossip and be petty teenagers.

But after high school. Nobody is college cares. Nobody after 25 cares.

Men here constantly try and shame or insult me for being a "promiscuous woman". But really, I'm just an adult with 10-15 more years of life experiences.
