My life has been together for quite some time. It wasnt a matter of laziness. It was a bad feedback loop of depression and anxiety. But i finally snapped out of it last year Thanks for your imput, i have the answer to my question.

This, right here is true game. Not this approach 500 women a month bullshit. Its a good feeling. Kickboxing and jiu jitsu did it for me

Oneitis IS anxiety. A meditation technique is noting. When she creeps into your mind, acknowledge that its an anxious thought and gently refocus on what you were doing. This will slowly overtime break the toxic thought patterns. Best advice is to have sex with other girls. Most people recommend 10 but for me, It took me 3 girls to recover.

3 things: Be honest, no bullshiting pretending you forgot her. Dont drag out your conversation too long. Make plans. Make yoursrlf available as a sexual partner. Not her friend. You can do this by asking her on a date (be sure to use that word).

I know a girl with herpes. Shes married, her husband of 15 years has no clue. She stays on top of her medication and doesnt fuck when she (rarely) breaks out. Dont trip about herpes. Just wear a condom and dont fuck during a break out. Most people have herpes but will never break out in there life, theres a good chance i have it too even though ive never had a sore. Others will break out for a year or so and it will go away. Read mark mansons blog on stds. Its a good way of rethinking this stuff

Heres what you do. Read everyone's advice and internalize it. Your situation sucks, we've all been there. Go out with her one last time and talk about yourself, be cocky, arrogant, etc., If she brings up the other guys shes fucking, one up her and be stoic about it. End of your "date" (lets just call it that even though its not) , make extended physical contact with her at some point, who cares if she responds, she probably wont. Then thats it. Dont initiate any contact with her. Go do your own …

Theyre typical pua. Walking around harassing every girl you meet is so needy and creepy, regardless of the success rate.

Zero contact, go do your own thing, hit her up in 2 months or more, keep it short and sweet. she'll probably be down. Condoms kill my boner too. It helps to have condoms in the bed instead of somewhere far away, that way ther3 is less lag time between foreplay, putting on the condom, and banging.

In my experience: When you first have sex with a girl, Make her cum hard during foreplay and she'll return the favor 10 fold for the rest of the night.

Its not that youre too skinny. Its that youre obsessed with getting girls. 3 nights a week for a year and only fucked 4? Thats a horrible waste of time. I fucked 3 new girls in the last 3 months and i only went out like 5 nights. Girls love putting each other down, so yeah they will try and do the same to a guy at some point. The last girl told me she thought i was a gay at first, i fucked her anyways. Who gives a fuck what some random girl says to you. My advice to you - stop trying so hard to …

Heres a story that helped me. A guy walks into a bar. He gets drunk and tells a bartender about the woman he loves. She doesnt love him back, fucks other guys, blah blah blah. He goes on for hours about her. The bartender offers one piece of advice: "well one things for sure, where ever she is, she's not thinking of your sorry ass".

I think you were a bit oversensitive based on what i read and how little i know. Maybe she was just driving by and was sincere. maybe she was playing games. Who knows and really, who cares? But it was your decision, stand by it and keep moving forward. If she was really your oneitis then this is for the best.

This is a brutal scenario that hopefully will open eyes about why you shouldnt obsess over a girl that doesnt like you back. Was i on an ego trip? Damn right i was. Does it change what happend last night? Nope

Its really hard to articulate but "game" and PUA stuff is not real. It all begins in your mind. Once you get your mentality straight, it becomes so easy. I promise you, when you let go of women, great things will happen. Models by Mark Manson and No More Mr Nice Guy. The only two books you need. All this approach is just a scam. It really is. Theyre just promoting their books or youtube channel. Look at my post history if you want to see how wrecked i was by oneitis.
/r/seduction25/11/17 02:20 AM

Yeah, its all about fixing your mind. Once your mind is fixed, its not that hard. But thats a whole other topic of discussion That "getting laid is hard" mentality is exactly whats holding people back. I know because it held me back for years.

Great points. I like the river part. Somethings we just cant control, its best to go with the flow
/r/seduction24/11/17 09:01 PM

I did at first, but i kept getting oneitis. Thats when i realized my mind had some toxic thought patterns. I would say #4 on my list was so important because you become in control of your own happiness, not women. Ironically, women are attracted to that.

I used a wavestorm to get the hang of it. I was able to comfortably surf after 2 sessions. I recently bought a 6 foot fish board, i love it, its a blast. Stick with it man, surfing has great physical benefits and mental benefits. Its a great lifestyle. Id say the tough part is learning the rules of the lineup, theres a whole set of unspoken rules between surfers.

Yeah but if you feed it, it takes longer than it should. In college i had oneitis, it lasted 2 years. It was so strong and my delusion was so powerful that i stopped talking to other girls. Then i got oneitis again, again, and again. I finally broke the cycle by cutting out social media and doing #4 on my list. It took about a year, but im happy now and ironically, girls are attracted to me now more than ever

Yeah, It would be me reconnecting with an old friend. Its been about six months. I saw the ask seddit post you recommended, very good post and i agree, as painful as it is. Anyways, i actually have a few other girls i am talking too, I'll focus my attention on them instead of fighting an uphill battle.
/r/seduction22/11/17 04:47 AM

Yeah, deep down i knew that. My situation is a bit different from the typical friend situation. But i dont feel like laying it out. Instead of texting her, I'll accept it and move on. Plenty of fish in the sea. It is what it is

My advice, if she likes you, she'll make it easy for you

We're old friends though, not currently hanging out. I dont contact regularly, and i last saw her 2 months ago. 4 months before that... maybe 1 month before that. So idk i normally dont dabble with friends but since we dont see each other often, i thought why not

Yeah, im leaning towards the latter. Ive been in no contact mode for about 4 months, might go longer. We'll see. Appreciate the response.

Heres more info. I used to lift. From age 16 to 21, made pretty good gains. I switched to training muay thai, now im lean. I came on TRP and noticed everyone talks about lifting like a bunch of 16 year olds who just got gym memberships. Now again, in regards to TRP why does everyone emphasize lifting? Im missing the point because as a former lifter, i dont see what the hype is about.
/r/askTRP08/11/17 11:55 PM

I have lifted from age 16 to 22. I dont see the benefit of doing it anymore now that im a kickboxer. I asked this thread if there are any good reasons too, i got maybe 1 good response.

Cmon man. You're taking this pickup stuff too far. Spiritual? The ability to "pickup" is a result of REAL lasting confidence. You gain real confidence by living an honest life and doing what you want to do and achieving. If your confidence hinges on women, thats not real coinfidence

This is terrible advice that will just fuck OP up more. If youre depressed theres No point in self improvement if its for the sake of getting laid. He needs to let go of pickup, meeting women, and doing hobbies and shit for the sake of attracting women. Focus on getting mental health under control. Do things for yourself, not women. find a real personal deeper goal than pickup. If you think about it, its a really fucking stupid, shallow, way to spend your life that eventually leaves everyone dep…

Yup. Look at my post history. I was a wreck. My advice. Stop thinking about girls man . Forget girls and find what makes you happy. Find genunine gratitude. I promise the girls will come naturally.

So i wrote this post in preperation of a 1st date, after a string of failures, i felt like texting was my downfall because girls often canceled before our date. I can confirm that mid game is a thing and your comment is the perfect formula. Thank you, we have a 3rd date, and shes now the one blowing up my inbox.

I'm aware, no rush to approach at this point , I'm not in any condition right now, I'm still a little crazy. I'm working on my life first, women are a side note right now.

Thanks, I'm feeling better and better everyday. I'll start approaching again eventually, but I'm not quite there yet. I'm actually really good at approaching, especially when I'm in a new place where nobody knows me. Maybe I'll take a vacation to Vegas or somewhere soon
