I used to think it was good material, but they tend to try way too hard. If you're going for super-rich sluts then it's probably effective, but if you're a regular dude, all you have to really do is get in good shape, dress decently, have a sense of humor, and get rid of expectations (stop giving a fuck). You don't need to pick girls up and carry them down the street or get them to make-out with other girls. If you're not rich, 95% of girls will just think you're weird.
