I work with a lot of electricians on huge job sites. On the last project there was one chick in the building out of 500 workers. That's one nice side of the industry, you get to just work and avoid all the pc bullshit.

Most mgtows begin their journey after years of pain so its not really any wonder they're hurting. Eventually the best one let the anger go and live kickass lives outside the paradigm of normalcy.

This sub does have a lot of blatantly misogynistic stuff mixed in with nuggets of wisdom. The overall point is to provide some counterbalance to the extremely gynocentric mainstream media. Many, maybe most, of the guys on here have been burned repeatedly by women and the sub's contents serve as a caution sign to remind us not to touch the stove again.

We have had very different experiences then. I'm not basing my opinion on incendiary internet articles. My ltr's have ended in the theft of my property, breaking of some pretty serious promises, and vindictive punishments with permanent consequences. I have friends, neighbors, coworkers, and immediate family who have lost an incredible amount to people who seemed trustworthy until their betrayal. The ones who hurt them almost never saw the consequences. The ones who were betrayed lost jobs, hous…

The disgust has nothing to do with their sex lives for me. It comes from the increasing encouragement for women (and to a lesser extent men, but since I'm hetero they aren't my focus) to be terrible to other people. People, myself included, have always looked up to heroes in stories, but now the culture embraces ignorant whores as role models. Any sense of morality is becoming a weakness in a world where the sneakiest, most backstabbing, and often astoundingly cruel behavior is rewarded and rare…

How about disgust? I've moved past hurt, fear, and jealousy, but having values and seeing people behave in abhorrent ways without batting an eye reinforces an us vs them mentality in me. Its a bit like being a music buff but every radio station plays shallow pop shit and the general opinion about shit is that it tastes good. Seeing others get angry about the same issue makes me feel less alone, even if it doesn't solve anything. I actively control the disgust and anger by focusing on what I can …

I think the answer might be having at least one big goal in life to work towards. Something you want to create or do thats difficult but rewarding. For example, write a book series or visit every country in the world. Those types of goals might be beyond your reach but the journey is the important part. Good luck

Sorry george, don't think there's a causal relationship there. Also the belief that men are, on average, dumb is pushed by entertainment media and not based in fact. Critique aside, carlin was a great guy, rip.

"That's just how I talk, although I respect that you don't use profanity yourself. Thanks for understanding." If someone pulls the offended card on you in a non work situation then just carry on, "damnit, i keep fucking swearing, my bad." Either way, they are in the wrong for attempting to control your innocuous behavior. If a river runs down a mountain do you build your house in its path and ask it to change course or do you adapt and build your house on dry land? Those kind of people want the …

Hey dude check out the marriedredpill subreddit for more specific advice for your situation. You have two paths ahead to choose from: end the relationship and move on, or save the relationship through self improvement and red pill strategies. The reason you are in this spot right now is because you basically became the woman in the relationship. If you want her to be attracted to you again you're going to have to man up big time. Women generally have no sympathy for the sick or weak unless you'r…

While I'm sympathetic to the guy's situation, there's got to be a way for them to reduce expenses; at worst, potentially downsize to a reasonable home for there financial situation. I work two jobs full time and make far less than 200k a year, yet I manage to save more than half my money with no assistance.

Sorry for your situation man. It is definitely possible for women to be depressed, either later in their lives when everything is falling apart, or when they are young and beautiful but lack direction and actual self worth. In addition to situational depression, they can suffer depression for purely chemical reasons just like men. The girl in the post though is clearly digging for attention and its doubtful she has anything to be depressed about if she's mascarading on social media for complimen…

I watched your video and I can break down what you could be doing better and some general advice into a few pieces: *You are overly giddy/excitable in your general demeanor. Relax a good deal and try not to force conversations, just play it cool and be friendly but not overbearing. Many guys are put off by too much energy on your part as it indicates future craziness. *A lot of the advice given to men in the r/seduction group is applicable to women, but you can sleep better at night knowing that…

You should definitely read the sidebar stuff to understand the basics this subreddit has to offer. Basically, if you're coming from a conservative sexual background but you want a fwb, you're going have to develop some game and definitely not look down on or judge others sexual comments. If she's talking about sex, jump right in! Don't feel the right to touch anyone on a date unless you guys have actual chemistry either, just a tip. Good luck

You come across as very emotionally invested in her from the post. This behavior usually has the effect of pushing away girls. Try to be chill/fun, focus on boosting social relationships, be the guy girls want. Flirt and pursue, if she's not responsive then she's either exaggerating her response to make it very clear or she's mental and playing fuck fuck games with you. Since you're in school, this is the worst time to have oneitis as there are tons of other opportunities all around you.

Online dating will get you an abundance of opportunities. You're going to have to break out of your comfort zone a little. If you go on a date and have a good time, show a few signs that you're interested (eye contact, smile, say, "you're cute" or something if he is) and don't analyze the situation too intensely. If he leads you into a kiss, just go for it. Try to enjoy the feeling in the moment. This doesn't mean you should feel pressured to go all the way just yet. If you want your first time …

His response doesn't matter at all, only how he feels about the rejection. The only reason it would matter in the slightest would be if they shared a social circle or the connection was deep enough that a future opportunity seemed likely. Otherwise any response is pissing in the wind.

Jesus christ dude some of the replies... obviously this was a break through for you and you're excited to go further down the pickup road. As for the idiots coming down on your response, it doesn't matter one bit what you said to her because you recognized it was over and moved on. You could have said nothing or told her a 27 text long critique of charlie and the chocolate factory and it would make no difference. Anyone who calls you a bro or a kid should probably be ignored anyway.

In my experience some of the most confident people have little reason to be that way other than the fact that they lucked out in life and have never had to overcome any serious hurdles. I prefer people who have doubts, who aren't sure all the time but perservere anyway. That's true strength.

Sounds like you know what the problem is ("I dont have the balls to talk to them"). Start talking to strangers more, not just women. Get more comfortable with initiating conversations by doing it a lot. There's no magic trick, you have to talk to chicks to get better at it

I've been in some similar spot, this kind of chick needs to be fucked like crazy right then and there. She is not into exploring the relationship and taking time to get to know you romantically. She just wants you to fuck her. You took away some good realizations though. I have better sex with a girl in the honeymoon phase of a serious relationship vs. wild hookup

Its possible that your personality is congruent with more outgoing girls and doesnt send the right signs to more introverted types. You may have to switch gears and learn to slow down/ be more reserved in behavior sometimes

Good post, not sure why people are taking issue with the video game comment. Its a good frame of mind to practice in because real life, just like games, has reward systems and the best way to get better is to keep trying and note what works and what doesn't. It doesn't mean you're manipulating girls in some evil way. Everyone manipulates everyone to a degree to get what they want

Ok now you have to own the situation even more imo. The next time you see her (hopefully just you two and not with friends) you should introduce yourself and say something along the lines how its kind of embarassing that your friend took matters into your own hands, she's always trying to set people up etc etc. Nothing degrading just keep it light. Then say that she was right though, you DO think gym girl is cute, try to talk to her for a little bit to show you're not actually some shy little bo…

You sound like you're bored with your own life, which probably projects itself to the women you date. You gotta break out of your normal routine and try new things, even if they don't seem super exciting. Lessons you've learned from playing league apply to lots of areas of life (strategizing, teamwork, etc). Go take a dance class, join a meetup group, explore your city, start learning a new language, anything. Find a role model who gets girls and aspire to be a little more like them. Don't stagn…

I know it sounds kinda lame but I do this just to get over approach anxiety: if I can't think of something funny I just walk up and say, "hey im name, i dont have a lot of time before x but i was gonna kick myself if i didnt say hi to you. Want to get coffee sometime?" . Some variation of that can and does occasionally work. The key is to smile and be confident even if ur hearts pounding. I always feel better just doing it rather than chickening out, even if they're married or say no/whatever. G…

The real world is very tough, especially if you lack support, knowledge, finances, etc and are starting from a place of deeply ingrained pain. Lists can make problems more manageable, sure, but i cant help but feel there is a missing element here. I couldn't agree more with what you said about blending in in the workplace. I've tried so hard and gotten so little in all the jobs i've had due to work politics, nepotism, and seniority. Idk maybe i'm just tired. Stay young bro

I went through years of depression without any breaks in my early 20's. I was in two 2 year relationships one after another and relied heavily on my girlfriend for my own happiness. When I got dumped the 2nd time I lost it all, pets, family, my best friend, and nearly my sanity. Every day was a fresh hell and every night was a torturous dreamscape. I wanted to die. Or at least I didn't want to hurt any more. I felt powerless. The root cause was that I couldn't see a better tomorrow. And I regret…

If I don't currently have female friends, how would I go about finding some? Even if I don't flirt and am just friendly I feel like most women have their gaurd up and aren't looking for new friends or they misconstrue my saying hi as having some kind of intention

I had an entire week of dates lined up off tinder and pof a little while back. Your question is pretty general but my basic gameplan was do different things on each date so it wouldn't be boring for me. Ice cream, hiking, dinner, the mall, walk and talk, etc. Then I just reviewed the profile for the date I was about to go on as I pulled up for the respective date. That gave me a few minutes to prepare some basic conversation leads just in case. Don't fuck up their name haha. One thing I learned …

Not joking, you might benefit a ton from shoes that boost your height 2-3 inches. At least for when you go to the club. Just google them, there's pairs out there that look perfectly fine, cost about 100 bucks, and would get you to about 5'10" which would probably help tremendously. Otherwise I'd just make sure your posture is great, imagine a string pulling you up from the top of your head
