It is very simple. The hard part is doing it every single day. Frequently recalculate your new TDEE when you are losing weight. When you weigh less, your TDEE goes down. I cannot physically lift anymore, my guts would pop right open. See step 1 - go to a damn doctor and if you need surgery so be it.
