Excellent idea. Quote: "You establish how people treat you in a relationship, before you enter the relationship" This hits home. I feel that hot women can make nasty comments/insults and get away with me because I didn't respect myself enought to stop it. After this post, I know better.

You and I seem to face similar obstacles here. I try and plan too much, When I am going to approach I want to be in the relaxed flow but it isn't too easy. And about the points 5 and 6. Valid points (gave upvote) but science is not always right. It evolves and I find it hard to believe that all those women and easy satisfaction wouldn't cause problems. Why bother to meet real women when we have easy solution? And this easy solution creates an unholy chain of porn. But yeah, what would scientist want to realize? That something that they might be using himselves would harm them? They are just people like us.

I went like 17 days at my best streak and I am still trying to beat it. When I relapse something makes me come back. I think that no fap is a way to demonstrate your inner self control. I agree with Mark. Think about it: porn is basically about watching other people have sex! So everytime you tell yourself to watch porn, say it to mind "time to watch other people have sex". Pretty sick huh, props to no fap for this. Also I think that if someone is not addicted in smoking, drinking or porn, he can manage without it 30 days. I am non smoker so that is not problem. However I have had hard time doing this with porn and relapsed.
