Most are miserable, rest find it tolerable but nothing good.

One thing women will keep ignoring is that some (many?) men will easily fall head over heels for a woman who makes the tiniest bit of effort and is nice to him.

What's DA? I personally know 2 low N women, who almost exclusively wanted the player type to commit to them. 1 of them (a virgin) succeeded, the other hasnt yet.

If more women screened men harder, the whole plate spinning shit would end overnight.

But low n women frequently go for high n men. They seem to want the RP guy minus the outward label.

Dude, I have heard women admit that they feel a compulsion to sleep with attractive men quicker, because they are afraid that if they don't, he will lose interest. They KNOW that sex is their card, and they can't hold it forever with an attractive guy.

they don't hang out with him because of his character, but because he is good in whatever activity they do together Totally true. I know dudes who got kicked out of "friend" groups, because they were bad at a video game relative to the others in the group. One poor kid became obsessed with getting better at the game after that. I felt sorry for him, but I also know this is how lot of men are (not all though). These are all people in college or in jobs.

Nerdy interests are "uninteresting". I would find someone studying graduate level math interesting, most people won't. I would find talking to a pro level gamer interesting, most people won't. Interesting to most people is, drugs, travel, ability to BS at a rapid clip etc etc.

Funny you mention UAE. Young white relatively attractive women seem to show up in UAE with hopes and ideas in their head that just seem completely insane to me, a man of color. If they were my sister, I'd be worried for them. UAE has a semi-scary reputation when it comes to women. Idk how they just show up like this.

Women always claim to have some "6th sense" and all about dating. It's hilarious because I have seen enough women fall for typical bad boys, and have their hearts broken. EVERYONE else can see the guy for who he is, but she can't or is unwilling accept it. 6th sense my ass.

This is true. Men only "care" about each other for as long as there is a common activity or something else going on. The moment a guy has a tough time, he's out. I think that society just doesn't give a shit about men. When there's a conflict going on anywhere, it's always "women and children are dying, we should do something".

Take care of yourself. Cooking, cleaning, and self-care are not just for girls. Women want a man, not a man baby that she has to parent. Also, women are not objects, they're people. Treat them as such. The converse for women: Take care of yourself. Earning, contributing, and taking charge are not just for boys. Men want a woman, not a woman baby that he has to manage. Also, men are not ATMs, they're people. Treat them as such.

I don't think simply telling him would work, he would need to experience some hardship to get it. But essentially, I would tell him that as a man, nobody will ever give a fuck about him apart from me and his mom, so he should ALWAYS prioritize himself. NOBODY is worth sacrificing his own mental and physical well being for. Not your gf, your wife, your kids...nobody, because nobody will care about your troubles. This is also very freeing, because you are answerable to nobody. Do what you love, en…

Lol. I know a woman who works as a researcher at one of the top companies in the world. She is incredibly smart, makes good money and is ambitious. And she is absolutely panting after this good looking dude who has an average job, no hobbies, ambitions or real interests. Just looks. She is basically begging to get married to him, and he is like "eh we'll see".

A good looking vapid narcissist will ALWAYS have more attention than an average looking guy who otherwise is doing good in life. Applies to men and women both.

This is strange to hear coming from a female author. My understanding was that being used for money or "gold digging" was an almost exclusively male fear. I must be missing something here. A lot of these women have the attitude of "His money is our money and my money is my money".

There are women who have flings with bullies, and then want to settle down with a nice guy. Frequently, it's under the garb of "well that was just sex, I don't have feelings for him.". > I don’t understand why a nice normal man would WANT a woman who likes bullies to date him Many many don't. Which is why the above behavior is so repulsive. I'm just calling that bs out.

Most men are hardcore simps. An unwritten biological contract is fixed in their mind where they feel they HAVE to whiteknight for women. It's an unsolvable problem. I can't even blame women for treating men with no respect, since it's obvious most men don't respect themselves.

You can give as much data and proof as you want, women will NEVER admit that they are all casually fucking the same small set of guys. It is not in their interest to admit it. It's more concerning that certain men won't open their eyes. My sister is a well adjusted woman who grew up in a middle class home, went to college, has a great job and family. Despite all of this, in her twenties she dated a series of losers and jerks and almost married one. When she was in her late 20s she married a great guy with a similar education and background and they started a family. AF/BB strikes again.

because they were emotionally and physically abusive in other ways too. That is because many parents don't see their kids as humans. They just want to keep you around like a posession.

Especially true in many asian communities. Know enough parents who keep (or at least attempt to) on their kids who are in their 30s. Some go so far as to hobble their own kids' careers to keep them around. It's abusive and nuts.

You can build confidence that's not "supported" by your life circumstances or your appearance, but there's a chance that people will interpret it as delusion or lack of self awareness or cringe. Yep. it makes so much more sense to me than this "holding frame" stuff. The guys I know with the most game? They are all 8/10 guys with handsome/beautiful faces. There's no way that is a coincidence, obviously they are good with words and social skills, but their good looks helped reinforce that pro social behavior. My taste in men is also hardly niche, so many other attractive girls are into those guys. Good looking men are immensely privileged in dating. Appreciate the honesty.

Tech bros and stemlords should incorporate the hanging out with friends and sports activities into their life more. I have a strong feeling it’ll lead to overall improvements. As a former stemlord, the only fun I ever had in college was with non-stemlords. But your daily interactions are mostly with other stemlords, so making other friendcircles isn't easy.

Most men, when looking for a marriage partner, end up either trying to lock down some out-of-their-league hot woman by doing everything in their power to impress her (regardless of how little interest she shows), or finding a doormat they can "control". Seen this pattern a lot.

As a man, I’m used to walking this world alone. It’s my truth. It’s my baseline. This basically. As an average dude, you get used to a ton of loneliness, and start doing everything on your own and even end up liking it. I have dragged myself to the doctors alone when my back was hurting so bad, any sudden movement could flatten me. After a bunch of incidents like that, I realized I don't really need anyone to take care of me. Sex is the only thing I cannot handle myself.

/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/23 11:29 PM

Men die from loneliness and isolation at an alarming rate So clearly, either they prefer loneliness and isolation, or they don't get the intimacy from their partner either. The root cause is the same. You cannot truly be intimate with a woman. If she senses weakness or human frailty, she will lose some attraction. In many cases she will weaponize that against you. Most men know to shut up about their troubles. NOBODY gives fuck about them. MAYBE their mom would care, but that's it.

/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/23 10:47 AM

When men are unhinged we get scared and the fear reduces attraction. Hardly. I know a couple of jobless dudes who are possessive and erratic and basically crazy. They are juggling multiple women. Women hate weakness, crazy is ok.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/23 10:46 AM

But men complain about that. Because some of the women in my life go on-and-on-and-on like a fucking duracell battery about every meaningless minutiae of their day. It's tiring. Also, they disappear as soon as you mention anything important going on with you, even something as big as a job change.

A 2 isn't sleeping with anyone above a 4. But if men are sleeping down, then women are going along with it. Takes 2 to tango, so women are a part of that problematic equation.

You're the first woman to have said that. Most of the times I have read that women will do anything and enjoy it in a casual setting, but they don't want to be judged so they don't do it with someone they actually like. Yes it's called tests for validity. But people, and women specifically want to believe in voodoo and horoscopes and other bullshit for god knows what reasons, so go ahead. The overwhelming response from women on this thread tells me what the general IQ here is. Statistical validity and data science mean nothing to you idiots.

women are having sex and you are not Keep saying it like it's an achievement. Women need to do almost NOTHING to have sex. They can find a dude to fuck them in 10 minutes. That's a fucking superpower. So it's obvious it would make guys insecure, when most guys can't get the time of day from a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/21 09:00 AM

Sex is easier for them, finding dates is easier, society gives women a free pass on almost everything. You sound like white people saying "what white privilege?" while poc just shake their heads. If you're a white woman, you have nothing but privileges. Easy mode for sure.

terminally boring my observation is women who mention that the guy "must be able to hold a conversation" actually mean "must be able to carry the conversation". These women are empty headed and never had any responses other than "haha", "lol", "ok"

The bottom 80% of men might get to date, but it will be with some girl who thinks she's too good for the guy. They guy will settle for someone who doesn't love him, but he tolerates it because otherwise he ain't got shit.

I lived in a bad art of town when I didn't have enough money and had a few incidents of getting threatened and all. Doesn't mean I'm 'on guard' all the time or some shit. Women are just crazy and want to overblow every situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/21 04:04 PM

It's not just magnetic personality. That's a very female point of view because you all like social dynamos. A dude who doesn't get any attention from women, then suddenly meets someone who is very similar to him, and there's something they connect on, puts him in danger of developing a serious oneitis. Ofc none of the connection stuff will help, she still has eyes for chad only. That's what they all need to keep in the back of their mind. Just ask her out, get your expected no and move on quick.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/21 06:55 PM

Neither gender is altruistic at all, we’re both eyeballs-deep in selfishness Men are far more likely to put their oneitis on a pedestal, and to worship the ground she walks on and do anything for her. And before you say it, yes frequently these women are conventionally attractive but I have seen guys head over heels for below average ones too.

during 13-14 centuries women couldn't leave the house without their husband/father permission This must have been a luxury of the aristocratic classes, since even women would have to work. The average person, regardless of gender, led a shitty life serving the aristocrats and men specifically died in pointless wars. Men were forcibly conscripted using press gangs. Nightclubs and bars would be finished. For all the complaints women have about being harassed, there are so few female only bars and clubs around, almost non-existent. One would think that there would be a huge market for it. But let's face it, women go to these places to hook up with chad and useless simps throw money at these places to try and fail at getting laid. Entire businesses are built around simps throwing money to attract bitches.

There's a lot more i could link you to, but then you will give the typical woman response of "im not gonna read all that". No wonder women suck at engineering and math. Ya'll suck at logic and truth in general. Can't believe I'm biologically programmed to be attracted to a gender so uniformly dumb.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/21 01:29 PM

It's an apt analogy. Women can get sex and relationships at the drop of a hat, and there's dudes out there who are virgins at 30. The inequality is just mind boggling.

Because as soon as it becomes a relationship, women become incredibly bitchy, demanding, narcissistic and just generally unpleasant. After marriage, it's all over as they finish their transformation into insufferable cuntage and suck the life out of the guy they married.

The women who don’t like RP will just avoid (or break up with) men who seem to be using the strategies. Great. RPers only want them as temporary plates anyway, so it's all good. No one is saying RP shouldn’t exist or anything like that, some women just want Mr. Nice Guy as you put it. For BB, when they hit the wall. We all know that. RPers only want her when she's young and fun. She can keep the demanding bitchy self for her BB.

True, but people see through your fake assholishness too. At least that was my experience. Your main point it correct though, if men just turned into ripped assholes, most of their dating problems would vanish.

You can't be an asshole to her ALL the time, but yeah, the moment she thinks she 'got you' or feels too secure, she's lost interest. Being a genuine asshole helps in keeping her on her toes and her interest level high.

Sure. Here are a few points: The book is divided into 9 chapters with a lot of exercises in every chapter. I suggest you read the chapter material at the start of the week. Then, consciously do all the exercises mentioned in that particular chapter. Many a times, a week will not be enough, so keep that in mind. For e.g., the book asks you to go on a solo trip over a weekend or for a week. Proceed to the next chapter only when you are done with the exercises. Follow everything to a T. There are a…

You should try heading out to r/nofap. From what you tell, you seem to be confusing dopamine addiction with high libido. Plus, your testosterone seems to be really low. If the normal specified range for that particular test is between 300 and 800, 200 is low. Consider making changes to your lifestyle. If everything gets back to normal, great, else consider TRT.

Make sure its the high estrogen that is the problem. You can read up on steroidogenesis and check it out. High estrogen is usually caused by high aromatase, which is stored in our visceral fat. Zinc does a good job in removing that.

Rather, take advantage of the fact that you greet it that way. People are usually welcoming of other people's cultures. The girl will see you in positive light if she is attracted to you.

I disagree. Indian women don't shit test in the beginning. They simply ignore the shit out of you. Shit test inherently assumes some level of attraction. With so many orbiters around, they are only attracted to the top of the pyramid. No shit testing. They are just drawn like flies to manure. But once they get comfortable, what you mentioned above ensues. Sad but true.

Try a few things before getting on TRT. 1. Get your thyroid checked. 2. Do a zinc taste test at home. In my experience, I have seen zinc readings go off during testing. 3. Check your cholesterol levels. They are the precursor to testosterone. Once you do that, get your steroidal hormone profile done and map it out with the steroidogenesis chart to see where you could be going wrong. It could be that your stress levels are extremely high or maybe prolactin is high or a combination of a lot of oth…

One thing I advocate and practice myself is leangains by Martin berkhan. There was an ama by a user named 31minutes. You can look for the summary document. Basically, it asks you to follow SL 5x5 along with intermittent fasting. It suggests cutting till you achieve a body fat of 10% and then bulking slowly from there.

Even I had this myth that women are asexual creatures who would reward you with sex iff you treated them well. Thanks to this sub, that's no more the case. Check out two links that certainly helped me overcome that mentality. https://www.google.co.in/amp/s/amp.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/65d3bj/women_want_to_be_sexualized/ https://youtu.be/Zw0QYkxoHBw If you wish to understand the sexual nature of women minus social conditioning, look no further than pornstars. I refuse to believe it's only genetics. With that said, genetics does play an important role. You can try a few methods here and there before giving up on it completely. With that said, in the meanwhile, you can develop the image of a playboy. Try blue contact lenses and see if they go well with your face. Try military buzzcut. Suit up. Google other options and experiment.

I assumed it's free T levels you are talking about. Anyways, you look to be in good shape. A simple google would tell you what FSH and LH are. The article you sent has that as well. You have two paths. Depends on how severe the problem is to you. Google your problem and look at the hormones responsible and try finding out the root cause. You might mess your body a little bit. Or go to a doctor who might not entertain you. So, you remain as it is. Steroidogenesis should be a good place to start. …

Hmm. That's low anyways. What's your estrogen level? FSH and LH levels have an optimal range. Check if your values fall within that and not the normal range. For e.g. FSH beyond 6 might be normal but not optimal and can lead to lack of secondary sexual characteristics. So is the case with LH. Google as much as you can. Another thing, do you have gut and chest fat? If so, that could possibly be a case of zinc deficiency. Lot of possibilities, so you need to research. Doctors might end up ignoring…

Damn. That's a tough cookie to handle. So much for women empowerment and equality. The nuclear option will backfire in a corporate environment. Don't lose your cool. Instead, just say you aren't aware about how to do this stuff and how you will have to devote a lot of time understanding the problem statement. And then, once she gets it done herself, she should explain it to you as well.

It's not in binary. Very few people have an abundance mindset when it comes to world around them. They wish to contribute and make the world better. They do so because it makes them feel good. That is their ulterior motive. They don't cause anyone harm. If you are just concerned about other's well-being and not yours, you are being delirious or one of a kind. With that said, we all have a dark side to us. Think about a time when you helped somebody succeed and he never gave you any credit. How d…

Recently, I went to a distant family member's funeral with my aunt, who is twice my age. I am in my late 20s. Before we reached the funeral, she was pretty normal and was conversing as usual. As soon as she reached there and met any relative, she would cry like babies for 10 20 seconds and then would go back to normal. Check for any semen leakage. Take a piss, let it settle down in the flush for maybe 15 -20 minutes and see if it looks cloudy. If it does, it usually signals weak nervous system or maybe you are not consuming enough water and your kidney is overstressed.

Rightly said. It is important to have an abundance mindset while in relationships. All this open marriage nonsense will stop. It's important to keep reminding women of their place regularly if you have other options. In reality, men too have access to host of sexual partners (starting with only a few dollars), but that is looked down upon by our society because it does not serve the feminine imperative. Hyprocrites!

Well, the principle is from ayurveda. The root cause of acne is toxins not being released by our body through regular mechanism. There are three ways our body gets rid of harmful acne causing toxins. Digestive system, Liver, which processes stress and sex hormones, and Kidney, which throws out excess waste through urine. Kidney problems are immediately noticeable and can be ignored as a cause. Now, 99% here signifies majority of the cases barring a few genetic defects and assuming basic hygiene.…

Great! Just to clarify, by processed foods, I meant sodas as well. Reagrding the ab exercise, don't sweat too much over it. Add a small about exercise to your daily morning routine. I usually do a planking for about 5 minutes and that is more than enough.

Hold your frame till you cure the problem. To cure the problem, acne in 99% of the cases is caused by improperly functioning liver/ improper digestion. I would suggest doing the following: Get Himalaya Liver Care from Amazon and consume two tablets in the morning and two in the evening before sleeping. This will improve the overall functioning of your liver. Try cutting down on processed foods as much as possible. Strengthen your core by doing ab exercises. This will improve your digestion. Eat …

Change takes time. Keep on reinforcing the desired behaviour by continuously reading on it and practicing it whenever it comes to mind. That's why I read each and every article on TRP even though there's rarely something that's new. It helps drive that behavioural change slowly and steadily.

Let me clarify. High Body temperature is when you start feeling uneasy under usual and previously known circumstances. For e.g. If you are used to 72 degrees but start feeling sweaty all of a sudden, it's not good. Just go by how your body is responding. Also, drinking a lot of water helps. However, do not consume water within an hour of consumption of the formulation. I wouldn't advise reliance on any type of medicine (even herbs) life long. You can keep on cycling these for a few months. This …

Sure! You can take it. One small side effect would be that if you live in a hot place, it could increase your body temperature (not fever) and lead to restlessness. If that happens, stop taking the medication right away or reduce the quantity/ frequency. You could try it with very small amounts initially. If you live in a hot climate, you could take 10 mL of rose water in water before going to bed at night. If living in a cold place, take rose water in afternoon. If living in Canada, go outside …

That is definitely low even for a 50 year old. But don't worry. Before you take any further decisions, get your estrogen as well as cholesterol levels checked. If you have extremely low cholesterol, up its intake. Testosterone is derived from Cholesterol through steroidogenesis. If you have higher than normal estrogen, up the zinc intake after doing a zinc taste test. This is usually a case of high aromatase inhibitor. Then, most likely you'll be zinc deficient. Another symptom of this would be …

The book is about developing leadership by developing self. Pretty much what TRP advocates. You can definitely read it. One caveat though. The book has been written by a PhD in neuroscience and is pretty technical and gets boring with a lot of jargons in between. I can try summarizing the book some other time for everybody to benefit. You can watch Dr. Watkins TED talk titled being brilliant every single day. There are two parts to that video.
/r/TheRedPill31/01/17 09:45 AM

I read a book about it titled 'Coherence' by Dr. Alan Watkins. He talks about two things to be in the zone. First: stay positive. This refers to being in a positive state of mind. It is about being content and happy, etc. To get there, I have seen meditation works very effectively. Second: develop an attitude of fighting the problem you are working on. Try to take it head on. To develop this aspect, you need to have confidence in your skills! You are in the zone!

Good point there. No offense meant but the healthcare system too is poisoning the people esp. in United states. I come from India and have good knowledge of Ayurveda (natural alternative medicine). Been there. Not a good place to be in. However, what I have found to work is that you should take life as a journey and not a destination. Keep on having small dreams/ targets and live in the present moment enjoying the process. However, it's easy for 'FOMO' (fear of missing out) to kick in while setting those mini-targets (i.e. I want to do 100s of things all at once). Don't let that happen. That is where you need to set your priorities straight and focus only on the targets that matter the mos…
